Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1- supplementary Trainer R Waite sought a review of the Stewards decision to Stand down MISCHIEF SEEKER for 12 months ( 3rd offence failing to pursue ) from race 15 at the WGRC meeting on the 10-7-2019.
The review was held at Wanganui GRC on the 23-7-2019 and was overturned in favor of MISCHIEF SEEKER with the stand down being recinded and the dog is now clear to be nominated.
2- R Murray was fined $100-00 rule 45.11 after presenting AHUROA PRINCESS up 1.9 kgs from her last race start on the 10-7-2019

BIG TIME PRICKLE (2) - hampered soon after the start when bumped and jostled coming back off heels losing several lengths recovered good ground in the run to the line.
BALL CHANTS (4) - tightened and checked back from between runners soon after the start
BIGTIME LOLA (5) - fav- jumped well soon after was bumped and jostled going back towards the rear was unable to improve thereafter and was referred to the vet where no injuries were found.
SAHARA DREAM (7) - angled across from the jump causing tightening and checks to several runners in behind .
JAMBOREE (8) - raced widest in to and around the bend being unable to get around runners and covered a fair amount of extra ground in the running.
Race 2 WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305 GOTCHA MARSHALL (1) - checked contacting rail and heels losing momentum racing in to the bend was contacted in the hindquarters on the home turn when angling inwards on the improve and was referred to the vet where no injuries were found.
BIG TIME BENNY (2) - fav- began awkwardly and was unbalanced when racing from the boxes ran outwards running in to hindquarters and checking losing momentum back towards the rear made good ground around runners to the line and was referred to the vet and was found to have a knock to the left fore
AHUROA WHIZZ (3) - tightened and severely checked in to the bend stumbling for a stride recovered well to make ground in the run to the line and was referred to the vet and was found to have taken a wart off inside toe.
TRUDY REMARKABLE (4) - racing handy in to the bend when contacted in the hindquarters losing balance going back through the field finishing widest in the run to the line and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found.
BIG TIME HARPER (6) - dictated across from the start and was checked when catching heels and hindquarters losing momentum contacted hindquarters on the home turn.
MARLEY FARLEY (7) - ran across sharply from the jump causing severe crowding and interference to several runners on her inner.
Race 3 AON CPF DISTANCE - C1d - 645 ROWDY RUBY (3) - leading wider on the track towards the back straight when checked from her inner and went back several lengths and was unable to improve thereafter.
DJAY DYNAMIX (4) - attempting to improve in the run in to the far bend was hampered for some strides when unable to clear heels and find clear ground finished on when in the clear from the home bend.
KUSHKA (6) - soon after the start was bumped and jostled for a couple of strides losing position back to the rear and was unable to improve thereafter finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet and was found to have pain on palpation of the right stopper bone.
Race 4 RIVERCITY GAS C1 - C1 - 520 BIGTIME ROLL (1) - handy when tightened in to the first bend was able to keep her position in the running.
OPAWA HENRY (2) - dwelt at the jump ran on to heels then contacted hindquarters losing moment and ground racing in to the first bend and was unable to get in to contention thereafter.
LIZZY O'SHEA (4) - led out tightened and checked in to the bend losing momentum and ground back towards the rear was unable to improve thereafter and was referred to the vet.
BRAZIL CAMBARA (5) - improved quickly angling across tightening and checking runners to her inner racing in to the first bend.
BIONIC BOY (6) - hampered when checked losing momentum and ground racing in to the first bend was unable to get back in to contention.
Race 5 WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 FINAL - C1f - 305 LIGHT CRUISER was subject to a pre race examination due to a small nick on a nail and was cleared to race .
JAX JEWEL (2) - ran outwards contacting and checking runners to his outer in the run to the bend where he bumped again runner to his outer losing momentum and all chance thereafter.
DUKE BRUCE (5) - came together with and jostled runner to her inner for some strides in the run to the bend.
BIGTIME LUNA (6) - fav- dwelt at the jump then contacted runner to her inner soon after was jostled again becoming unbalanced when bumped and ran wide in to the bend losing all chance thereafter and was referred to the vet where no injuries were found.
PARADOX PRINCE (10/1) - came back off heels losing a couple of lengths in the run in to the bend.
Race 6 ACCELL THERAPY" LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C3 - C3 - 305 BREED APART (3) - angled out from the jump as runner to her inner angled outwards causing her to lose momentum and ground
BIGTIME LEO (4) - contacted soon after the start checked again when contacted and lost momentum back to the rear in the run in to the bend checked again when catching heels losing ground and was unable to improve thereafter.
BIGTIME BRONX (5) - went up with the lids settled back bumped and went inwards and then was tightened in to the bend was held up in the run across the top bend then angled out off heels contacting runner to his outer on the home turn where he jostled with runner to his outer for some strides in to the home straight.
