Judicial report: L Bell the Trainer of CULVIE DEN in Race 15 was fined $ 50.00 under the provisions of Rule 44.8 b when failing to present the registration papers for the dog.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	BIGTIME CLEVER (1) - Was tightened and checked going into the first turn and lost three lengths. ALL ABOUT SPACE (6) - Shifted in going into the bend and caused checks to two runners on the inside. HURRICANE AL (9/2) - Tightened and checked losing three lengths and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305	KILLER FROST (1) - Was checked going into the first turn and went back to the rear. Was then observed to be off stride for a short distance and finished in last place. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 520	BIGTIME POLLY (1) - Checked and lost ground going into the final bend but recovered to finish in 3rd place. BIGTIME BARCIA (3) - Checked after the start and settled back. Galloped onto the back of another runner which fell going into the first bend and he was also checked losing ground. BIGTIME JACOB (5) - Clipped the heels of another runner going into the final bend and lost momentum and stayed well back. BIGTIME ZOE (6) - Was observed to be lame following the race and was referred to the Vet and found to have gracilis pain. TUNA SPEED (7) - Galloped on going into the first bend and fell but regained her feet and finished the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to have thigh bruising.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C1 - 520	THRILLING STAN (2) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back. Was then checked on the first bend losing three lengths and stayed back at the rear for the remainder. Was referred to the Vet and and found to have deltoid and quadricep pain.
Race 5	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2 - C2 - 305	CAWBOURNE BRANDY (1) - Was checked and unbalanced going into the first turn and lost momentum. Was tightened between runners approaching the straight entrance and went back to last and finished in that position. OPAWA HARRY (10/3) - Was awkwardly placed in restricted room going into the bend and lost ground.
Race 6	J P PRINT PETONE C0 - C0 - 305	AHUROA FLYER (1) - Was checked going into the bend and fell but regained her feet and finished the race. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH BELLE (2) - Was crowded from the outside into the bend and shuffled back to the rear and stayed back. PLAN STAN (3) - Was crowded from outside into the bend and lost ground.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	WRONG FULL ARREST (3) - Was galloped on and partially dragged down after the start and settled back. She continued to lose ground during the race and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet and found to have a split webbing.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 Ht1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	CAWBOURNE WEB (5) - Was galloped on going into the bend and lost several lengths and stayed well back. SCOTTA PIE (6) - Was down in weight by 1.8 kilograms from his last start on 04.12.17 and this was intentional. EAMON (9/3) - Checked off heels going into the bend and shifted out to gallop on heels soon after and stayed back.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	HOMEBUSH MANU (1) - Was slow away from the boxes and stayed back throughout. ALAMEIN TIGER was jostled and checked going to the first turn and stayed back. CLOVER VICTORIA (5) - Was bumped and unbalanced from the start and was then forced wide over extra ground on the bend and stayed back for the remainder.
Race 10	AON CPF C1 Ht3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	HOMEBUSH MYRA (4) - Was slow to begin and settled back. AZANDEI (5) - Jostled going into the bend and shifted out losing ground. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a possible quadricep injury and possible hock injury. LEON ROUGE (8) - Was bumped and forced wide into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 Ht4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	LUCHA (3) - Checked over heels and ran wide into the bend forcing another runner to race very wide. CYNDI ACTION (5) - Bumped and unbalanced from the start and got back. DERMOTT BROWN (9/7) - Hampered when between runners going to the bend and was the forced wide into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
Race 12	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 Ht5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	ALAMEIN LADY (4) - Was jostled for a short distance and unbalanced after the start and lost momentum. CAWBOURNE MACK (7) - Was tightened between runners after the start and got back. Ran wide into the bend over extra ground and stayed back to finish last. HOMEBUSH FLUTEY (9/2) - Was jostled and lost ground after the start and stayed back for the remainder.
Race 13	LASER PLUMBING C1 Ht6 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	HUNGRY MACHINE (2) - Was tightened from the outside going into the bend and lost three lengths. BLUE PRECISION (3) - Was tightened from the outside into the bend and made firm contact with the rail losing several lengths. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. BIGTIME BUSTER (6) - Shifted in and caused checks to inside runners going into the bend.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION C1 Ht7 - C1q - 305 Heat 7	CHOICE LASS (5) - Was bumped and inconvenienced after the start and then shifted out to race a little wide on the bend but ran on for 3rd place. SLICK STAR (8) - Began on terms with other runners but then drifted to the rear and finished several lengths last. She did not appear entirely comfortable in her galloping action and was referred to the Vet and found to have hock pain.
Race 15	HATRICK DASH C1 Ht8 - C1q - 305 Heat 8	TOMORROW STAR (1) - Was up in weight by 3.2 kilograms and this was intentional. Was in contact going into the bend and stayed back to finish last. FEAR THE BEARD (5) - Was in contact going into the bend and was unbalanced and stayed well back. CULVIE DEN (6) - Was forced wide over extra ground on the bend. KELLYDEAN (8) - Raced wide forcing another runner wide over extra ground.
