Judicial report: 1) OLOROSO was a late scratching from race 13 at 9.05am due to sustaining an injury. 2) EMOJI was a late scratching at 11.25am from race 3 on veterinary advice. 3) MY RED HERO (race 8) was stood down for 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue (first offence with the previous endorsement having been cancelled under Rule 55.7). A Cleaver was issued with a minor infringement notice and fined $100 for presenting DRURY to race 1.8kg up in weight from its previous start on 4/2/18. 5) Following the race meeting at Cambridge raceway on Thursday 15 February connections were spoken to regarding COSMIC BARWON which appeared uncomfortable after the start of race 6 with this dog found to be sore in the right hip support and was subsequently scratched from todays meeting and given a 14 day stand down. 6) The inquiry opened on 21/12/17 into an incident with Corey Steele was concluding with C Steele fined $300 under Rule 62.1 g

Race 7	Last One Standing Sprint - C4 - 318	Stewards reviewed the footage of the start when the Trackside microphone dropped to the ground next to the boxes just prior to the start being effected making a slight noise. Stewards were satisfied no runner had been materially affected. ALYESKA (1) - collided final bend. FANTASTIC SID (2) - faltered first turn going back onto other runners then losing contact with the field. Veterinary examination revealed an injury to the left gracilis with a 42 day stand down imposed. OBSTINATUS (3) - contact after the start and for a distance in the back straight. Collided final bend. KIWI BOY (4) - slow away then checked. Hampered final bend getting forced very wide losing ground. BITTERS (5) - tightened and checked after the start. Hampered first turn losing considerable ground. WAERENGA STAR (6) - contact after the start and for a distance back straight then checked losing ground. Hampered first turn losing ground. VEE MARINA (7) - slow away.
