Track: Good Track was presented in a good racing condition being well maintained throughout. All other equipment operated well.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: ZARA JINX ( N Udy ) completed a satisfactory trial in blinkers rules ( 38.10 d & 44.17 )
YEE COO COO ( J McInerney ) #1 race 1 was a late scratching mid morning after reportedly being injured when loading for the track.
Race 3 was a NO Race ( 52.6 )and was abandoned after an incident in to the first bend and the lure driver had to pull the lure up on the home turn to avoid a runner on the track just on the turn after the finish
The dogs had completed 1 round of the track and a re run was not possible.
EYE FAR ( M Flipp ) # 3 race 14 was stood down ( failing to pursue ) 1st offence 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	YEE COO COO was a late scratching after it was reported of being injured whilst being loaded to leave for the track -was presented to the vet on track and was found to have pain on flexion of left carpus a 10 day stand down was recommended. SAHARA DREAM was referred to the vet and was found to have pain over the origin of gracilis on the near hind a 10 day stand down was recommended. LESLIE ALBERT (4) - dwelt and was last in to stride ran on to hind quarters in to the bend losing momentum and all chance. VIKING JOOP (5) - angled inwards and was contacted from behind in to the bend recovered quickly back in to stride. HEAVENLY EYES (6) - bumped at the start by runner to her outer ran outwards contacting hind quarters in to the bend was unable to improve thereafter FINAL STRAW (7) - ran in from the jump contacting runner to his inner SAHARA DREAM (8) - ran inwards from the jump bumping in to runner to her inner was severely checked in to the bend going sideways recovered well to make ground in the run to the line.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305	ARM TURNER (1) - tightened and checked in to the bend losing momentum and ground CLANSMAN DOUGLAS (2) - became unbalanced for a couple of strides racing in to the bend losing momentum finishing in the rear at the line. CASSIA (3) - went up with the lids slightly JAMBOREE (5) - stood when the lids lifted and was last into stride by 5 or so lengths. SEFTON BREW (6) - angled across was then dictated inwards going back on inside runner racing in to the bend . BIGTIME BEE (7) - angled across in to the bend hampering runners in behind for several strides.
Race 3	AON CPF C0 - C0 - 520	This Lure driver was forced to pull the lure up on entering the home straight after a fall in to the first bend resulting in a dog standing on the track where the dogs would be pulling up at speed. BUDDY ROCKET suffered a fracture of the right hind and was euthanised. OPAWA MARCIE was referred to the vet and was found to have general bruising & muscle soreness and a bump to the side of the left eye a 5 day stand down was recommended. All other runners were referred to the vet after pulling up to the lure in the home straight and were cleared of injury. BUDDY ROCKET (7) - fell in to the bend referred to the vet OPAWA MARCIE (8) - checked and fell in to the first bend referred to the vet.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	IDOL JAN (3) - tightened and hampered in to the bend losing ground hampered again in the run across the top bend and was contacted on the home turn when well back. ACCRA (4) - began awkwardly for a stride or so SOZIN'S TREASURE (5) - hampered for some strides in the run in to the bend being held up for some strides.contacted runner to her inner on the home turn
Race 5	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	COLLECT A DREAM referred to the vet and was found to have pain around right shoulder area a 7 day stand down was recommended. SHADOW GIRL referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the left triceps a 10 day stand down was recommended. CAWBOURNE LYNS (2) - jostled and tightened for some strides in the run in to the bend then came back off heels losing momentum and ground back to the rear BIGTIME LOGAN (4) - tightened and jostled between runners in to the bend losing momentum and ground BIGTIME HANNAH (5) - came together with outer runner soon after the start angled across and was checked in to the bend recovered well to finish on best in the run to the line. SHADOW GIRL (6) - appeared to be unbalanced for a couple of strides in to the bend when clear of other runners was referred to the vet. BARBAROSSA BOY (7) - angled inwards contacting runner soon after the start -angled inwards again coming together with runner to his inner and was unbalanced losing footing for a stride or so clipping runner to his outer who fell. COLLECT A DREAM (8) - checked and fell on to the bend recovered to paws to finish on to the lure was referred to the vet.
Race 6	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME SWIFT (3) - severely checked losing momentum in to the bend made good ground around the outer to finish in to 4th placing at the line. VIKING ASH (4) - checked in to the bend and lost all chance thereafter. KILLER FROST (5) - severely checked in to the bend and lost all chance thereafter. ARTHUR'S CROWN (8) - checked in to the bend losing ground .
