Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 520	FANCY FIFITA (7) - Was checked on the first bend losing ground but recovered to finish in 4th place. BIGTIME WILLIAM (8) - Was checked on the first bend and went back to the rear and stayed back to finish last.
Race 3	METEOR OOPD C0 - C0 - 305	DOUG DEEP (1) - Began awkwardly and settled back but made up some ground. DERMOTT BROWN (5) - Checked over heels on the bend and lost momentum briefly. SPIRIT OF NATHAN (7) - Was slow away from the boxes and settled back but ran on quite well.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	SURGE AHEAD (1) - Shifted out and raced wide on the bend and into the straight. COOL WOLF (2) - Checked over heels going into the bend and lost ground. PIKO PIKO DAWN (4) - Raced wide on the bend and into the straight over extra ground. CAWBOURNE JEFF (9/6) - Checked when the start was made and settled back.
Race 5	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	TWELVE GAUGE (3) - Jostled for some distance on the first bend losing ground and stayed back to finish last. BIGTIME MADISON (5) - Jostled with another runner for some distance on the first bend and stayed back to finish 7th. BIGTIME JACK (6) - Was slow to begin and lost three lengths and stayed well back throughout.
Race 6	J P PRINT PETONE C0 - C0 - 305	CASH PERSON (1) - Was crowded from the outside and unbalanced going to the first turn but recovered to win the race. CRACKLE (2) - Lay in going to the first turn and hampered another runner for some distance. PLAN STAN (5) - Slow to begin losing three lengths. Jostled for some distance going to the first turn and was checked and stayed back to finish last. AHUROA FLYER (8) - Shifted in and jostled with another runner for some distance going to the first turn and lost ground and finished 7th. PICKERING (10/3) - Slow to begin and stayed well back throughout and finished 6th.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 305	BUBLIN MAX (1) - Jostled going to the first turn and unbalanced briefly. CHAOS THEORY (4) - Dictated in going to the first turn and jostled losing momentum for a short distance. BIGTIME SPIRIT (5) - tightened between runners going to the first turn and lost his position. GRACE SLICK (6) - Bumped and unbalanced on the first corner and stayed back to finish last.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 520	MIDSUMMER MAGIC (3) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths but made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. THRILLING EDDIE (6) - Checked off heels in the back straight and lost ground but recovered to finish in 3rd place. BLACK ROADSTAR (8) - Was down in weight by 1.8 kilograms for a new Trainer and this was intentional.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	DUKE BAXTER (1) - Was slow to begin and settled back and stayed there throughout to finish 2nd last. MIDHURST MUSCLE (2) - Was crowded from the outside after the start and briefly unbalanced but recovered quickly to go on and finish 2nd. SECOND TIME (3) - Crowded from the outside after the start but recovered quickly and held his place and went on to finish in 3rd place. CAWBOURNE HINT (5) - Shifted in after the start and caused crowding to runners drawn closer to the rail. CARRICK (6) - Raced handy to the lead until entering the bend where he went off stride and drifted to finish several lengths last. Was referred to the Vet and found to have neck, shoulder and gastronemius muscle pain.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	IDOL PATCHES (1) - Shifted out slightly from the start and caused checks to other runners. CAWBOURNE MERL (2) - Crowded from the start and settled at the rear and stayed well back throughout. WHATA SHEMOZZEL (3) - Crowded from the start losing ground and she settled back and never improved.
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	CIARA (2) - Jostled with another runner on the home turn and was unbalanced losing momentum for a short distance. NIC'S FAB (3) - Jostled with another runner on the home turn and was briefly unbalanced and inconvenienced for a short distance.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 520	BLACKIE CHAN (2) - Was slow away from the boxes and settled back. Was checked and forced wide into the first bend, lost ground and stayed well back for the remainder. ORANGEY YELLOW (5) - Went off stride with a circuit to run and eventually finished a distance last. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a gracilis muscle injury. MILLY RIVERS (7) - Was slow to begin and settled back and was then checked going into the first bend and lost ground but recovered to finish 4th.
Race 13	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	KNOCK COBANNA (1) - Was awkwardly placed in restricted room going into the bend and went back and out into the line of another runner which was checked. MS RUBBLE DOUBLE (2) - Was slow to begin and settled back where she stayed to finish in 6th place. GOLDSTAR GIZMO (4) - Was checked and blundered going into the bend and he stayed back for the remainder.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	SMART DANDY (2) - Bumped when the start was made and settled back. Was checked going into the bend and stayed well back for the remainder. KINETIC SHADOW (3) - Bumped from the start and settled back but made up ground for 4th place. LACE (5) - Was crowded from outside going into the bend and was galloped on and checked losing ground. LETS GO SPRITE (6) - Shifted in going into the bend and crowded inside runners for a short distance. SHELLY MCBELL (7) - Went off stride going to the first turn and drifted to finish a distance last. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. CAWBOURNE JOHNO (8) - Galloped on the heels of another runner and was checked going into the bend.
Race 15	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	The start of this race was delayed by 2 minutes by the TAB. WAS JUST SAYING (1) - Was crowded and checked back to the rear going into the first turn and he never recovered and finished last. TOTES (2) - Was checked going into the bend and went back to near last and stayed well back.
