Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: CHAIR UP was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1 b for failing to pursue the lure throughout in race 12 and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing. The above stand down is now rescinded under Rule 55.4 and replaced with a 21 day stand down for muscle soreness with the satisfactory trial still to be completed.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	MAKING IT UP (3) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back where he stayed throughout the race. CELESTIAL ACTION (7) - Was hampered after the start and lost momentum and she stayed back at the rear throughout to finish last. Was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and found to have a tricep muscle injury.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME DANGER (1) - Checked off the back of another runner going into the bend, went back to near the rear and stayed back for the remainder. YOU'RE THE BEST (3) - Checked back to the rear in the run to the first turn and stayed back to finish 2nd last.
Race 3	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	BIGTIME WILD (4) - was checked into the first turn and went back to the rear and stayed back for the remainder. BIGTIME DAZZLER (5) - Began awkwardly losing three lengths and stayed well back. BLACKIE CHAN (8) - Began awkwardly and settled back but did make up some ground to finish 5th.
Race 4	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1/2 D - C1/2d - 645	AUTUMN LIGHTS (1) - Was crowded and lost ground going into the 2nd turn. CAWBOURNE KAI (6) - Shifted in going into the 2nd turn and caused crowding to two other runners. CAWBOURNE TRIXY (10/8) - Crowded and lost ground going into the 2nd turn.
Race 5	FIRST SECURITY C5 - C5 - 305	THUNDERATION (1) - Was jostled and unbalanced after the start and lost momentum briefly. BIGTIME STU (3) - Was jostled and unbalanced after the start and got back where he stayed for the remainder to finish in 5th place.
Race 6	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C3 - C3 - 305	CAWBOURNE STICK (2) - Was jostled going to the first turn and lost ground going back to near the rear. WATCH YOUR BACK (3) - Was awkwardly placed going to the first turn and was pushed into the rail and went back to last and stayed there. Was referred to the Vet and found to have gracilis pain.
Race 7	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	BIGTIME ON FIRE (6) - Was checked going to the first turn and settled at the rear and stayed well back for the remainder. BIGTIME TYSON (7) - Was in contact on the first bend and was unbalanced losing ground and stayed back to finish last.
Race 8	J P PRINT PETONE C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	CHEAP SHOT MATTY (3) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back where he stayed throughout. ZOYA BALE (6) - Was awkwardly placed in restricted room down the back straight and was shuffled back towards the rear. FRISKY GAMBLER (7) - Checked off heels going into the bend and lost momentum but recovered to go on and finish in 3rd place.
Race 9	HATRICK DASH C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	KIRKHAM WEBBY (1) - Jostled and unbalanced going to the first turn and lost momentum and stayed back. POLLY CRACKER (2) - Was jostled and unbalanced going to the first corner and lost momentum briefly. BIGTIME SUGAR (3) - Was checked going to the first turn and went back to last but did make up some ground for 5th place. SOZIN'S BLUE (5) - Was hampered going to the first turn and stayed back to finish last.
Race 10	THE ROCK 95.2FM C3 - C3 - 520	MIDSOMER MAGIC (6) - Received an interrupted run going into and around the first bend and he went back to the rear and stayed ther for the remainder of the race.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 - C3 - 305	BIGTIME BREAK (4) - Was awkwardly placed in restricted room going to the first turn and lost momentum. She then shifted out to race a little wide and finished in 5th place. Was then knocked over when pulling up at the lure, was referred to the Vet and found to have a fractured near side foreleg and was humanely euthanased.
Race 12	MERRY CHRISTMAS DASH C3 - C3 - 305	CHAIR UP (1) - Was crowded and checked going to the first turn and went back to last. Was observed to steady for a short distance before racing again and finished in last place. Was referred to the Vet, cleared of injury and stood down for failing to pursue the lure but this was rescinded after being represented under Rule 55.4 and a 21 day stand down was imposed for deltoid and shoulder muscle soreness and is still required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing. UNO AGAIN (7) - Was checked when the start was made and settled back but made up ground to finish in 3rd place. CAWBOURNE DORA (9/6) - Received an interrupted run in tight quarters going to the first turn but made up ground for 4th place.
