Track: Good After heavy rain in the previous 48 hours the track was presented in good order. All other equipment operated well apart from the 305 boxes ( refer judicial )
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: All 305 m starts were hand started today due to electrical issues that were unable to be attended to for today's meeting and will be attended to before Friday's meeting.
BILLS BARKER ( S Maher ) was a late scratching at kenneling on vets advice due to swelling to the near hind hock.
CAWBOURNE SKID ((K Gommans ) was presented 2.1kgs up from her last race weight.
Trainer C Morris was fined $100-00 under minor infringement rule ( 45.11 ) after HURRICANE AL was presented to race 1.6 kgs down from his last race start on the 24-10-2018

WAY ANCHOR (4) - checked out over heels soon after the start ran widest in to and around to the bend to the home straight. SEFTON BREW (7) - dictated inwards soon after the start for some distance in the run to the bend causing tightening and checks to several runners to his inner . BIGTIME MURPHY (8) - fav- slow away soon after angled across to the lead causing tightening and checks to runners to his inner racing in to the bend. IT'S TIMMY (9/6) - began awkwardly for a stride or so then angled across causing checks to several runners to his inner checked in the run across the top bend losing momentum and ground .
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305	SAHARA PENNY (5) - fav - bumped at the start checked between runners soon after bumped and jostled for a few strides racing in to the bend checked out wide over heels racing in to the home straight. ARM TURNER (6) - bumped runner to his inner leaving the boxes bumped and jostled with runner to his inner for some strides in the run in to the bend then ran wide STUMBLIN' IN (7) - bumped hard on leaving the boxes settled back was unable to improve thereafter. HOPCORN (8) - jumped inwards colliding with runner to her inner settled back made good ground along the inner around the bend to finish in to 4th placing at the line.
Race 3	AON CPF C0 - C0 - 305	GOLDSTAR WILSON referred to the vet this runner was inadvertently taken from the track to home kennels and will be presented to the track vet on Friday. KYLIE JEAN (2) - awkwardly away for a stride OSTAPENKO (3) - dwelt as the lids lifted then a stride or so was unbalanced and was last in to stride by several lengths CAWBOURNE SKID (4) - angled inwards across heels and severely hampered runner to his inner racing in to the bend. SLAM IT (6) - severely checked losing momentum and ground racing in to the bend GOLDSTAR WILSON (7) - severely checked and was unbalanced on the home bend referred to the vet MANIMAL (8) - angled out abruptly across heels on the home turn severely checking runner to his outer
Race 4	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Ht1 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 1	BILLS BARKER late scratching at kenneling with swelling on the near hind hock a 7 day stand down was recommended. OPAWA MINE (2) - checked and lost momentum in the run in to the bend on the first occasion. IDOL LITTLE GIRL (3) - jostled for a stride or so racing around the first bend TOKEN PICK (4) - hampered slightly when coming back off heels racing in to the bend on the first occasion and was unable to get back in to contention. OPAWA SWEET (5) - awkwardly placed on heels racing around the first bend
Race 5	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Ht2 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 2	TUFF MR. TEE (3) - ran outwards bumping with runner to his outer soon after the start ran on to heels and checked outwards in the run around the bend on the first occasion. DIG DIG DIG (4) - checked soon after the start settled in the rear was unable to improve thereafter. JAY WENDY (5) - bumped soon after the start
Race 6	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Ht3 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 3	Idol Jazz referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. EDDIE HEMI (2) - began awkwardly stumbled for a stride or so coming off the mat losing momentum for a couple of strides. IDOL JAZZ (5) - dwelt and was last in to stride hampered for a stride or so and ran widest in to the bend on the first occasion losing ground settled well back made some ground in the run to the line was referred to the vet
Race 7	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Ht4 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 4	BIGTIME ROD (2) - fav- awkwardly away was then bumped and checked trailed the leader throughout. PRINCESS PEA (3) - ran in from the jump bumping runner to her inner and was also bumped from outer and was unbalanced then angled inwards across heels to the rail settled back was unable to improve thereafter. OPAWA BIG (5) - awkwardly away fro a stride made ground along the inner in the run around the first bend to get a handier position battled on. KUSHKA (6) - bumped soon after the jump unbalanced for a stride or so TUFF JEWEL (7) - ran in from the jump bumping with runner to her inner
Race 8	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Ht 5 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 5	FOUR TWENTY (3) - tightened and hampered slightly for several strides between improving runners on the home turn. SPOT WOODSTOCK (4) - raced well back throughout. PAM ARISING (6) - tightened and checked back over heels raced widest in to the bend on the first occasion OPAWA ANTHONY (7) - hampered for several strides when racing on the inner rounding and in to the home straight.
