Judicial report: BIGTIME AUTUMN was a late scratching from Race 9 due to a seasonal complaint. BIGTIME STEVE in Race 12 was down in weight by 2.7 kilograms and this was an intentional decrease. BIGTIME CHARLIE in Race 12 was down in weight by 1.6 kilograms and the Trainer M.Gowan was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 45.11.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	TYNECASTLE FLYER (2) - began awkwardly losing ground but recovered to finish in 2nd place. ALAMEIN TIGER (3) - raced wide into the bend and down the home straight and finished last. HEY JUDE (5) - in contact after the start and was unbalanced and settled back and stayed there. UNO ELEVEN (6) - involved in jostling after the start and got back but made up ground for 4th place. MANLY MONKEY (7) - settled back and raced wide over ground on the bend and finished 2nd last.
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 FINAL - C1f - 520	ROSE AND CROWN (1) - shifted out into the first bend and dictated other runners over extra ground. BIGTIME LEEROY (3) - slow from the start but recovered to run on for 3rd BIGTIME LOGAN (5) - bumped and forced wide into the first bend and stayed well back. JAY MIKE (7) - slow from the start and settled back. Forced wide on the first bend and stayed well back. BIGTIME FORECAST (8) - bumped and unbalanced into the first bend and lost momentum and stayed back to finish last.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2 - C2 - 305	NIC'S FAB (1) - crowded going into first turn and lost three lengths and stayed back for the remainder. ZARA DAIKEN (3) - slow away from the start and settled at the rear. PODIUM PHOBIA (4) - slow from the start but recovered quickly and went on to win well. SHADOW GIRL (8) - slow from the boxes and settled well back and stayed there throughout. SHAKTI (9/2) - tightened between runners into the first turn and lost several lengths and stayed back to finish last.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	GRAY BALE (2) - checked off heels into the first bend and shifted out causing checks to other runners. ALLEN MACK (3) - hampered and lost momentum going to first turn. Bumped and forced out going into first bend and lost three lengths. LUCKY JAMES (4) - forced over extra ground into first bend and stayed back for the remainder. CAWBOURNE FOXY (5) - inconvenienced from the start and settled back and stayed there throughout. OPAWA DENISE (6) - crowded from outside from the start and got back and stayed there to finish in 6th place.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	IDOL HOT (3) - crowded going to first turn and got back but made up ground well to finish 2nd. RAPPER TILLY (4) - awkwardly positioned into first turn and was tightened and shuffled back to last and stayed there for the remainder. BIGTIME VICTORY (7) - in contact and inconvenienced from the start and lost momentum and stayed well back.
Race 6	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME HANNAH (2) - was galloped on and dragged down going into the bend and finished several lengths last. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. CAWBOURNE LYNS (3) - checked after the start and settled at the rear. Was checked losing several lengths when avoiding the incident on the first turn. BIGTIME CHAMP (4) - badly hampered when galloping onto the back of another runner into the bend and lost ground. SOZIN'S ANGEL (5) - badly checked in the incident on the first turn and stayed well back. SECRET INDY (7) - checked in the incident on the first turn and lost all chance.
Race 7	FIRST SECURITY C4 - C4 - 305	IVANHOV (4) - was checked after the start and settled back at the rear and stayed there for the remainder. IDOL DUDE (8) - raced wide over extra ground on the bend but ran on well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C3 - C3 - 520	CAVEMAN SAM (2) - was bumped after the start and unbalanced briefly but recovered quickly. drifted over the final stages to finish last. TUFF KNIGHT (4) - began awkwardly and settled back where he stayed throughout.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA F C3 - C3f - 305	BLACKJACK MAN (2) - was in contact on the bend and was eventually checked losing three lengths and stayed back for the remainder. HOMEBUSH MINNIE (4) - was the slowest away from the start and stayed back to finish 5th.
Race 10	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES HERE DECEMBER C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	ASK KING JEFF (1) - crowded adjacent to the rail going to first turn and was shuffled back to the rear and stayed back throughout. TYSON'S QUEST (2) - tightened in the run to the first turn and was checked back to near the rear and stayed well back. CAWBOURNE LIZ (5) - eased over heels into the first bend and shifted out to race a little wide. IDOL TOM (6) - dictated out into the first bend and inconvenienced for a short distance but ran on for 2nd place
Race 11	HATRICK DASH C3 - C3 - 305	BIGTIME OTTEY (1) - was bumped and inconvenienced for a short distance after the start. CAWBOURNE CHEZZY (2) - was crowded into the first turn and was unbalanced briefly but recovered to finish 2nd. OPAWA BEAR (3) - Jostled after the start and lost momentum briefly. BIGTIME IVO (4) - in contact and inconvenienced for a short distance after the start. CAWBOURNE CRUZ (5) - was crowded and unbalanced into the bend and lost momentum briefly but recovered to finish 3rd. LUCHA (6) - hampered after the start and lost momentum and stayed well back. ANOTHER FLAG (7) - crowded and lost momentum after the start and stayed back for the remainder. ALAMEIN STRYDA (8) - shifted in from the start and caused checks to several runners in the race to the first corner.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	ZOE JEAN (6) - shifted out going to the first turn and raced wide throughout and finished last.
