Judicial report: 1) Trainer J McInerney was fined $100.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 45.11 when AVALANCH CITY weighed in 1.8 kgs under its last race weight on 5 December. 2) IT'S A MUST (J & D Fahey) was stood down for 28 days and must complete a Satisfactory Trial after Failing to Pursue the Lure during Race 4.

Stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1.b. for failing to pursue the lure and must complete trial. TOKEN VIKKERS (2) - Checked by outside runner early stages. GO ALL LIN (3) - Ran outwards back straight. Pushed wide around turn. ALLEN MACK (9/5) - Pushed wide throughout back straight. JINJA CODY (8) - Ran inwards early stages checking inside runner.

Referred by vet and found to have a possible ruptured gracilus muscle with x-rays advised to be taken. HANKENSTEIN (6) - Contacted by outside runner back straight losing ground.
