Race 3	Happy Birthday Dianne Lozell Stakes - C1 - 457	OPAWA VELOCETTE (1) - contact several occasions in the back straight then jostled for a distance first turn. Tightened rounding the bend shifting out off heels. DON MOROCCO (2) - contact for a distance back straight losing ground entering the first turn. BUDDY LOADED (3) - tightened making contact for a distance throughout the back straight losing ground racing into the first turn then tightened becoming unbalanced. Shifted out off heels rounding the bend making contact. Collided entering the final straight. TUFF TREASURE (4) - tightened making contact for a distance throughout the back straight losing ground racing into the first turn becoming briefly unbalanced. Shifted out off heels rounding the bend. KING SHAQ (5) - bumped start then tightened losing ground. Angled in first turn making contact. GRANNY MAGNET (6) - slow away. Collided first turn. Hampered rounding the bend getting forced wider losing ground. Collided entering the final straight. SNOOPY'S BRO (7) - bumped start. Contact for a distance back straight then jostled first turn losing ground.
Race 4	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C1 - 375	JINJA LAD (2) - slow away. tightened making contact for a distance final bend becoming awkwardly placed near the running rail losing ground. Precautionary veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. JUST A MATTHEW (4) - slow away. Contact for a distance final bend becoming unbalanced losing ground. JETSUN BEAR (6) - checked getting on heels racing toward the first turn. BIGTIME MOOLA (7) - angled in into the line of another runner racing toward the first turn. BEAR CLAWS (8) - slow away. Checked rounding the first turn shifting out off heels then raced wide for the remainder of the event.
Race 5	Couplands Dog Biscuits Conditioned Sprint - C1 - 375	HOME BOUND was presented 3.3kg up in weight from its previous start on 26 July 2018 with connections advising this was an intentional weight increase. CRACKLE (1) - bumped rounding the bend. STAR MECHANIC (2) - hampered leaving the boxes. Attempted to shift out when tightened rounding the bend getting on heels making contact then contacted from behind becoming unbalanced losing ground. MIGHTY MEZZ (3) - contact start. Improved through a narrow run rounding the bend making contact. DOUG DEEP (4) - contacted from behind rounding the bend. FINKLE FOOT HERO (5) - slow away then steadied off heels. Bumped first turn. Hampered rounding the bend getting on heels then contacted from behind. HOME BOUND (6) - slow away. Contacted hindquarters first turn losing ground. SCOTT NO VALUE (7) - checked rounding the bend getting forced wider losing ground. ALF TUPPER (8) - raced wide then checked rounding the bend shifting in across heels.
Race 6	GRNZ Awards & Conference 13/10 Sprint - C1 - 375	GOING BANANAS (2) - angled out rounding the final bend and marred the running of JETSUN WOODY for a distance forcing this runner wider. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1a marring (1st offence) BILLY BULLET (3) - checked after the start. Contacted from behind first turn. ZIPPING ANDRE (4) - inconvenienced start. Contacted heels first turn. Inconvenienced final bend. STAY RICH (6) - bumped start. Inconvenienced first turn shifting wider. Inconvenienced entering the final straight having to shift in off heels. JETSUN WOODY (7) - bumped start. Hampered final bend getting forced wide by GOING BANANAS losing considerable ground. BIGTIME OLLIE (8) - slow away losing several lengths. Held up final bend.
Race 7	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C1/2 - 375	PRETTY AND PINK (2) - inconvenienced for a distance after the start then tightened and checked first turn. Hampered rounding the bend getting forced very wide losing ground. LUKE SKYWALKER (3) - contact rounding the bend becoming briefly unbalanced. SNOOPY'S HERO (4) - contact for a distance rounding the bend then shifted out across hindquarters becoming unbalanced losing ground. NANGAR MAGIC (5) - Contact for a distance rounding the bend then hampered becoming unbalanced getting forced wider making contact. THRILLING KATIE (6) - inconvenienced after the start. Contact for a distance rounding the bend then hampered becoming unbalanced.
Race 8	Mayhounds Racing Retirement Project Sprint - C1/2 - 375	YELLA ELLA (1) - tightened making contact first turn. EPIC FORCE (2) - bumped after the start. Tightened and checked first turn. C'EST L'AMOUR (3) - bumped after the start. Tightened making contact first turn. TOKEN JASPER (4) - shifted off heels first turn making contact. JINJA ROMAN (5) - tightened after the start losing ground. Hampered first turn losing ground. ELOUERA MIST (7) - Hampered first turn shifting wider losing ground. Post race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the left hind toes and a 14 day stand down imposed. BIGTIME SOPHIE (8) - contact first turn losing ground going back onto other runners.
Race 9	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C3 - 375	SUBZERO PRINCESS (1) - Contact concluding stages. GOTCHA MILLIE (2) - tightened making contact for a distance final bend. Contact for a distance concluding stages. KURIDRANI (3) - bumped after the start then made contact for a distance into the first turn shifting out off heels losing ground going back onto other runners. Faltered after the line with a veterinary examination revealing cramp with stand down required. TUMBALAIOO (4) - bumped after the start then made contact for a distance into the first turn.
