Judicial report: (1) Trainer J McInerney was issued with a $300 Minor Infringement Notice under Rule 40.1 for the late notification of the scratching of WEBBER COME (Race 2 #2) at 9.16 am which denied a reserve dog a start. (2) An investigation was opened and adjourned into the nomination and scratching of THRILLING BILLY (Race 10 #4). (3) Handler S Hunt was warned for failing to catch SUSPICIOUS MINDS (Race 7 #8) as arranged. DIGNITY DENTED (3) - hampered and lost ground after start. ALWAYS DIZZY (5) - began awkwardly. Became unbalanced on several occasions approaching the home straight when appearing to contact the rail. Referred to Vet - no abnormality detected. HUA HUA (6) - crowded and lost ground entering turn. JINJA TWIST (7) - bumped middle stages of the run home.
