Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT: Waikato GRC - 8th November 2018:- The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the greyhound MR TUCKER being removed from the course by someone other than its connections has been concluded. It was found that Trainer R McPhee and Handler F McPhee had inadvertently mistaken MR TUCKER for the greyhound MAZU which they had permission to uptake from the meeting. After assessing the explanation tendered the matter was taken no further other than to caution R and F McPhee to ensure they identify the correct greyhound in future should a similar occasion arise.~~

JUDICIAL REPORT:-

1). Handler N Rugg was fined $50.00 for failing to comply with the dress code when handling TRES VITE in Race 3.~~

2). SPARK 'EM UP - placed on box first list after proving difficult to load in Race 12.~~

3). All available films may be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b).

MONSOON MALABAR (5) - contacted from the inside rounding the bend. THRILLING BIFF (6) - slow early stages. Jostled with inside greyhound prior to the bend before being placed in restricted room and losing ground. MAGIC EIGHT BALL (8) - obliged to race wide rounding the bend.
Race 2	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Series Heat 1 - C3q - 318 Heat 1	BLOCKER (2) - shifted outwards prior to the bend making contact with outside runner. TOKEN JASPER (4) - contacted from the inside prior to the bend. ELOUERA MIST (5) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. HITCH A RIDE (6) - slow to jump before being checked and losing ground. SCOTT THE LOOKS (7) - shifted down the track checking inside runner early stages. Jostled with inside runner in the run to the bend. Checked off heels entering the bend losing considerable ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to be lame in its right long head tricep and left calf muscle. JETSUN PAINT (8) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend and had to steady.
Race 3	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Series Heat 2 - C3q - 318 Heat 2	NANGAR MAGIC (3) - shifted up the track early stages impeding outside greyhounds. Bumped from the outside entering the bend STAY RICH (4) - racing line impeded early stages. BILLY BULLET (5) - racing line impeded early stages. Checked rounding the bend having to steady. JETSUN WOODY (6) - bumped from the inside early stages. Contacted from the outside entering the bend bumping with inside runner and losing ground as a consequence. OUR SAMBO (7) - inconvenienced and ran wide rounding the bend. TRES VITE (8) - contacted inside runner entering the bend.
Race 4	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C1 - 527	SALVAROTTI (5) - bumped from the outside entering the first bend. SECRET LILY (6) - bumped with inside runner entering the first bend.
Race 5	Christmas Eve @ Cambridge Raceway Sprint - C1 - 318	BOTANY LARAINE (2) - placed in restricted room and had to check on several occasions exiting the bend. Shifted outwards shortly afterwards colliding with outside runner. JACK NO LAG (3) - bumped with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. Placed in restricted room entering the bend and lost ground. Bumped from the inside exiting the bend. NEXUS (4) - bumped with inside greyhound before making contact with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. TRIBAL CONQUEST (5) - contacted from the inside in the run to the bend. HOP ON MATE (6) - had hind quarters bumped entering the bend and again exiting it.
Race 6	Trophies Plus Series Heat 1 - C2q - 318 Heat 1	TALKABOUT IZZY (1) - awkwardly placed near the running rail prior to the bend. Shifted outwards exiting the bend causing outside greyhounds to check. WAS JUST SAYING (2) - bumped with outside runner prior to the bend. Checked exiting the bend losing momentum. OPAWA LIBBY (5) - bumped from the inside prior to the bend. Awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend and had to steady. GOOD JOB (6) - Awkwardly placed to the inside of runner entering the bend and lost momentum. THRILLING IVY (7) - inconvenienced exiting the bend. ON FLEEK (8) - began awkwardly.
Race 7	Trophies Plus Series Heat 2 - C2q - 318 Heat 2	YELLA ELLA (1) - jostled with outside runner prior to the bend. OPAWA LOYAL (2) - boxed first. Jostled with inside runner prior to the bend. JETSUN BEAR (4) - awkwardly placed on heels shortly after the start having to check. IT'S A MUST (5) - checked outwards off heels prior to the finish line.
Race 8	Pump & Engineering Services Ltd Stakes - C2 - 527	THRILLING ARNOLD (1) - bumped from the outside rounding first bend. Bumped with outside runner exiting final bend. DECEPTION DIVA (2) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the first bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the first bend having to steady. Held up exiting the final bend. JETSUN SWAN (3) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the first bend. Squeezed for racing room first bend. BEAR CLAWS (5) - bumped outside runner early stages. Bumped with inside runner entering first bend before being checked losing momentum shortly afterwards. Bumped from inside exiting final bend. VINCE FAWN (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages. JETSUN SINGER (7) - bumped with inside runner early stages.
Race 9	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C4 - 318	STATMAN DAVE (1) - bumped with outside runner early stages and again entering the bend. CACTUS JACK (2) - placed in restricted room early stages. Bumped with inside runner entering the bend. RETIRED MOUSE (3) - bumped with inside runner early stages. Bumped with outside runner exiting the bend. BEAT THE BUTCHER (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages before bumping with outside runner. Awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend losing momentum. FINKLE FOOT FRED (6) - boxed first. Bumped from the inside early stages. Bumped with inside runner exiting the bend. VEE MARINA (8) - dragged down exiting the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.

STAY AWAY HAYDO (7) - checked first bend losing momentum.
Race 11	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Sprint - C5 - 318	TOUGH TORQUE (1) - bumped outside runner early stages. Jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. HIGHLAND LADDIE (2) - placed in restricted room early stages. Jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend and had to steady. Again awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. MAD HARRY (3) - bumped inside runner early stages. WONG WAY (4) - checked outwards off heels bumping with runner prior to the bend. Jostled for a brief period thereafter. JUST ONE SMILE (5) - bumped from the inside prior to the bend, Jostled for a brief period thereafter. BLITZ 'EM RENE (8) - checked outwards off heels shortly upon entering the home straight.
Race 12	Merry Christmas To All Sprint - C1 - 318	JINJA LAD (6) - awkwardly placed to the inside of runner entering the bend. Again awkwardly placed rounding the bend checking outside runner and losing ground. SPARK 'EM UP (7) - proved difficult to box. Placed on the box first list at the request of connections. JUST A MATTHEW (8) - bumped from the inside entering the bend. Dragged down and fell to the track briefly rounding the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to have fractured its right stifle with the greyhound being humanely euthanised.
