Judicial report: The Trainers Kettlewell and Phillips were fined $ 50-00 under the provisions of Rule 44.8 b when failing to present the registration papers for WELLINGTON WIND in Race 6. An inquiry was opened and adjourned into an allegation of behaviour by a Licence holder which could be considered to be misconduct.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	BARK KNOPFLER (4) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths but made up ground to win the race. AHUROA MAGIC (5) - Shifted out approaching the home straight and forced other runners very wide on the track. STAR SECRET (6) - Forced very wide on the bend over extra ground. EYE KNO (7) - Checked and unbalanced losing ground entering the bend but recovered to finish 4th. NAHARIS (8) - Forced very wide over extra ground on the bend and finished in last place. CAWBOURNE JEFF (9/1) - Shifted out going into the bend and was unbalanced and checked another runner and they both lost ground.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 520	WHITE COMET (3) - Was checked going into the first corner and lost ground back to the rear where she stayed throughout the remainder. WATERLOO BLUE (4) - Was slow to begin but made up ground for 4th place. LAST MAN ALIVE (5) - Began awkwardly but recovered quickly and went on to finish in 3rd place. Was referred to the Vet and found to be dehydrated with mild lumbar pain.
Race 3	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	LORI ELLE (2) - Shifted out going into the bend and bumped with another runner and lost ground and went back to the rear. STOLE ME KEYS (5) - Bumped going into the bend and lost ground. BARK MY WORDS (6) - Very slow to begin losing several lengths. Forced wide into the bend and stayed back for the remainder. SNOOPY'S HERO (7) - Shifted out going into the bend and forced another runner very wide and stayed well back .
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	CAREFREE HIGHWAY (2) - Raced wide into the bend and then shifted back in causing a check to another runner approaching the home turn. CASH PERSON (5) - Was referred to the Vet and found to have carpus pain. CRACKLING (9/6) - Very slow to begin losing four lengths. Was checked losing further ground on the bend and finished in last place.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE ANGUS (4) - Was bumped and forced wide going into the first bend and he stayed well back for the remainder. BONUS LOTTO (5) - Shifted out on the first bend and bumped with another runner and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear. MICHIEF VIKING (6) - Was slow to begin and stayed well back throughout. Was referred to the Vet and found to have an ingrown wart.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	The race was all clear.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	SECRET AGENDA (3) - Was slow to begin and settled back. Was checked going into the first bend and went back to the rear. ERASMUS (4) - Was down in weight by 2.0 kilograms and this was an intentional decrease. PATTY BOY (8) - was slow to begin and he stayed well back throughout and finished 7th.
Race 8	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH SKIP (3) - Galloped on going into the bend and lost ground and stayed well back. MIKACHU (6) - Galloped on another runner and was checked going into the bend. CONSUMATE EASE (7) - Checked and forced wide going into the bend and stayed back to finish last. RUN ZOLA (8) - Checked and forced wide going into the bend and never recovered the lost ground.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE STEELE (6) - Raced very wide throughout covering considerable extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 10	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	LOCO AMIGO (1) - Shifted ground slightly from the start and dictated another runner. Checked from behind going into the bend and was hampered and lost momentum for a short distance. KYLIES STILETTO (3) - Dictated out slightly from the start and bumped with another runner briefly. BIGTIME MARK (4) - Hampered when held up going into the bend but made up ground for 4th place when into clear running. JAMAICA MISTAICA (5) - Bumped and unbalanced briefly from the start and settled back.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	SCOTT TO GO (3) - Raced a little wide and covered extra ground and finished last. OPAWA JUDY (4) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths and she stayed well back.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	OPAWA SMOKE (1) - Was crowded from the outside going to the first turn and she lost her position adjacent to the rail and went back to last. She then shifted out to race wide covering extra ground but ran on to finish in 6th place.
Race 13	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	CAWBOURNE SPREE (1) - Was tightened adjacent to the rail going to the first corner and was shuffled back to last and stayed back near the rear for the remainder. SIOUX BAXTER (2) - Was crowded going to the first corner and went back to near the rear and stayed back. SHAKTI (3) - Was crowded from outside going to the first turn and was unbalanced and lost ground and stayed back for the remainder. WATCH YOUR BACK (8) - Was the slowest to begin but made up ground well to finish 2nd.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	EXTROVERTED (2) - Was handy going into the bend but was checked losing several lengths and stayed well back. HOMEBUSH MYRA (3) - Was involved in jostling for some distance going to the first turn and settled back. Checked over heels on the bend losing further ground but still finished in 5th place. VEE VEERY GOOD (4) - Was one of the slowest to begin and was then checked going into the bend and stayed back for the remainder. JANDEL MAN (8) - Was slow to begin but was making up ground when checked on the bend and lost momentum.
Race 15	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	BACON MY HEART (4) - Began very awkwardly losing several lengths and all chance.