Race 9	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Ht 6 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 6	SHAW LEE referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. THRILLING STAN (1) - dwelt at the jump hampered when tightened and checked back racing in to the bend on the first occasion -soon after was checked again when forced to abruptly check outwards off heels SMASH ROCK (3) - dwelt at the jump was quickly in to stride was tightened and checked back from between runners racing in to the bend on the first occasion losing ground made good ground in to the far bend . SHAW LEE (4) - raced handy to the home turn compounded in the run to the line and was referred to the vet OUR RICK (5) - fav- tightened and jostled between runners soon after the start and went back off heels to the rear checked again racing in to the first bend made good ground thereafter to finish in to 2nd placing at the line. HERE'S HEMI (6) - began awkwardly for a stride or so stumbling slightly coming off the mat GOLDSTAR SYDNEY (7) - dwelt and was last away was awkwardly placed on heels running wide and losing momentum and ground in the run around the first bend.
Race 10	NZ Racing Series Novice (C0-C1) Ht 7 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 7	SLY BET referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. ARTHUR'S CROWN (1) - handy racing in to the first bend checked when attempting to angle outwards losing momentum and ground back towards the rear was unable to improve thereafter SLY BET (2) - midfield racing in to the first bend when forced to abruptly check outwards off heels and jostled with runner to his outer losing ground to last in the running was unable to get back in to contention was referred to the vet
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	PRETTIEST EYES (2) - jostled and tightened between runners for some strides in the early stages -hampered again for a stride or so entering the bend CAWBOURNE LOOKS (3) - came out over heels entering the bend and was held up for some strides when unable to clear hindquarters of runner to his inner. ZARA ZARA (4) - held up in behind runners in the early stages unbalanced for a stride or so entering teh bend losing ground KATHLEE (5) - fav- slow away hampered for a couple of strides as she improved to the lead was never headed thereafter. ALAMEIN DIP (7) - forced to check outwards off heels entering the bend and came together with runner to her outer losing all chance. HOMEBUSH RAZZ (8) - checked entering the bend and forced wide losing all chance.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME HEARTY referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. BELLA JADE referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. HOMEBUSH KAZZY (1) - severely hampered and checked back towards the rear in the run in to the bend when clear made good ground along the inner in the run to the line. SKITZER (2) - held up behind runners in the run to the bend made ground across the top . BIGTIME HEARTY (4) - fav- only fairly away soon after was jostled between runners and severely hampered entering the bend soon after attempted to angle outwards and tangled with runners to her outer severely hampering them and herself losing momentum and all chance was referred to teh vet BELLA JADE (6) - severely tightened and jostled between runners for some distance in the run to the bend checked again and unbalanced racing on to the top bend and was referred to the vet BREED APART (7) - dictated across in the run to the bend causing tightening and checks to several runners to her inner . LUKE SKYWALKER (8) - began best angled across in the run to the bend causing tightening and checks to several runners
Race 13	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	UNFOUNDED (2) - dwelt and was last away angled outwards in the run across the top bend finished in the rear at the line. WHIPPY BALE (3) - jostled in the midfield in the run to the bend bumped with runner to her outer on the top bend when improving CAWBOURNE CHOPS (6) - held up in behind runners for some strides in the early running. COCKNEY RIP OFF (7) - fav- ran in from the jump bumped with runner to her inner was then checked and angled out over heels to race widest in to and around the bend to the home straight. ACCRA (8) - led early stages hampered for a stride or so entering the bend checked again soon after lost ground back towards the rear .
Race 14	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 - C1 - 305	ANOTHER COLD ONE (3) - dwelt at the jump and soon after was bumped from the outer racing in to the bend came out off heels and was contacted from behind checking outwards losing all chance thereafter. JELANI (5) - bumped and was unbalanced for a couple of strides coming off the mats losing momentum checked and lost momentum and all chance in the run across the top bend. BORN FAB (6) - was bumped and jostled between runners coming off the mats caught heels and checked entering the bend losing momentum for a couple of strides. BIGTIME HOLLY (7) - ran inwards from the jump bumping runner to her inner and was unbalanced for a stride or so FLYING CANARY (8) - checked when clipping heels entering the bend losing momentum and ground
Race 15	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	FLYING HUEY (1) - was bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend MAGMA (2) - tightened and jostled between runners for some distance in the run to the bend COOL WOLF (3) - soon after the start was pushed and jostled inwards for some strides losing his position in the run in to the bend forced to check out off heels bumping hard with runner to his outer racing on to teh top bend SUBWAY KAY (4) - checked and jostled for some strides in the run to the bend AZANDEI (5) - fav- dwelt at the jump and was last away checked off heels entering the bend soon after was bumped hard widest out on the top bend losing all chance. CAWBOURNE SPOOK (6) - jumped best angled across causing tightening and checks to several runners in the run to the bend SPIRIT OF NATHAN (7) - hampered in the midfield for a few strides in the run across the top bend.
