Track: Good The track was presented in good order and with all equipment functioning well, the meeting proceeded smoothly.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Supplementary to Report from 21.02.18. DREAM ON DREAMER which was examined by the Vet and cleared on that day, was reported by the connections to have been sore the following day with muscle pain down the right side. GRAY BALE, DYNA BENTLEY and BARGE BALE all completed satisfactory trials which were required under rule 38.9. DYNA BENTLEY suffered a muscle injury after the line in the trial and was referred to the Vet and stood down for 21 days.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	HANOVER STATE (3) - Was in contact on the bend and lost momentum and stayed back to finish last. CHEAP SHOT MATTY (7) - Raced wide throughout covering extra ground but ran on to dead heat for 3rd. DE BLONDE (8) - Was forced to race over extra ground from the widest draw and was in contact on the bend and lost momentum briefly but ran on for 5th place.
Race 2	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 FINAL - C1f - 520	BIGTIME ZACK (2) - Crowded going into the first turn and lost momentum for a short distance but recovered to finish in 2nd place. CAWBOURNE RIDGE (3) - Was crowded into the first turn and settled back where he stayed throughout the remainder. IDOL TOM (8) - Was slow to begin and settled back. Bumped going into first bend but recovered to run on for 3rd place.
Race 3	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 FINAL - C3f - 305	SOZIN'S NOIR (2) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back where he stayed throughout to finish 6th. NIPPAOfSAMBUCCA (4) - Was bumped and unbalanced on the bend and lost ground and stayed well back.
Race 4	AON CPF C4 - C4 - 305	KING'S CALL (5) - Was hampered by another runner laying in going to the first turn and was eventually checked losing several lengths and stayed back to finish last. Was referred to the Vet and found to have pectoral and calf muscle pain and grazing to a foot and toe. BIGTIME CHAMP (6) - Lay in going to the first corner and was inconvenienced by another runner laying out and lost momentum until clearing that runner.
Race 5	FIRST SECURITY C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	CAWBOURNE BRANDY (9/4) - Shifted out and raced wide over extra ground on the bend and stayed well back.
Race 6	LASER PLUMBING C2 - C2 - 520	BIGTIME LADY (3) - Was checked from behind going into the first bend and lost several lengths and stayed back to finish in last place. AUDACIOUS ASSIN (7) - Galloped on heels going into the first turn and lost momentum and stayed back to finish 6th
Race 7	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME EMMA (3) - Was awkwardly positioned in restricted room going to the first turn and was unable to improve for a short distance. Once into the clear, she finished very well for 3rd place. GURU'S CHOICE (7) - Received a very interrupted run on the bend and was checked back to last where she finished the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a dislocated toe.
Race 8	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	BIGTIME LIAM (2) - Was crowded and lost ground going into the first turn and went back to near the rear and stayed back. PAT PATTERSON (3) - Was also crowded into the first turn and went back to near the rear but recovered to make ground into 4th at the finish. BIGTIME KYLIE (7) - Was checked going into the final bend and lost ground and never recovered, finishing in last place.
Race 9	J P PRINT PETONE C3 - C3 - 305	DOOSH (1) - Moved through inside another runner which was inconvenienced going into the bend. BIGTIME SIENNA (2) - Inconvenienced going into the bend when bumped from the inside and unbalanced. A short distance further on was checked from the outside, went back to last and finished in that position. OPAWA HARRY (6) - Shifted in on the bend and checked another runner which went back to last.
Race 10	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	BIGTIME BRUCIE (7) - Was the slowest to begin and then raced a little wide on the first bend but did make up ground well from there to finish in 4th place.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME SPARK (1) - Was bumped and jostled in early stages and settled back. LETS GO SPRITE (2) - Jostled going to the first corner and lost momentum briefly. ASTERIA (3) - Jostled in the race to the first turn and got back where she stayed for the remainder. UNO BRENT (6) - Was the slowest to begin and stayed well back throughout.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2 - C2 - 305	TOTES (2) - Was bumped and unbalanced going into the bend and lost momentum. CAWBOURNE FROST (3) - Began awkwardly and got back where she stayed throughout. BACON MY HEART (8) - Was in contact on two occasions going into the bend and went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder.
