Judicial report: 1). MAGIC JEAN LASS (C Healey) - Mr Healey was, as the Nominator of the Greyhound, fined the sum of $100.00 under Rule 19.7. for nominating it for a Race which it was not eligible to be nominated for necessitating its scratching from today's programme.~~

2). Handler M Seque was spoken to regarding the manner in which he attempted to catch following Race 7.

PUNCH ON REX (8) - jostled and lost grounded entering the bend.

Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. HEIDI HATES RAP (3) - slow early. Contacted from the outside rounding the bend. GOLDSTAR CLOVER (4) - squeezed for room early losing ground. Again squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. AMURI GEORGE (5) - jostled with inside runner prior to the bend. OPAL NORA (6) - checked outwards off heels rounding the bend colliding with outside runner. HOMEBUSH SAYER (8) - awkwardly positioned rounding the bend losing ground. Jostled exiting the bend. Race 5	Green Island Barber Sprint - C2q - 310 Heat 1	HOMEBUSH REHAINA (1) - jostled with inside runner through the early and middle stages of the run home. CHASING GREAT (4) - began awkwardly. Squeezed for racing room exiting the bend. KNOW APPROVAL (5) - jostled with inside greyhound exiting the bend. GRACIE LEE (7) - jostled with outside greyhound exiting the bend. YI FENG (8) - jostled with outside runner through the early and middle stages of the run home. MITCHAM DOUG (10/6) - raced extremely wide exiting the bend.
Race 6	Green Island Barber Sprint - C2q - 310 Heat 2	VASTERBOTTENOST (2) - slow to jump. TARAMAKAU (4) - checked from behind entering the bend shifting up the track as a consequence. AVALANCH CITY (5) - slow to jump before checking outwards off heels. CITIZEN AGUERO (6) - contacted from the outside in the run to the bend. Jostled with the greyhound to its inside prior to the bend. Forced to race wide rounding the bend after becoming awkwardly placed on heels. C'MON BENNY BOY (7) - bumed from the outside on jumping. Contacted inside runner in the run to the bend before jostling with the greyhound to its outside. MICK THE MOWER (9/8) - bumped inside runner on jumping.
Race 7	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Stakes - C1/2 - 545	KNOW CONCLUSION (1) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the first bend. REPLICA CASINO (5) - dictated down the track early stages before being squeezed for racing room. KNOW LEAVE (6) - slow early. Wide first bend. ZIPPING JEN (8) - checked and lost ground entering the final bend. HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT (9/4) - weakened final bend.
Race 8	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C3 - 310	KNOW LOGIC (2) - hampered the runner to its outside early stages. Placed in tight quarters entering the bend and lost momentum. BLACK BOBBY (4) - hampered by inside runner early stages. Lost ground when awkwardly placed entering the bend. SIERRA DELTA (6) - slow to jump. Jostled with outside greyhound prior to the bend. ASTRO TIPPLE (7) - jostled with inside greyhound prior to the bend.
Race 9	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C3 - 310	DEBBIE BAXTER (2) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost ground. GOLDSTAR GALAXIE (4) - jostled prior to the bend. HOMEBUSH FINN (5) - bumped form the outside on jumping. Jostled prior to the bend. DREAM STONE JADE (6) - came inwards on jumping hampering inside greyhound. HOMEBUSH BODEN (7) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost ground.
Race 10	Otago Daily Times Sprint - C4 - 310	NOZZNO FEAR (2) - checked off heels exiting the bend hampering the greyhound to its outside. NIPPA MARTINO (4) - contacted form the outside early stages. BOOKIE MONSTER (5) - checked early stages. INSIDE AFFAIR (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages. MITCHAM READO (7) - squeezed for racing room early stages. HOMEBUSH TESAN (8) - hampered inside runners on jumping. Collided with inside runner shortly after. Awkwardly positioned to the outside of runner exiting the bend losing momentum.
Race 11	OGRC Late Quaddie - C3/4 - 545	MALAGA MOLLY (2) - began awkwardly. Checked outwards of heels in the run to the first bend. Placed in restricted room entering the first bend losing ground. JOE BONANZA (6) - boxed first. KNOW DENYING (7) - raced wide first bend. KNOW EQUAL (9/3) - boxed first. Slow early. When questioned regarding the improved performance Trainer G Cleeve advised that the greyhound had benefited from having a brief let up after under performing at its most recent starts.
Race 12	Forbury Park Dash - C5 - 310	KETCHIKAN KIM (2) - lost ground when squeezed for racing room entering the bend. RAPTOR ATTACK (3) - turned outwards when awkwardly placed to the outside of runner rounding the bend. DISOBEDIENCE (7) - slow early. MOHICAN RUN (9/1) - checked and lost momentum rounding the bend. ASTRID (10/8) - faltered entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have sustained a fractured right metatarsal.
Race 13	Peter Sinton Plumbing Sprint - C1 - 310	BALDRICK (3) - placed in restricted room entering the bend having to check. GOLDSTAR BRYTON (4) - squeezed for room early. AMURI LIV (7) - hampered entering the bend before being turned outwards losing ground.
Race 14	Racing Again Tuesday 23rd July - C1 - 310	HOMEBUSH FLYNN (1) - jostled prior to the bend. AMURI MAGIC (2) - checked when placed in restricted room entering the bend. GOLDSTAR HALSEY (3) - checked and lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. COSMIC RYDER (5) - hampered entering the bend.
