Judicial report: 1) - KUSHKA (race 6) was a late scratching at 10.38pm on veterinary advice due to coming into season. 2) - L Hunt was issued with a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $100.00 under Rule 45.11 for presenting STAR MECHANIC at 30.4kg up 2kg in weight from its previous start on 14 January 2019 & LUKE SKYWALKER (RACE 9) 33.6kg up 1.6kg in weight from its previous start on 14 January 2019. 3) - STAR MECHANIC (race 2) stood down 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue the lure. 4) - ZIPPING ANDRE (race 3) stood down 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue the lure. 4) - SHEYNA (race 6) must complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing again.

Bumped first turn then lost contact with the field rounding the bend. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down for 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue the lure. Connections advised STAR MECHANIC would no longer be persevered with as a racing proposition. ROBSON (3) - Post race veterinary examination revealed pain in the right shoulder with a 14 day stand down imposed. LITTLE TRILISE (6) - bumped start. HOME BOUND (7) - slow away then checked. Race 3	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C1 - 375	ZIPPING ANDRE (1) - tightened making contact racing toward the first turn. Bumped first turn then lost contact with the field finishing a distant last. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down for 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue the lure. TILLY'S SILLY (2) - angled in racing toward the first turn making contact. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Future performances will be monitored. FINKLE FOOT FRED (1) - jostled for a distance final bend and again early in the straight becoming unbalanced for a distance. WONG WAY (2) - bumped start. Contact for a distance entering the first turn losing ground. Shifted out off heels rounding the bend losing ground. RAGING DEMON (3) - contact start losing ground. Checked rounding the bend getting forced wider. Veterinary examination revealed a skin wound on left carpus with a 10 day stand down imposed.
