Track: Good The Club have purchased a new set of scales which were in use for the first time today. The track was presented in good order and the meeting proceeded smoothly.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: MINI MANSION was a late scratching from Race 7 due to a shoulder laceration. DYNA BENTLEY has now completed 10 clear runs and the endorsement on his papers has been removed.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 Ht1 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	KYLIE JEAN (3) - tightened after the start and lost momentum but made up ground for 4th place. VIKING ASH (4) - tightened and lost ground after the start. FLYING HUEY (5) - tightened after the start and was shuffled back to last and stayed well back. YEE COO COO (6) - crowded after the start and checked losing ground. Checked into the bend losing further ground and stayed back. SLY JOHN (8) - shifted in after the start and caused crowding and checks to several runners
Race 2	WHANGANUI CHRONICLE CO Ht2 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	OUTA SIMS (3) - was galloped on into the bend and checked but recovered to finish in 4th place. BIGTIME HOLLY (4) - in contact on the bend and lost four lengths and stayed well back. CASSIA (5) - slow to begin and settled back but ran on well to finish 3rd. BANJO HOPE (6) - in contact on the bend and was unbalanced losing ground. BLUR OF MOTION (7) - galloped on another runner into the bend and lost ground. Checked over heels into straight losing ground and stayed back. ARM TURNER (8) - checked and fell into the bend but regained feet to finish. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	AON CPF C0 HT3 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	BIGTIME CLAWS (3) - was slow away from the start and stayed back throughout. SEFTON BREW (4) - shifted out slightly on the bend forcing another runner wide. BIGTIME CLEVER (6) - dictated wide into the straight and lost ground but ran on well. HEAVENLY EYES (7) - raced wide throughout over extra ground and stayed back to finish last.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C0 - C0 - 520	ZARA JINX (3) - shifted out from the start and contributed to tightening. BIGTIME PAIGE (4) - tightened after the start and lost momentum. Checked soon after and settled back but finished well for 4th place. THREE OF HEARTS (5) - tightened after the start and lost momentum and stayed back. JETLAG JAG (6) - shifted in after the start and contributed to crowding and checks to other runners. HASHTAG BLESSED (7) - began awkwardly losing three lengths and stayed back to finish 2nd last.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 520	INDY'S BOY (5) - a little slow to begin and lost ground. Checked into the first turn losing ground and stayed well back to finish last. BIGTIME LOGAN (8) - slow from the start and settled back where he stayed throughout to finish 2nd last.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	AZANDEI (1) - checked into the first turn and lost momentum. EYE FAR (4) - shifted in going into the first turn and checked an inside runner. JUDGE ME JACKIE (6) - bumped and forced wide into the bend over extra ground and stayed back. CAWBOURNE NATH (8) - slow to begin from the outside box and stayed back throughout.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	LISSADELL BABE (2) - in contact after the start and was unbalanced briefly and went back to last and stayed there throughout. BIGTIME JASMINE (4) - bumped after the start and lost momentum and she stayed back to finish last. NERO (8) - was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and found to have a torn gracilis muscle with a 28 days stand down imposed.
Race 8	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES HERE DECEMBER C1 - C1 - 305	CAWBOURNE OWEN (5) - began awkwardly losing three lengths but did make up some ground for 5th place. BIGTIME KALANI (8) - raced wide throughout and finished well back in 7th place.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	EPIC FORCE (3) - raced very wide over extra ground on the bend. MAKING IT UP (4) - tightened going to first turn and went back to near the rear but recovered to finish 4th. PAT PATTERSON (5) - crowded into the first turn and shuffled back to the rear and finished well back. HOMEBUSH DEMI (6) - crowded after the start and lost ground and stayed well back. AHUROA FLYER (7) - shifted in from the start and crowded inside runners for a short distance.
Race 10	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	ROCKY'S TO MUCH (5) - badly hampered by the fallen runner losing several lengths and stayed well back. TUFF TEMPTRESS (6) - was checked into the first turn and fell but got up to finish the race. Was referred to the Vet and JELANI (7) - began very awkwardly losing several lengths and all chance.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	CHASE ME APATCHE (2) - checked off the runner ahead into the bend and lost three lengths and stayed back for the remainder. DYNA BENTLEY (3) - was the slowest to begin and settled back but ran on in the straight to finish 4th.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE BETTSY (2) - was handy early in the race but was checked entering back straight losing three lengths. GO RING (7) - was the slowest to begin and was then bumped and forced wide into the first bend. FOREVER AND EVER (10/8) - began well to challenge for the lead to the first turn but was checked, went back to last and stayed there throughout.
Race 13	LASER PLUMBING C1 - C1 - 305	HUNGRY MACHINE (2) - checked over heels on the bend and shifted out to race wide and finished last. SET THE LIMIT (7) - raced wide on the bend over extra ground and stayed back to finish 6th. HOMEBUSH RAZZ (8) - was slow away from the start and settled back where she stayed throughout.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION C1 FINAL - C1f - 305	BIGTIME PETE (5) - was bumped on two occasions after the start but recovered quickly to go on and win with ease. CIARA (6) - in contact on the bend and was briefly unbalanced and lost ground JUSTA GIFT (7) - jostled on the bend and lost momentum for a short distance and finished at the rear.
Race 15	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 SUPPORT RACE - C1 - 305	FLYING CANARY (2) - slow away from the boxes and was then jostled between runners going to the first turn and went back to the rear. SMASH FIRE (3) - jostled between runners on the home turn and was shuffled to last and finished in that position. ALAMEIN PANDA (6) - raced very wide on the bend and down the home straight over extra ground.
