MISTER EBBY (6) - raced back in the field from the start but made up some ground in the home straight. Referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and stood down for 28 days with a tensor fascia lata muscle injury. MILLIE PRINCE (10/8) - raced in a mid field position but tired over the final stages and finished several lengths last. |
| Race 2 | WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C3/4 - C3/4 - 305 | BIGTIME HONEY (2) - checked back to the rear going to the first turn and stayed well back for the remainder. IDOL NIFTY (3) - checked after the start and got back. Shifted ground and checked another runner going to the first turn. ALAMEIN STRYDA (8) - lost momentum approaching the home straight and finished in last place. STORMY JAY (9/4) - shifted across from the start and checked another runner which got back. |
| Race 3 | LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2/3 - C2/3 - 520 | BIGTIME ACACIA (3) - unable to avoid fallen runner and went over the top. Regained feet to finish and referred to the Vet and stood down with tricep and quadricep muscle pain. LIMPY JACKSON (4) - checked and fell going into first bend and took no further part in the race. Referred to the Vet and stood down for 7 days with pain in right hind quadricep BIGTIME MACI (5) - badly hampered by the fallen runners and lost ground. JAY MIKE (6) - also badly hampered in the incident and stayed well back for the remainder. |
| Race 4 | PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C5 - C5 - 305 | OPAWA LYON (4) - tightened between runners from the start and settled back but made up some ground. JUSTA GIFT (5) - was crowded after the start and lost momentum and settled back but did make up some ground. BIGTIME WENDLE (6) - collided with another runner into the bend and lost ground. Was off stride from there and finished last and referred to the Vet and stood down for 42 days with pain and swelling above stopper bone right fore leg.t HYPOCRITICAL (8) - was the slowest to begin and settled back and finished in 6th place. IT'S COMPLICATED (9/7) - collided with another runner going into the bend and was unbalanced and lost ground and stayed back. |

Checked over heels into first turn and shifted out losing ground and stayed back. BLAZIN' CARTER (6) - tightened at the start and got back. Checked and forced wide into the first bend and stayed back to finish last. TYSON'S QUEST (7) - crowded from outside after the start and got back. BIGTIME LILY (8) - shifted in after the start and crowded inside runners which were checked losing ground. |

HARD MERCH (4) - shifted out going to first turn and forced another runner off line for a short distance. CAWBOURNE LIZ (6) - tightened between runners after the start and lost ground but recovered to finish 4th. OSKITZ (9/2) - slow to begin and got back. |

OUR BRAD (6) - was bumped after the start and got back. Shifted in on first bend and checked another runner. Drifted over final stages finishing last and referred to Vet and euthanised due to a fractured hock. |
| Race 8 | NZ Futurity (Group 1) Ht2 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2 | RINGSIDE (1) - began awkwardly and settled back but made up ground well to finish 3rd. BIGTIME JETTY (2) - shifted out into the first bend and forced another runner off line with both losing ground. OPAWA HOP (4) - was badly checked going to the first turn and lost several lengths and all chance. BIGTIME TANK (7) - forced wide off line into first bend and lost momentum. |

GO GLOW (2) - crowded after the start and inconvenienced but made up ground to finish in 2nd place. OPHELIA ALLEN (3) - inconvenienced after the start and settled back where she stayed throughout. DOUBLE SPEED (4) - shifted in from the start and crowded inside runners which lost ground. |

BIGTIME KISS (4) - bumped and forced out off line and stayed well back for the remainder. GAZZA'S GIRL (6) - crowded from inside after the start and stayed back throughout the remainder. ROBSON (7) - checked from the start and settled back but when into clear running, finished well for 3rd place. |
