Judicial report: 1) - BAD (race 6) stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b for failing to pursue the lure. 2) - SNOOPY'S HERO and KING SHAQ (race 13) were both declared non runners and disqualified under Rule 53.15 for starting from the wrong starting positions. An inquiry was opened and adjourned into this matter. All runners from the kennels of H Kite, B Marsh & L Cole were scratched under exceptional circumstances with no penalty due to the transfer of dates for this meeting.

Race 2	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Series Heat 1 - C1q - 527 Heat 1	JETSUN SINGER (2) - bumped first turn. Tightened and checked back straight shifting out off heels. UNTOUCHABLE (3) - contact after the start and for several strides racing toward the first turn. . TALKABOUT SOPHIE (4) - slow away. Bumped first turn. JINJA LIV (5) - slow away. Tightened and checked racing into the first turn shifting wider. Bumped back straight. BIGTIME WAYNO (6) - slow away. Bumped several occasions first turn. AUSSI JOSHY (8) - Raced wide for the majority of the event. SALVAROTTI (9/1) - contact after the start and several strides racing toward the first turn.

Jostled for a distance back straight. JETSUN SWAN (4) - contact after the start and again for a distance entering the first turn losing ground. Hampered for a distance rounding the first turn losing ground. PHUKET PAUL (5) - contact for a distance after the start losing ground. CAWBOURNE TABER (6) - contact for a distance after the start losing ground first turn. Hampered for a distance rounding the first turn losing ground. BARWON STORM (7) - contact after the start and again entering the first turn becoming briefly unbalanced. Raced in restricted room rounding the final bend. MAGNETUDE EIGHT (9/1) - Contact for a distance entering the first turn and again rounding the bend losing ground. Jostled for a distance back straight losing ground.
Race 4	Last One Standing Sprint - C5 - 318	OBSTINATUS (1) - bumped back straight. LEROY SPIRIT (2) - contact several occasions back straight losing ground. Hampered getting on heels rounding the bend losing ground. CLASSY IMPACT (3) - tightened and checked back straight. BUSHMAN'S IDOL (4) - slow away. Collided first turn. KIWI BOY (5) - contact back straight losing ground. Checked rounding the bend shifting wider. Presented to the veterinarian following this event for a laceration to the right hind toe with a 10 day stand down imposed. ALYESKA (6) - contact several occasions back straight. Collided first turn then shifted in into the line of another runner getting dragged down losing all chance. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality.
Race 5	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C3 - 318	KURIDRANI (4) - checked back straight and again first turn losing ground. BODYGUARD (5) - contact several occasions back straight. Collided several occasions final bend becoming unbalanced shifting wide losing ground. RETIRED MOUSE (6) - bumped start. Contact for a distance in the back straight shifting in first turn. Collided several occasions final bend becoming unbalanced. MOBILITY SCOOTER (7) - bumped start. Contact for a distance racing into the first turn shifting wider. Bumped rounding the bend. WAIT FOR US (8) - contact for a distance entering the first turn shifting wider. Bumped rounding the bend losing ground.
Race 6	Qualified Pet Services Sprint - C4 - 318	HALLO STAR (5) - checked first turn. BAD (6) - slow away then lost contact with the field taking no competitive part in this event. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue. MAD HARRY (7) - inconvenienced first turn shifting off heels making contact. BLITZ 'EM RENE (8) - steadied off heels first turn making contact.

ZIPPING RINGO (5) - bumped first turn. FANCY GAS (9/7) - contact first turn. Bumped final bend. SAN TAN SAMSON (10/3) - bumped first turn losing ground going back onto another runner. .
Race 8	Sunline Trophy Stakes - SPECA - 527	TALKABOUT IZZY (2) - bumped after the start. ELECTRIC DEE EYE (3) - slow away. GO ANGEL (4) - contact for a distance after the start. Shifted out off heels first turn. COSMIC BARWON (5) - contact for a distance after the start. Tightened and checked rounding the bend into the back straight shifting out off heels. THRILLING ARNOLD (6) - slow away. YOOLDOME (10/1) - appeared to become unbalanced for several strides racing toward the first turn losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right whip muscle with a 14 day stand down imposed. Stewards and track staff reviewed footage and inspected this section of the track following this event. The track was attended to by track staff and the meeting continued as scheduled.
Race 9	Duke of Edinburgh Silver Collar Heat 1 - C2dq - 779 Heat 1	TRANQUIL BLOSSOM (2) - checked first turn going back onto another runner. Checked rounding the bend leaving the front straight. Contact rounding the final bend when tiring. ELECTRIC LOTTO (3) - hampered first turn getting forced wider onto another runner. Bumped rounding the first turn. Contact rounding the final bend. CRISTIANE CYBORG (4) - slow away. Checked first turn shifting out making solid contact. Bumped rounding the first turn. Shifted out off heels entering the back straight making contact. Brief contact final bend. TULLABUNG GOOGAR (5) - inconvenienced after the start then shifted out off heels. Brief contact final bend. TRANSLATOR (6) - bumped first turn. Inconvenienced entering the back straight making contact. VICKI KEEPING (8) - slow away making brief contact. Shifted wide off heels first turn.
