Judicial report: 1) - R Adcock applied to Stewards to scratch KIWI GUNN (race 1) after having to make alternate travel arrangements due to personal circumstances with Stewards granting this request on this occasion. 2) - S Lozell was issued with a minor infringement and fined $100.00 for presenting FANTASTIC AMY (race 5) at 27.1kg a decrease in weight of 1.8kg from its previous start on 10th February 2019. 3) - BERTIE ALLEN (race10) was stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1a marring.
