Judicial report: HE'S A SHARKIE completed a satisfactory trial which was required under Rule 38.9 and is now cleared to be nominated. CAWBOURNE SANDY has now completed 10 clear runs since being stood down under Rule 55.1. Permission has been given for CAWBOURNE SANDY to race without blinkers.

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	FLYGON (4) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths, Was checked on the bend losing several lengths and finished at the rear. Was referred to the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury. SNIPPY PIPPI (5) - Shifted in abruptly from the start and checked another runner which lost ground, FLYING KOKO (8) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths.
Race 2	J P Print, Petone C2 - C2 - 375	FIVE EYES (3) - Checked over heels on the bend and shifted out forcing another runner very wide and they stayed back at the rear. WINEVARA (8) - Was the slowest to begin and then forced very wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 3	Use Petraveller.com.au C3/4 - C3/4 - 457	BIGTIME FLYER (1) - Jostled into the first turn and was checked losing ground. Shifted out into the bend and forced other runners very wide. BIGTIME VANESSA (2) - Jostled and checked into the first turn and was then forced very wide and stayed well back. ARDEN EMGRAND (5) - Shifted in into the bend and crowded runners to the inside. BIGTIME LIAM (8) - Forced wide and inconvenienced into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
Race 4	Affordable Pet Accessories C2/3 - C2/3 - 375	NDORA (5) - Raced very wide on the bend and into the straight and finished a distance last and was referred to the Vet and found to have a shoulder injury.
Race 5	Greyhounds As Pets C1/2 - C1/2 - 410	APRICITY (5) - Lay out on another runner going to first turn and continued to race wide over extra ground but ran on for 4th place. BLUE PRECISION (10/6) - Was hampered for some distance going to first turn and forced to race wide and stayed well back to finish 2nd last.
Race 6	Ionlyflyfirstclass.com C1 - C1 - 375	BRITT BAXTER (4) - Drifted to the rear going into the bend and stayed back to finish a distance last and was referred to the Vet and found to have a tricep muscle injury.
Race 7	Paul Claridge Electrical C1 - C1 - 375	The race was all clear.
Race 8	Steve 'The Auctioneer' Davis C2 - C2 - 457	CAWBOURNE RIDGE (4) - Was checked from behind into the bend and shifted out forcing other runners wide. BIGTIME CLYDE (6) - Was forced wide into the bend over extra ground and stayed back. CLOVER BUBBA (7) - Forced wide into the bend and covered extra ground and stayed back to finish last. MISTER EBBY (8) - Forced wide into the bend and inconvenienced losing momentum.
Race 9	Graeme Hayden Holmes Memorial Heat 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	OCEAN GAMBLER (6) - Was crowded from the start and settled back. Was forced to race wide on the bend over extra ground and stayed back to finish in 6th place.
Race 10	Graeme Hayden Holmes Memorial Heat 2 - C1q - 457 Heat 2	GRAY BALE (5) - Bumped and unbalanced going into the bend and lost ground and went back to the rear and stayed back. BENNY BURRITO (8) - Was away well from the start but was inconvenienced going into the bend and was then bumped and unbalanced losing ground and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 11	Graeme Hayden Holmes Memorial Heat 3 - C1q - 457 Heat 3	The race was clear.
Race 12	M&M Master Butchers C5 - C5 - 457	BIGTIME MIA (3) - Was inconvenienced from the start and crowded from the outside. Shifted out on the bend and was in contact and went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder. NATURE'S GENT (8) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back. Was bumped and momentarily hampered losing momentum on the bend and stayed back to finish 5th.
Race 13	Brooks Timing C1 - C1 - 375	CAWBOURNE SERINA (1) - Shifted out going into the bend and caused checks to other runners. KIWI BAXTER (3) - checked into the bend and went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder. REEDY SET GO (5) - Dictated in after the start and settled back. Checked into the bend losing ground and stayed well back. TILLY'S SILLY (6) - Shifted in from the start and dictated another runner in. Checked into the bend and lost ground and stayed back for the remainder.
