Regained footing to finish some distance from the field with a veterinary examination revealing no abnormality. SURGE AHEAD (2) - contact for a distance back straight becoming unbalanced losing ground. Hampered rounding the bend. JETSUN PAINT (3) - contact after the start and for a distance throughout the back straight becoming unbalanced shifting in onto the running rail. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. BARWON BANDIT (4) - bumped back straight. Tightened and hampered rounding the bend shifting out off heels coming together with other runners losing ground. PHUKET PAUL (6) - checked start losing ground. HOT MAYHEM (7) - angled in start making contact. Bumped back straight. Angled in rounding the bend making solid contact for several strides. BRIGHT BOY (8) - Hampered rounding the bend.

SPACE ODDITY (3) - solid contact after the start and throughout the back straight then checked first turn losing ground. Held up rounding the bend. KEN WILDE (4) - tightened and inconvenienced after the start. Contact first turn. PRINCESS ALEA (5) - tightened and checked rounding the first turn.
