Judicial report: 1). JAX JEWEL (A Roberts) - completed a satisfactory box trial and is now permitted to race.~~

2). TREVILLE (R Blackburn) - Mrs Blackburn made application to have the endorsement on this greyhounds papers under Rule 55.1 cancelled after completing in Ten clear races.~~

3). RIGHT ON TIME (R Blackburn) - Mrs Blackburn advised that this greyhound had pulled up from its race on Tuesday the 31st July 2018 with a hock strain.~~

4). Trainer J Tanner was fined $50.00 for failed to have the registration papers available for HASTA LUEGO RAMA.~~

5) Lure Driver M Gallagher was spoken to in relation to the distance between the lure and the leading dog during the running of Race 10.

All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)

Faltered in its stride and lost ground entering the bend checking trailing runner. Failed to finish. Subjected to a Veterinary examination and found to have sustained a fracture to its right hock.As a consequence to this the greyhound was humanely euthanised. JUSTIN RYAN (4) - jostled with inside greyhound prior to the bend. OHOKA ANGEL (5) - awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend having to steady. PLATONIC AFFAIR (7) - boxed first. Checked entering the bend. CALL ME FLO (8) - slow early. Checked and forced up the track entering the bend.
Race 2	All The Best For The 2018/19 Season Dash - C3/4 - 295	COSMIC RICHIE (2) - placed in tight quarters entering the bend. HOWIE BALE (4) - slow to jump. BIRDIE TEE (6) - checked outwards off heels rounding the bend.
Race 3	Flair Sprint - C3 - 295	RUNWAY BONO (1) - jostled with outside runner early stages. GO ALL LIN (2) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Jostled with outside runner shortly afterwards losing ground. Ran wide rounding the bend. HIGH RETURN (3) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Jostled with inside runner shortly afterwards and lost ground. HOMEBUSH SCORPIO (4) - jostled with inside runners early stages. ZEFSIDE (8) - bumped with inside runner early stages.
Race 4	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C3 - 295	CATHY MAREE (1) - squeezed and jostled with outside greyhound exiting the bend before checking outwards off heels. SPECIAL AFFAIR (5) - began awkwardly. Squeezed for racing room and had to steady entering the bend. RELEVANCE (6) - began awkwardly. Held up for racing room entering the bend. Jostled with inside greyhound exiting the bend. WE ROCKING (7) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost momentum.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	MACEY BAXTER (2) - squeezed and lost ground entering the bend. Checked off heels rounding the bend. OHOKA PHEOBE (4) - squeezed and lost ground entering the bend. FIERY AFFAIR (5) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Bumped with inside greyhound entering the bend. GOLDSTAR LINKIN (7) - checked rounding the bend.
Race 6	Canterbury GOTB Presidents Cup Heat 1 - C5q - 295 Heat 1	PLATINUM MARSHAL (2) - began awkwardly. Placed on heels rounding the bend and had to steady. LISA'S BOY (4) - climbed on heels and fell to the track entering the bend checking trailing runners. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. FIERY JEN (5) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend. Terminally checked entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. DANZIGER (6) - terminally checked entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. WOW MADONNA (7) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Inconvenienced entering the bend.
Race 7	Canterbury GOTB Presidents Cup Heat 2 - C5q - 295 Heat 2	KALONGA (2) - lost ground when squeezed for room entering the bend. Collided with outside runner exiting the bend. FLOWER BOMB (3) - contacted from the outside in the run to the bend. Checked outwards and up the track entering the bend. NANGAR WARRIOR (5) - collided with inside runner in the run to the bend. ELODEA (6) - jostled with outside runner in the run to the bend. Inconvenienced exiting the bend. ODIN SLAYER (7) - squeezed for racing room in the run to bend. Contacted from the inside exiting the bend. FIRED UP JASPER (8) - jostled with inside runner in the run to the bend.
Race 8	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C3/4 - 520	GOLDSTAR MARVELY (3) - contacted from the outside early stages.Again contacted from the outside entering the first bend. Squeezed and lost ground entering the back straight. OPAWA TIMO (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Faltered in its gait rounding the final turn and lost all momentum. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to have a torn right Gracilis with a 28 day stand down imposed. ROCKSTAR KOBE (5) - squeezed for racing room early stages having to check losing momentum. Inconvenienced entering the back straight shifting up the track. MINA ALLEN (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages losing momentum. Inconvenienced entering the back straight. UMBRIDGE BALE (8) - collided with inside runner entering the first bend.
Race 9	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C3 - 520	BOOKIE MONSTER (2) - began awkwardly. Squeezed for racing room rounding the first bend and had to steady. REPLICA CASINO (4) - forced down the track in the run to the judge. OPAWA BRAD (5) - shifted down the track in the run to the judge placing pressure on inside runner. HELSKI BALE (8) - had to steady when squeezed for racing room entering the back straight.
Race 10	My Bro Fabio Distance - C1/2d - 645	The "All Clear" was withheld until Stewards viewed all available films in regards to the positioning of the Lure rounding the final bend. After viewing said films, Stewards were satisfied no Greyhound had been inconvenienced by the positioning of the Lure during this period of the race and the "All Clear" was given. FORBURY FLYER (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages and had to steady. KIA TERE (6) - forced down the track early stages. DAVE'S DOT (7) - came down the track early stages forcing inside runner down.
Race 11	Angler's Arms Tavern Dash - C3/4 - 295	KNOW HASSLE (2) - slow to jump. Shifted up the track entering the bend. OSKITZ (4) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and had to steady. OPAWA JUMPER (6) - jostled with outside runner in the run to the bend. Forced up the track exiting the bend. MITCHAM FAYE (8) - jostled with inside runner in the run to the bend.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C3/4 - 295	THINK TANK (4) - bumped early stages. GOLDSTAR JAY JAY (5) - squeezed early stages. CAWBOURNE BRITTY (6) - bumped and squeezed early stages. Raced up the track rounding the bend. JINJA CREAM FIZZ (7) - checked inwards off heels rounding the bend. KNOW SWEAT (8) - inconvenienced rounding the bend.
