Judicial report: 1). All races carded on tonight's programme, with the exception of the ACTIVE ELECTRICAL CHRISTCHURCH ST LEGER FINAL and the NZ RACING SERIES DISTANCE FINAL, were restricted to six runners as a trial by GRNZ looking towards safer racing practices. For the purpose of this trial Boxes 3 and 6 were left vacant for these races.~~

2). Selected Greyhounds engaged on tonight's programme were subjected to having Hair samples collected for the purpose of analysis. ~~

3). YI FENG (J T McInerney) - stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Failing to Pursue the Lure in Race 1.~~

4). COSMIC RICHIE (J T McInerney) - handler M Lin was fined $50.00 after he failed to catch this greyhound in Race 7 as arranged.~~

5). All available films may be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b).

Turned its head outwards towards the runner to its outside whilst free of interference entering the final straight before making slight contact. Vetted following the event and no injury detected. Stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Failing to Pursue the lure. ASTRID (2) - contacted from the outside early stages. HOMEBUSH COMET (4) - came inwards at the start colliding with inside runner. VASTERBOTTENOST (5) - clipped heels exiting the bend. LITTLE KRAKATOA (8) - slightly contacted by inside runner entering the final straight.
Race 2	C4 Sprint Super Six - C4 - 295	SMASH DAMAGE (1) - lost ground when awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. MERTZ (4) - awkwardly placed between runner rounding the bend. CUSTOM PAINT (5) - had hind quarters bumped entering the bend. Contacted and turned outwards rounding the bend losing balance and momentum. Checked inwards off heels entering the home straight. Vetted following the event and no injuries were reported. SMASH BOMBER (7) - touched inside runner entering the bend.
Race 3	C1 Super Six - C1 - 520	HIGH SPARROW (1) - had to steady when placed on heels entering the first turn. KNOW STATE (4) - squeezed for racing room in the run to the first bend losing momentum. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the third turn. KNOW BETRAYAL (8) - slow to jump. GOLDSTAR SYDNEY (9/2) - hampered from the outside in the run to the first bend, Squeezed for room prior to the first turn losing ground. Awkwardly placed on heels shortly afterwards having to steady.
Race 4	Super Six Distance - C2d - 645	DYNA WESLYN (1) - checked outwards off heels early stages. BARGE BALE (7) - checked outwards off heels early stages.
Race 5	Restricted Age Super Six - R/A - 520	KNOW THREAT (1) - checked outwards off heels entering the bend and shifted up the track in consequence. GO BRAT (2) - began awkwardly losing ground. MR. MATT (4) - placed in tight quarters entering the first turn having to check. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the final bend and had to steady stride. MALAGA MOLLY (5) - contacted from the outside early stages. Bumped down the track prior to the first turn. Inconvenienced entering the first turn. BUSY FLASH (7) - bumped with inside runner early stages. Bumped inside runner down the track prior to the first turn. Awkwardly placed on heels shortly afterwards and had to steady for a stride. ZEFSIDE (8) - checked from behind entering the first turn.
Race 6	C2 Super Six - C2 - 520	MISS NINA (1) - checked outwards off heels entering the first turn and shifted up the track in consequence. Jostled briefly exiting the final bend. KNOW CONCLUSION (4) - forced to race wide first turn. Jostled briefly exiting the final bend. HAPPY DAYS (7) - placed in restricted room exiting the final bend brushing the running rail and obliged to check off heels. Vetted following the race with no injuries reported. GEM (8) - slow to jump. GOLDSTAR RENEE (9/5) - squeezed for racing room entering the first turn having to steady. Checked and lost balance entering the first turn.
Race 7	C3 Super Six - C3 - 520	BLACK DAN (2) - bumped with outside runner shortly after the start. Bumped with inside greyhound entering the back straight. JADED AFFAIR (4) - bumped with inside runner shortly after the start. COSMIC RICHIE (5) - weakened final bend. UMBRIDGE BALE (7) - slow to jump.Bumped with outside greyhound entering the back straight. BASHFUL BUFFY (8) - slow to jump.
Race 8	C5 Sprint Super Six - C5 - 295	HANKENSTEIN (1) - place in restricted room rounding the bend climbing on heels and falling to the track. Vetted following the race with no injuries detected. PLATINUM MARSHAL (2) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to steady. Dragged down as a consequence losing momentum. Vetted following the race with no injuries detected. CHITINA TIN (4) - awkwardly placed to the outside of runners rounding the bend and had to check and shift up the track. DIZZY BANJO (5) - checked and ran wide rounding the bend. SHAW LEE (7) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. Checked and ran wide rounding the bend.
Race 9	C4 Super Six - C4 - 520	VIKTORIA VIKKERS (1) - checked off heels in the run to the first bend. Held up rounding the final bend climbing on heels. KNOW EQUAL (5) - boxed first. Slow early. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the first bend and had to check. DAVID'S LEGACY (8) - slow early. Weakened final bend being checked from behind in consequence.
Race 10	Active Electrical Christchurch NZ St Leger - R/Af - 520	MAX DANCER (1) - shifted up the track rounding the final bend becoming awkwardly placed on heels and having to check outwards. Stewards spoke with co-trainer D Fahey regarding the racing conduct of this bitch at this stage of the race. After viewing all available films and taking into account the submissions of Mr Fahey, Stewards could not be satisfied the greyhound had breached GRNZ Rule 55 and took no further action other to note the incident. KIWI GAL (2) - contacted then dragged down rounding the final bend. Vetted following the event and cleared of injury. VON STRASS (5) - collided with outside greyhound early stages. DOUBLE SPEED (6) - collided with inside greyhound early stages. Jostled with inside greyhound exiting the final bend. IDOL DUDE (7) - obliged to race wide final bend. MANOOKA (8) - slow to jump. Jostled with outside greyhound exiting the final bend.
Race 11	NZ Racing Series Distance Final - NZRSdf - 732	DAVE'S DOT (1) - came out and bumped with outside greyhound in the run to the first turn. TRADITION (2) - placed in restricted room early stages. Hampered rounding the final bend losing ground. KNOW ANXIETY (3) - bumped from the inside in the run to the first turn.. CLASSY WITCH (6) - awkwardly placed between runners rounding the first bend. Checked outwards off heels final bend. TRANSLATOR (7) - slow early stages.Improved into a marginal run rounding the final bend hampering outside runner.
Race 12	C5 Super Six Sprint - C5 - 295	INSIDE AFFAIR (1) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. CASH A ROO (2) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and had to steady losing ground. Vetted following the event where it was reported the bitch to have soreness in its left triceps with a 14 day stand down imposed. TORPEDO TUCK (7) - forced down the track early stages. SHADY BANJO (9/8) - forced runner down the track early stages before faltering and losing ground failing to finish. Vetted following the event where it was reported the Dog had sustained a fractured right hip and was humanly euthanised in consequence.