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME MOLLY was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. CAWBOURNE ROB (1) - went up with the lids was last in stride by several lengths. BIGTIME MOLLY (2) - severely tightened making contact with the rail in to the bend losing all chance was referred to the vet. CLOVER SCOTT (3) - severely hampered in to the bend losing all chance thereafter. HOMEBUSH FLUTEY (4) - tightened and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend COOL WOLF (5) - changed ground soon after the start coming together with runner on her outer raced widest thereafter finished on strongly to the line. BIGTIME WINNIE (6) - angled and was then dictated inwards across the face of runners racing in to the bend.
Race 8	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES C1 - C1 - 305	ZIP ZAP ZOE (4) - dwelt at the jump last in to stride and raced in the rear thereafter. OPAWA BUCKS (6) - angled outwards over heels on the home turn I'LL BE LOYAL (8) - was hampered for a couple of strides when avoiding heels on the home turn.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	HOTDOG SHANNON (1) - hampered for some strides in the run to the bend SEDGEBROOK PRIDE (2) - bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend was checked when racing in tight quarters across the top bend losing ground back to the rear . EMPTY POCKET (7) - ran widest in to and around the bend in to the home straight covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running. FOUR TWENTY (9/4) - hampered for a couple of strides in to the bend was checked when catching heels on the top bend when looking to improve.
Race 10	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	JAY WENDY was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. SUBWAY KAY (2) - hampered when held up for a few strides racing in to the bend. SCOOBASI (3) - hampered when bumped racing in to the bend . JAY WENDY (4) - dwelt and was last in to stride angled across making contact with the rail racing in to the bend was referred to the vet ROCKY TOP (7) - angled across contacting shoulder of runner to her inner racing in to the bend .
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	TRUE TESTAMENT (2) - checked on racing from the start losing his momentum settled back
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	BIGTIME NIBBLES (1) - checked in the run to the first bend as a runner from midfield angled across sharply to the rail GO SHOW (3) - awkwardly away angled out between runners in to the first bend OPAWA TAI (4) - angled across sharply passing the post on the first occasion was checked and lost a couple of lengths racing to the back straight recovered to finish on best. MAINLINE LIL (7) - hampered and unbalanced for a couple of strides racing around the first bend CAWBOURNE ZAYNE (8) - checked in to the bend when changing ground to avoid heels lost momentum and ground checked again in to the far bend losing ground and was unable to improve from there.
Race 13	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	MAGNETUDE EIGHT (5) - jumped well soon after was buffeted and jostled for some distance in the run to the first bend angled outwards and was checked in to the bend losing momentum racing out wide and was unable to get back in to contention.
Race 14	LASER PLUMBING C1 FINAL - C1f - 305	EYE FAR referred to the vet and was found to have pain over sesamoids on the near fore a 7 day stand down was recommended with the dog being stood down for failing to pursue ( refer judicial ). EYE FAR was re-presented to the vet on the 20-12-2018 under provisions of rule of rule 55.4 & 55.5 with the dog being found to have injuries over several area's with a 28 day stand down recommended - the failing to pursue has been cancelled per rule 55.1 with a satisfactory trial to be completed as per the rules. IDOL FANCY PANTS referred to the vet after falling and was found to have pain on manipulation of left carpus a 7 day stand down was recommended. EYE FAR (3) - fav- hampered slightly in to the bend trailed in 3rd placing to the the home turn where he turned his head outwards on several occasion over the course of the run to the line was referred to the vet . CLOVER FANTASY (5) - stumbled on leaving the boxes settled back IDOL FANCY PANTS (7) - stumbled on leaving the boxes settled back was severely checked and fell nearing the home turn recovered to her paws to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet . MR. POSTMAN (8) - forced widest in to the bend angled in across the face of following runner on the home turn and was checked and unbalanced losing momentum
Race 15	MAX REFIRGERATION C2 - C2 - 305	MANIMAL was referred to the vet and was found to have some scrape injuries to left metatarsal area no pain on examination no stand down given. BREED APART (2) - tightened and jostled for some distance after the start was severely checked in to the bend as a back runner ran on to her hind quarters where she lost all chance thereafter. MANIMAL (3) - tightened and checked soon after the start angled back inwards in to the bend and ran up onto hindquarters and was severely checked losing all chance thereafter was referred to the vet . JUSTA GIFT (4) - severely tightened soon after the start as runner to her outer angled inwards and was further hampered as widest runner angled across the face of the field. THREE AMIGOS (5) - angled in soon after the start causing tightening and jostling to runner on his inner for several strides. QUEEN KONG (7) - checked and was unbalanced for a couple of strides racing in to the bend losing momentum and ground. EIGHT OH THREE (9/6) - fav- awkwardly away attempted to improve around runners when checked in to the bend losing momentum and ground was unable to get back in to contention.
