Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: CRACKLE in Race 7 was stood down for 1 month under Rule 55.1 b for a 1st offence of failing to pursue the lure throughout and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.
CRACKLE has had an endorsement cancelled under rule ( 55.7 ) after completing 10 clear runs -endorsement signed on 20-12-2017 so was eligible to start with a clean record.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL CO - C0 - 305	SMILEY O'RILEY (1) - Was checked and fell into the bend but regained his feet and finished the race and was referred to the Vet and found to have general bruising. CAWBOURNE CHOPS (4) - Was hampered at the start and got back but finished the race off well for 4th place. HURRICANE AL (6) - Was checked from behind and fell going into the bend. Regained her feet and finished the race and was referred to the Vet and found to have hind quarters bruising. BIGTIME LUCY (7) - Checked and fell into the bend but regained her feet and finished the race and was referred to the Vet and found to have elbow swelling. MISS WIGGLE (8) - Was hampered into the bend when avoiding fallen runners and lost momentum.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE CO - C0 - 520	BIGTIME EYORE (2) - Slow to begin and settled back. DREAM ON DREAMER (3) - Checked after the start and got back and was then checked and fell on the first bend but regained his feet to finish the race and was referred to the Vet. He was found to have general bruising along the back. WHIPPY BALE (7) - Was bumped and unbalanced into first bend and went back to last. Appeared awkward in her action and was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. CAWBOURNE BEE (9/4) - Got back from the start and stayed there throughout.
Race 3	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 FINAL - C1f - 305	CELESTIAL ACTION (2) - Was referred to the Vet with hock pain. HOMEBUSH BELLE (7) - Was hampered when the start was made and got back. Was tightened between runners into the bend and lost further ground and stayed back to finish last.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS CO - C0 - 305	I'M A VIKKER (4) - Was checked when the start was made and settled back where she stayed throughout to finish last. BIGTIME BRONX (5) - Was checked on the bend and lost ground but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 D Feature - C0d - 645	GRAY BALE (4) - Awkwardly positioned between runners into the first turn and lost momentum briefly. TAKE ACTION (5) - Jostled for a short distance into the first turn and lost momentum and she stayed back throughout the race. BIGTIME JACK (9/3) - Was awkwardly positioned after the start and was shuffled back and stayed there to finish in 6th place.
Race 6	LASER PLUMBING CO - C0 - 305	PICKERING (4) - Was bumped going to first turn and lost ground and stayed back for the remainder. TRIBAL CONQUEST (6) - Bumped after the start and again going to first turn and lost momentum. CAWBOURNE ROB (8) - Went up with the box lids and settled back but did make up some ground for 4th.
Race 7	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 520	RUBBED OUT led into the back straight but faltered and drifted back through the field and finished a distance last and was referred to the Vet and found to have a gracilis muscle injury. CRACKLE (3) - Shared the lead into the back straight but eased and went back through the field and finished in 2nd last place. She was referred to the Vet found to have minor injuries with 5 day stand down recommended but was stood down for 1 month under rule 55.1 b for a 1st offence of failing to pursue the lure and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME CLYDE (1) - Shifted out over heels and heavily bumped another runner which lost ground going into the first turn. PAT BELLA (2) - Was checked from behind into first turn and lost momentum for a short distance. CAWBOURNE RIDGE (8) - Was heavily bumped going into the first turn and he lost ground and stayed well back for the remainder.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C2 - 305	BRIGHTEYES SOUL (1) - Was checked into the bend losing several lengths and all chance. CLOVER COLIN (3) - Was also checked into the bend and lost all chance and stayed well back. ELECTRIC DANDY (5) - Checked off the back of another runner into the bend and was unbalanced and went back and out which resulted in checks to other runners.
Race 10	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME JACOB (2) - Was slow to begin and settled back and stayed there throughout.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH MANU (1) - Was one of the slowest to begin and stayed well back throughout. NGAKAWAU (4) - Was checked at the start and settled back where he stayed. PLAN STAN (5) - Checked when the start was made and settled back. Was checked again going into the bend losing further ground and stayed well back from there. GO ASH (6) - Shifted in going into the bend and caused a check to another runner which never recovered.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	MANHATTAN STYLE (8) - Was slow to begin and settled back. Was hampered briefly turning into the straight.
