Judicial report: Trainer M Gowan was fined $50-00 minor infringement rule ( 38.9 ) after being late to kennel her runners in first kennelling.
OAPAWA TAI ( N Udy ) was a late scratching at kenneling on vets advice.
THAT'S FRANK race 7 ( J McInerney ) has been stood down rule 38.9 until the completion of a satisfactory trial/s.

THAT'S FRANK was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found - kennel rep was shown a replay and after hearing submissions put forward the Stewards determined that the dog be stood down to to perform a satisfactory trial /s for an unsatisfactory performance. ZARA JINX (3) - was bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend -ran widest on to the top bend stuck on well for 3rd placing at the line. JAY WENDY (4) - checked soon after the jump settled back - improved up along the inner to midfield on the top bend only battled thereafter ARM TURNER (6) - tightened and checked soon after the jump -jostled again for some strides soon after - checked inwards across heels racing in to the bend- ran wide in to the home straight. THAT'S FRANK (7) - led out-raced greenly in to and on to the top bend causing himself to be jostled going back towards the rear and was unable to improve finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to teh vet. |

BIGTIME ACACIA (8) - fav- attempted to angle across in to the bned but was forced widest and covered a fair amount of extra ground in the run across the top bend -was unable to get in to contention thereafter. |

FARE DODGER (1) - led out soon after was bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend and was unbalanced racing in to the bend and went back towards the rear -was severely checked and fell just short of the lime -he was quickly to his paws to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet TROJAN HOARSE (3) - when vying for the lead in the run to the bend he attempted to angle inwards and bumped and jostled the runner to his inner for some distance in the run to the bend ARGUS FILCH (4) - forced to abruptly check out over heels racing in to the bend and was forced to make ground widest to the home turn where he angled inwards checking runner to his inner and just short of the line he moved inwards resulting in runner to his inner clipping his heels and falling. |

BIGTIME MICHELLE (1) - jumped away well raced handy towards the bend where she was hampered for several strides as runner to her outer angled across to the rail -she lost ground back towards the rear and was unable to improve finishing towards the rear at the line and was referred to the vet BIGTIME BRUCIE (2) - began awkwardly and was last in to stride and was unable to get in to contention thereafter. |

BIGTIME BUCKO (7) - racing between runners entering the bend was forced to check abruptly out over heels to be extremely wide on to the top bend and was uncomfortable in his galloping action on the home turn when racing in the rear and was referred to the vet .
