Judicial report: 1). GOLDSTAR RAVEN ( S & B Evans) - completed a satisfactory trial and is now permitted to be nominated to race.
2). Races 2 and 3 were delayed at the request of the TAB.
3). All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b)

TRICKY ACTION (8) - ran inwards shortly after start contacting inside runner. |

SERIOUSLY GRAND (5) - jostled through the early stages. HOMEBUSH BANKER (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Checked entering the bend and lost ground. OLIVER BLACK (7) -came inwards at the start colliding with inside runner. Contacted from the inside entering the bend and lost all balance failing to finish. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to have sustained a fractured left front radius ulna and was humanly euthanized. THINK TANK (8) - came down the track in the run to the bend and bumped with several runners. |
