Judicial report: 1). Trainer R Wales was fined the sum of $50 for failing to have the registration papers available for GO BRAT.~~

2). Trainer J Jopson was fined the sum of $100 for presenting TUBBY KEVIE 1.6kg above its last recorded weight.~~

3). SOUTHERN HONEY (R S Hamilton) - was a late scratching from race 8 after being found to be in season at kenneling.~~

4). NIPPAOFSAMBUCCA ( J T McInerney) - was a late scratching by order of the Stewards under Rule 11.3(l) after slipping it's collar and finding its way to the lure.~~

5). HOMEBUSH HUNDY - J T McInerney) - was stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Failing To Pursue the lure in Race 10.~~

All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)

CLAUSEN JEWEL (7) - ran wide and fell racing into the bend, regained his feet and completed the race. A post race vet check was carried out revealing soreness on flexion and extension of neck with a 7 day stand down imposed. HOMEBUSH KATIE (8) - checked entering the bend and fell and regained her feet and completed the race. A post race vet check was carried out with no injury detected. REIGN OF FIRE (9/6) - inconvenienced racing into bend.
Race 2	ADDED ENERGY STAKES - C0 - 457	MELTING WORLD (3) - slow away. GO GUNNA (5) - weakened concluding stages. GUILTY ROGUE (6) - slow away.
Race 3	GREYHOUNDSASPETS.ORG.NZ - C4/5 - 390	ZIPPING LANCE (1) - slow away. COSMIC RUBEN (4) - checked shortly after the start. OPAWA JUMPER (6) - ran in shortly after the start checking several runners. DEBBIE BAXTER (9/5) - checked shortly after the start.
Race 4	DAVE ROBBIE PHOTOGRAPHER - C2/3 - 457	MANOOKA (4) - bumped by inside runner at the start. ELLAND ROAD (5) - inconvenienced by inside runner racing into the bend. FROSTY BLAZE (6) - squeezed between runners and stumbled shortly after the start.
Race 5	CONGRATULATIONS COLOMBO - C3 - 457	AMY BALE (2) - squeezed shortly after the start.
Race 6	TONI@BODYAUDITSOUTH PH 021657001 - C4/5 - 457	MALAGA MOLLY (1) - brushed inside runner racing into the bend and lost momentum. SOUTHERN LIGHTS (3) - ran in sharply at the start inconveniencing runners inside it. Moved out racing into bend inconveniencing outside runners. LORD LOUIE (4) - squeezed between runners racing into the bend. SHALLAY PALLAY (6) - inconvenienced by inside runners racing into the bend.
Race 7	MR WHIPPY SOUTHLAND FINAL - C1f - 457	BASHFUL BUFFY (4) - checked off heels racing into bend losing ground in the process.
Race 8	SOUTHLAND & OTAGO PHOTO FINISH - C1 - 457	SOUTHERN HONEY (1) - late scratching at kenneling, found to be in season. SOZIN'S EMPEROR (4) - bumped by inside runner shortly after the start. AWESOME ANNIE (6) - raced wide throughout. CHUNK (7) - began awkwardly. Inconvenienced by inside runner shortly after the start.
Race 9	SGRC 27 YEARS AT ASCOT PARK - C3 - 390	TUBBY KEVIE (1) - inconvenienced by outside runners shortly after the start. TEE AN' CEE (3) - moved out shortly after the start inconveniencing several runners. HALF SILVER FERN (5) - squeezed shortly after the start losing ground. Checked off heels early in the home straight. HOMEBUSH ELLIE (6) - squeezed shortly after the start losing ground. HOMEBUSH SKIP (7) - ran in shortly after the start inconveniencing several runners.

JOE BONANZA (4) - inconvenienced shortly after the start. COSMIC RYDER (5) - ran in sharply shortly after the start inconveniencing several runners. HOMEBUSH HUNDY (9/8) - eased free of interference prior to the finish line. A post race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stood down 28 days pending one satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure. REVIEWED AND DISMISSED

HOMEBUSH CARL (5) - ran in sharply at the start inconveniencing several runners inside. KOPUTAI (7) - raced wide for the length of the back straight.
Race 12	[email protected] - C2 - 390	BLACK DAN (2) - checked off heels racing into the bend. BOTANY ALAN (5) - shifted in sharply at the start inconveniencing several runners. GOTCHA ZENA (9/7) - checked off heels late in the run home.
Race 13	RACING AGAIN 2ND OCTOBER - C1 - 390	DREAM HARD (4) - checked off heels racing into the bend. HOMEBUSH CLINT (6) - checked at the start. GOTCHA AUSSIE (7) - ran in at the start checking the runner to its inside.
