Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1). Trainers S & B Evans and Kennel Steward P Munro were each fined the sum of $50.00 for failing to ensure the appropriate race rug was placed on the Greyhound 'KALONGA' prior to Race 8.

2). OPAWA PLUM (R Wales) - was a late scratching at kenneling after presenting with a torn left hind web.

3). All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b).

Race 1	The Fitz Sports Bar Sprint - C0 - 295	CHARLIE'S CHAMP (2) - began awkwardly. Squeezed for racing room prior to the bend. STEP INSIDE LOVE (3) - bumped down the track shortly after the start before having its racing room impeded for a brief period thereafter. PAM ARISING (5) - slow to jump. Held up for racing room rounding the bend. COSMIC MARTY (6) - came down the track bumping with inside runner shortly after the start. Squeezed for racing room prior to the bend. FERAL STEADFAST (7) - came down the track in the run to the bend placing pressure on inside greyhounds.
Race 2	Kaisa Earthworks Ph 0272073323 Dash - C0 - 295	TUMMY RUB QUEEN (1) - slow to jump. Shifted up the track in the run to the bend. ROCKY VINCITORE (3) - checked and lost ground entering the bend. CAMSIDE ROSE (4) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend having to steady checking trailing runners in consequence. HOMEBUSH MAYCEE (5) - squeezed for racing room prior to the bend before being obliged to check off heels. Checked and lost ground shortly afterwards. HOMEBUSH SATARA (7) - contacted from the inside early stages. Checked and lost ground entering the bend. GOLDSTAR WILSON (8) - shifted down the track early colliding with inside runner.
Race 3	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C0 - 520	GOLDSTAR HURLEY (2) - shifted up the track early stages and was slightly dragged down. SEFTON JILL (3) - began awkwardly settling last. SMASH REWARD (4) - shifted ground outwards to avoid heels in the run to the first bend. Raced wide rounding the first bend. Failed to a competitive part in the race thereafter. When questioned regarding the performance Trainer M Grant advised that it was the greyhounds first start and that he was of the opinion it would derive benefit from today's outing. Performance noted. TOKEN OICK (5) - climbed on heels shortly after the start having to steady. GO GUNNA (8) - raced wide rounding the first bend. Failed to a competitive part in the race thereafter. When questioned regarding the performance Trainer R Wales advised that the Greyhound would be restricted to sprint distance racing at Addington raceway in the near future. Performance noted.
Race 4	Coalgate Tavern Dash - C2 - 295	HOMEBUSH SCRIBE (3) - bumped from the outside early stages. TRICKY ACTION (10/4) - contacted from the outside early stages. UNVERIFIED (9/5) - came inwards at the start colliding with inside runner. CATHY MAREE (7) - awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend and lost balance and momentum checking outside greyhound. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. LORD PROTECTOR (8) - severely checked entering the bend losing its chance.
Race 5	Flair Stakes - C0 - 520	SEFTON MOLLY (3) - slow to jump. Shifted up the track in the run to the first bend. SLY CARL (4) - squeezed for racing room first bend and had to steady losing ground. LUCKY BLAIR (9/5) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend and lost momentum. Inconvenienced rounding the final bend. AMY BOY (6) - contacted from the outside racing down the back straight and lost momentum SMASH ROCK (7) - contacted inside runner down the back straight. Weakened rounding the final bend checking trailing runners. Referred to the Veterinarian with no abnormalities detected. TOKEN HAZEL (8) - checked rounding the first bend. Inconvenienced rounding the final bend.
Race 6	Power Farming Canterbury Sprint - C2 - 295	GENETIC MARLOW (1) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend. HOMEBUSH HUNDY (2) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. Squeezed for racing room prior to the bend and had to steady. GOLDSTAR LINKIN (4) - bumped form the outside in the run to the bend. Squeezed for racing room entering the bend and lost all momentum. COME SUNDAY (5) - bumped down the track shortly after the start before being squeezed for racing room. Inconvenienced rounding the bend. MITCHAM READO (7) - shifted down the track early stages colliding with inside runner.
Race 7	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Stakes - C1 - 520	VALYRIAN STEEL (3) - squeezed and awkwardly placed between runners entering the first bend. Checked off heels again rounding first bend. ROCKSTAR KOBE (9/4) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the first bend and obliged to steady. BOSSY AFFAIR (6) - checked outwards off heels entering the first bend. ELLAND ROAD (8) - checked from behind rounding the first bend.
Race 8	Kolorful Kanvas Dash - C2 - 295	ASSERTING POWER (2) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend losing momentum. Checked outwards off heels rounding the bend. EPIC KNOXY (3) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. DYNA EROLL (5) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend having to steady for a stride. SMASH LILY (7) - awkwardly placed between runners rounding the bend losing momentum. GAME CONTROLLER (10/8) - inconvenienced rounding the bend.
Race 9	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C2 - 520	KNOW POTENTIAl (1) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the first bend. HOMEBUSH RAGNA (2) - collided with outside runner rounding the first bend. TORPEDO TUCK (6) - squeezed for racing room entering the first bend and was obliged to check outwards. LIGHTNING CRASH (7) - awkwardly place to the outside of runners entering the bend. Collided with inside runner rounding the first bend. KNOW EQUAL (8) - boxed first. Awkwardly placed to the outside of runners entering the first bend and raced wide on the track as a consequence.
Race 10	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C2 - 295	HOMEBUSH HAZEL (1) - slow to jump. GIANCANA (2) - bumped down the track in the run to the bend. Placed in restricted room and had to steady off heels when entering the bend. CULVIE LASS (3) - bumped down the track in the run to the bend. SASS 'EM UP (7) - came up with the lids and was slow away in consequence. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend.
Race 11	Islington Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520	MELAN (2) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend. KNOW LEAVE (3) - bumped from the outside entering the first bend losing momentum. Obliged to check off heels rounding the final bend. KNOW OTHER (6) - bumped inside runner entering the bend and lost ground after being forced up track.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C3 - 295	LISA'S BOY (1) - jostled with outside greyhound in the run to the bend before being obliged to check off heels inconveniencing trailing runners. CROTTY (9/2) - bumped early stages losing ground. Inconvenienced entering the bend losing ground. Awkwardly placed on heels and had to check outwards upon entering the home straight. CHOP SHOP (4) - jostled with inside greyhound in the run to the bend. Climbed on heels rounding the bend. Checked exiting the bend. HOMEBUSH SCOPIO (5) - checked off heels in the run t the bend. Checked from behind rounding the bend. BOTANY ALAN (7) - squeezed for room early and had to steady losing ground.
