Judicial report: 1) Trainer R Blackburn advised that HIGH VIOLET suffered a hock strain when racing at Addington on 16 August. 2) Trainer J McInerney advised of the following injuries : SOZIN'S EMPIRE (metacarpals from Addington 15 August); REGAL JOCK (wrist from Addington 16 August); HOMEBUSH BOOTS (hock from Forbury 20 August); JOE BONANZA (shoulder from Forbury 20 August) and DAVE'S DOT (shoulder from Forbury 20 August). 3) LOCO LOLA (A Bradshaw) was a late scratching from Race 2 when found to be in season on retrieval from the kennels.

Badly checked on bend losing momentum. Again checked home turn losing chance. CULVIE NESS (4) - tightened early stages. Checked and turned sideways on bend losing ground. MITCHAM READO (5) - badly checked early stages losing ground. COSMIC JASE (6) - badly tightened early stages losing ground. JUSTIN RYAN (7) - ran inwards early stages tightening inside runners. Turned sideways and lost ground home turn.
Race 4	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C3 - 295	DEBBIE BAXTER (2) - ran outwards into bend being turned for a stride and causing tightening to outside runners. TAIERI TERRA (3) - contacted and tightened into bend losing ground. COME A GUSTER (4) - tightened in back straight losing ground. Had heels clipped on bend. MAJOR STORM (5) - contacted by inside runner into bend. KNOW HASSLE (6) - slow to jump. MA CHERE (7) - slow to jump. Got on heels into bend losing ground.

Pushed back down track home turn then checked by inside runner dropping to rear. GOLDSTAR LIBERTY (2) - slow to jump. Checked into bend losing ground.