RUNNING FREER (8) - improving wider out nearing the home turn when contacted from his inner and both runners jostled for some strides in to the home straight.
Race 7 THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520 BIGTIME REX (3) - came back off heels angling outwards racing in to the first bend.
BIG TIME VINCE (4) - dwelt at the jump angled outwards over heels in to the first bend hampered soon after when avoiding hindquarters racing widest checked in to the bend ran wide in to the back straight became unbalanced racing in to the home straight finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the left carpus.
TIDDY CASH (7) - forced to race widest in to the first bend.
Race 8 LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1/2 - C1/2 - 305 IDOL PATCHES (3) - tightened then came back off heels racing in to the bend losing momentum and ground back to wards the rear
BIGTIME SILVER (4) - tightened between runners and was bumped and jostled for some distance losing ground in to the bend
SOZIN'S TREASURE (5) - contact hindquarters and ran widest in to the bend.
ALAMEIN LADY (6) - angled across soon after tightening and jostling runners to her inner for some strides.
OPEHU EXPRESS (8) - raced widest throughout coverign a fair amount of extra ground ran on well to the line.
Race 9 FIRST SECURITY C3/4 - C3/4 - 305 BIGTIME KIOWA (1) - blundered at the start going down on his nose for a stride settled in the rear was unable to improve thereafter.
BIGTIME SPARK (2) - angled outwards across the face of runner to her outer in the run to the bend.
ZOIE WILLOW (3) - checked and caught heels in the run in to the bend losing momentum for a stride or so checked out over heels nearing the home turn running wide and contacting runner to her outer and was unbalanced for a couple of strides losing momentum and several lengths.
MAHALA BAY (4) - hampered in to the bend losing ground was unable to improve.
MILLIE PRINCE (6) - hampered nearing the home turn when improving and pushed wide finished on in the run to the line.
Race 10 THR ROCK 95.2FM C2/3 - C2/3 - 520 BIGTIME SANDY (3) - checked and lost momentum back to the rear in the run in to the first bend and was unnble to get back in to contention thereafter.
JAY MIKE (7) - checked and lost ground in the run in to the far bend
MIDSOMER MAGIC (8) - hampered soon after the start raced widest in to and around the first bend and was never in contention thereafter and was referred to the vet and was found to have an unstable toe/ ligament rupture near fore
Race 11 ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1/2 - C1/2 - 305 There was a delay to this race due to some remedial work being carried out on the track The race was started 4 minutes over the advertised starting time.
COOL WOLF (1) - soon after the start came back off heels angled out wide and raced wide thereafter covering a fair amount of extra in the running .
SEFTON BREW (4) - racing in tight quarters when coming back off heels losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend
EMPTY POCKET (6) - was hampered and ran wide in to the bend when avoiding hind quarters of runner to her inner.
IDOL FANCY PANTS (8) - hampered and lost ground when checking to avoid heels racing in to the bend.
Race 12 J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305 CHOICE SISTER (2) - ran outwards from the jump causing tightening and jostling to runners to her outer for some strides.
MISTER BOOZE (3) - bumped and dictated outwards from the jump bumped again soon after losing momentum and a couple of lengths improved across the top bend and was held up for some strides nearing the home turn when unable to gain clear racing room
DOTTIE BELL (4) - bumped between runners soon after the start was able to keep her ground
JUST LIKE HARRY (5) - checked soon after the start and went back hampered again and lost momentum racing in to the bend was unable to improve thereafter.
BIGTIME TOBY (7) - began very awkwardly missing the start by 6 or so lengths and had lost all chance from there.
AUROS ADVANTAGE (8) - angled across in to the bend improving in to the midfield made ground along the inner to the line.
Race 13 PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305 HASHTAG BLESSED (2) - ran out off heels in to the bend contacting and checking runners to his outer.
SEDGEBROOK PRIDE (4) - checked in to the bend and pushed out in to the line of following runner checking outwards going sideways losing all chance thereafter.
BLACKJACK MAN (5) - angled across in to the bend tightening runners to his inner.
PRETTIEST EYES (6) - jostled racing away from the start
AHUROA PRINCE (7) - ran in to hindquarters racing away from the start and had trouble clearing heels for a couple of strides angled across in to the bend running in to heels and falling recovered to his paws to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right infraspinatus & right quadriceps muscles.
COSMIC RYDER (8) - wide to the bend and was sverely hampered when checked and lost all chance thereafter.
Race 14 WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305 BIG TIME CLARE (2) - ran outwards from the jump causing herself to be bumped and jostled for some distance losing momentum as she raced in to the bend finishing in midfield at the line.
