Judicial report: 1) Trainer C Weir was issued with an information alleging a breach of Rule 62(1)(y) in that he breached the Christchurch Club's dress code. Mr Weir denied the breach with this matter being forwarded to the JCA for a hearing. 2) At a JCA hearing on 29 September Trainers A McCook and J Jopson admitted a breach of Rule 45.11 on 26 September with the JCA imposing a fine of $150.
