Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1). Trainer C Weir advised Stewards that DANGERWOOD had fractured a hock while competing in a solo trial at the trials held at Addington raceway on the 15 October 2018 with this necessitating the Greyhound to be humanly euthanised.~~

2). MITCHAM BECKY (B Dann) - completed a satisfactory box trial as required.~~

3). BAHAMA QUEEN ( J Dunn) - completed a satisfactory trial and will be permitted to be nominated when its 28 day stand down expires.~~

4). An investigation was opened into the manner in which Handler Ms A Waretini conducted herself after the running of Race 12.~~

5). All available films may be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)