BLUE WHIZZ (3) - hampered soon after the start when checked back losing ground recovered to finish on in the run to the line.
RETAIL MAYHEM (4) - soon after the start was checked and bumped going sideways for a stride or so and has some trouble clearing heels when forced back
ANDREA'S MAGIC (5) - checked soon after the start when tightened between runners being pushed sideways and further jostled for some strides settling back racing in to the bend .
ALAMEIN TIGER (6) - bumped and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend was forced to angle out wide across heels in to the bend.
BIGTIME SAM (7) - soon after the start was bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend and was further jostled in the run on to the top bend losing ground back to the rear .
Race 15 ACCELL THERAPY" LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C1 - C1 - 305 OPAWA HUNTER (1) - dwelt and was last in to stride contact on the home turn only battled thereafter.
FINAL STRAW (2) - from the jump attempted to run outwards causing himself to be jostled for some distance in the run to the bend soon after ran in to runner to his outer when attempting to angle outwards had trouble clearing heels in the run in to the home turn then ran wide contacting runner to his outer on straightening.
GOLDSTAR CHARGER (4) - soon after the start was checked losing his momentum going back to the rear caught heels and ran wide in to and around the bend was bumped on the home turn when looking to improve.
DE BLONDE (6) - jostled racing away from the jump was held up when clearing heels soon after was bumped and checked in to the bend losing momentum and all chance thereafter.
FUNZALO (7) - fav- began awkwardly then contacted runner to his inner soon after was hampered when jostled for some strides in the run to the bend was bumped soon after entering the bend losing momentum and ground.
Race 16 RIVERCITY GAS C1 - C1 - 305 EPIC SPARK (2) - hampered and jostled racing to the bend by runner to her outer angling across she was able to keep her ground at this point
JAY WENDY (3) - hampered in to the bend when checked by crossing runner losing ground was attempting to improve from the rear nearing the home turn when checking out over heels losing a couple of lengths.
NO MUG (4) - attempted to angle across and hampered himself for some strides in the run in to the bend
TYNECASTLE FLYER (5) - checked in to the bend when contacted in the hindquarters going sideways losing a length or so recovered ground.
Race 17 BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305 BIGTIME BOY (1) - hampered for a stride or so in to the bend soon after ran on to heels checking losing momentum and several lengths
NOT SHACKLEY (5) - hampered when checked in to the bend was severely checked racing across the top bend losing all chance and was referred to the vet where no injuries were found.
Race 18 ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 305 REPLICA RANGO (1) - only jumped fairly was checked losing momentum and several lengths in the run in to the bend made good ground in the run to the line.
DEE BEE GEE (2) - handy to the bend when checked and went back a couple of lengths hampered again when racing between runners and went back towards the rear in the run to the home turn.
AHUROA FLYER (4) - soon after the start was bumped and pushed inwards across the face of runner to her inner settled midfield made good ground along the inner.
BIGTIME BAXTER (5) - angled across soon after the start contacting and forcing runner to his inner inwards was tightened in to the bend and unbalanced for a stride or so but was able to keep his position.
TARAMAKAU (6) - hampered in to the bend for a couple of strides.
GOLDSTAR DAYTON (7) - angled inwards jostling with runner to her inner for some strides in the run in to the bend.
Race 19 WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305 IDOL JAN (1) - tightened and checked in to the bend angling out over heels losing some ground recovered well to finish on in the run to the line.
WONG FULL ARREST (2) - soon after the start she was hampered for some distance when attempting to angle outwards being checked back to the rear and ran wide in to and around the bend in to the home straight.
CAWBOURNE SYMSY (4) - brushed the rail in the run in to the bend and was unbalanced for a stride or so recovered good ground to the line.
BIGTIME PANTHER (6) - checked in the run to the bend then checked out when avoiding heels racing on to the top bend.
CHOP SHOP (9/7) - angled across in to the bend hampering runners to his inner for a few strides.
BIGTIME KAEA (10/3) - away well soon after attempted to angle across and went sideways for some strides as pressure from her inner kept her out was then checked by a crossing runner to her outer and lost ground back towards the rear in the run on to the top bend.
Race 20 HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305 SEDGEBROOK SAINT (1) - dwelt and settled back was unable to get in to contention.
BIG TIME RUSTY (2) - fav- began awkwardly angled out across heels in to the bend settled handy finished on.
HURRICANE AL (3) - checked in to the bend as improving runner angled out across her line and lost some momentum and ground.
GOLDSTAR WILSON (6) - soon after the start jostled with runner to his outer for some strides in the run to the bend.
SLY JOHN (7) - angled across from the jump and jostled with runner to his inner for some strides when unable to get around this runner in to the bend losing ground back to the rear was unable to improve thereafter.
