Judicial report: 1) FLIPPING CRAZY (A Bradshaw) completed a Satisfactory Trial in blinkers. 2) Trainer L Cole was fined $150 (2nd offence) after presenting BIGTIME BRODY 1.7 kgs above its last race weight on 14 October 2019. 3) Trainer J McCook was issued with a warning after failing to present the papers for GOLDSTAR LIBERTY. 4) Stipendiary Stewards report as posted is provisional and subject to further review and amendment.
