Judicial report: The inquiry opened into the circumstances surrounding the scratching of ZOIE WILLOW on 22/4/18 has been concluded. ZOIE WILLOW was presented to the veterinarian on 23/4/18 with no abnormality detected and is now clear to be nominated. JOE JOE (race 2) was withdrawn from todays meeting with connections advising this greyhound has now been retired from racing.
