Judicial report: 1). DAHTESTE (B Dann) - was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season.~~

2). DEADPOOL JEWEL (A Roberts) - stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Failing to Pursue the Lure in Race 1.~~

3). DIZZY LASS (J McInerney) - stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Marring in Race 7.~~

4). GAZZA'S GIRL (J & D Fahey) - stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Failing to Pursue the Lure in Race 10.~~

All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)

LOZZA THE RASCAL (2) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH SECRET (3) - slow to jump. SAME AGAIN (6) - forced up the track rounding the bend. DEADPOOL JEWEL (7) - slow to jump. Turned its head outwards and diverted its attention to the runner to its outside rounding the bend. Subjected to a Veterinary examination and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Failing to Pursue the lure. GOLDSTAR VEGAS (8) - slow to jump.
Race 2	Happy 88th Birthday Ray Anderson Dash - C2 - 295	LONELY BAXTER (3) - contacted from behind on several occasions in the run to the bend. Placed in restricted room entering the bend and made contact with the running rail losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. FERAL KAIAKA (4) - forced down the track and into restricted room in the run to the bend having to check off heels. Checked and obliged to run up the track entering the bend losing ground. RING CLOWN (5) - forced down the track and into restricted room in the run to the bend. JINJA ELLIE (7) - began awkwardly losing ground. Terminally checked entering the bend.
Race 3	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C0 - 520	EYE STAR (1) - jostled with outside runner early stages. JAY GRIM (2) - jostled with inside runner early stages. Checked off heels rounding the first bend. HAZE ADAMS (6) - slow to jump. KNOW ANXIETY (8) - checked outwards off heels rounding the final bend.
Race 4	Glenbyre Tavern Sprint - C2 - 295	DAHTESTE (B Dann) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season. SUPER BAD (1) - jostled with outside runner prior to the bend. Ran wide rounding the bend. OHOKA PHEOBE (3) - jostled with inside runner prior to the bend. SMASH REWARD (4) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend and had to steady contacting outside runner. HOMEBUSH SCORPIO (6) - contacted from the inside entering the bend and lost momentum.
Race 5	A2C Asphalt 2 Concrete Ph 0800222583 Dashj - C0 - 295	ANOTHER JOY (1) - slow early. MEMPHIS JEWEL (2) - slow early. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to check. Checked outwards off heels entering home straight.
Race 6	NZ Racing Series Novice Final - NZRSf - 520	GOLDSTAR CAPTAIN (1) - awkwardly placed between runners entering the first bend losing momentum. GOLDSTAR RENEE (3) - shifted up the track early stages. KNOW EQUAL (4) - boxed first. Squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend and climbed on from behind losing ground. GOLDSTAR HURLEY (5) - forced up the track early stages. Climbed on prior to the first bend losing ground. TIANYU (6) - squeezed for room early stages. Climbed on heels prior to the first bend.
Race 7	Springston Hotel Sprint - C0 - 295	DIZZY LASS (1) - turned its head outwards entering the bend and Marred the runner to its outside. Continued to run up the track rounding the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Marring. GRACIE LEE (3) - marred by the runner to its inside entering the bend. Forced up the track rounding the bend. ANOTHER COLD ONE (4) - forced down the track early stages. Checked across heels early stages of run home. CLAUSEN JEWEL (5) - squeezed for room early stages. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend and had to check. GOLDSTAR ALASKA (6) - came up with the lid and was slow to jump. Checked and lost ground entering the bend. HOMEBUSH PIERCE (8) - shifted down the track early stages placing inside greyhounds under pressure. Checked entering the bend and lost momentum.

INKY LORD (3) - contacted from the outside prior to the bend. Squeezed for racing room entering the bend and dragged down losing its chance. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. TWIZEL STORM (5) - contacted inside runner prior to the bend. Jostled and lost ground entering the bend. GOLDSTAR POWER (6) - awkwardly placed entering the bend.
Race 9	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Dash - C2 - 295	GO SHIRLY GO (2) - squeezed and bumped with outside runner exiting the bend. IDOL GEORGIE (3) - jostled with outside runner early stages. Awkwardly placed entering the bend and made contact with the running rail. Cleared of injury post-race. SASS 'EM UP (4) - jostled with inside runner early stages. Bumped from the inside exiting the bend. SAY CHEESE (6) - climbed on heels entering the bend and lost ground. AUROS ADVANTAGE (7) - climbed on from behind entering the bend and lost balance and ground. KNOW RESPECT (8) - checked rounding the bend and ran wide.
Race 10	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520	LITTLE LOZZA (3) - bumped from the outside early stages. Checked outwards off heels shortly afterwards. GAZZA'S GIRL (4) - obliged to check off heels early stages. Eased free of interference entering the final bend and again prior to exiting it. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for failing to Pursue the Lure. SOZIN'S EMPEROR (5) - came down the track early stages impeding inside runner. Bumped with inside runner shortly afterwards. Checked slightly prior to the bend. Checked again final bend. HOMEBUSH CARL (6) - checked from behind rounding the first bend. ELLAND ROAD (8) - began awkwardly. Checked final bend.
Race 11	Murray Wigley @ Ray White Ph021480250 Stakes - C1 - 520	GOLDSTAR TROOPER (2) - bumped down the track early stages. Bumped from the inside rounding the first bend. FORBURY FLYER (3) - squeezed and lost ground early stages. BAGO BYE BYE (4) - bumped with outside runner rounding the first bend. HOMEBUSH PETE (7) - climbed on heels entering the first bend having to check up the track becoming unbalanced and taking no further part in the race. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to have sustained a fractured Metacarpal in its right fore leg. GOTCHA ROCKY (8) - climbed on entering the first bend.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C2 - 295	ABACUS MAGIC (3) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and had to steady losing momentum. HOMEBUSH MILES (4) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and had to steady. CORNALI (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages losing ground.
