Judicial report: 1) DYNA BRUCE (R Wales), DREAMY BAXTER (J McInerney) and PARIS GLOBAL (J McInerney) were all late scratchings at kenneling. 2) DYNA LENNY and DYNA ELLIOT (both C Roberts) completed Satisfactory Trials as required. 3) Trainer A Lee was fined $100 after admitting a breach of Rule 45.11 when VASTERBOTTENOST weighed in 2.4 kgs under its last race weight on 8 November. 4) COCO BANGO (J McInerney) was a late scratching from Race 13 on retrieval from kennels when found to have bruising to a gracilis. 5) OUR SIMBA (R Wales) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1.b. after Failing to Pursue the Lure during Race 2. 6) OPAWA FLASH ( R Wales) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1.b. after Failing to Pursue the Lure during Race 4. 7) DAHTESTE (B Dann) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1.b. after Failing to Pursue the Lure during Race 12.

Contacted by outside runner in run to first bend. Ran outwards first bend. Again contacted by runner on first bend. OUR SIMBA (2) - turned head outwards early stages free of interference and then contacted by outside runner. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. HEATED THREAT (3) - checked outwards off heels first bend and then badly checked when contacting outside runners. Ran inwards back straight jostling with runner for some distance losing ground. OPAWA MAGIC (6) - slow to jump. Pushed inwards and badly checked first bend losing ground. OPAWA JANE (7) - ran inwards first bend contacting inside runner. OPAWA HYPO (8) - slow to jump. Checked first bend when attempting to run inwards losing ground. Forced down on to the rail leaving the back straight and lost chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Chris & Lisa Earl Sprint - C0 - 295	MITCHAM DOUG (1) - contacted by outside runner early stages. Ran outwards on bend pushing runners wide. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. DOUBLE CHANGE (2) - slow to jump. Badly checked and stumbled into first bend losing ground. Ran outwards home turn contacting outside runner. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. MOHICAN RUN (4) - made solid contact with inside runner early stages after running inwards. SMASH OUT (5) - slow to jump. Got on heels into bend losing ground and again checked on bend losing chance.
