Judicial report: Trainer H.Mullane was fined $ 50-00 under the provisions of Rule 85.4 (b) after a Greyhound escaped from a Trailer and ran loose on the track.

Race 1	Welcome to the Manukau Sportsbowl Sprint - C2 - 318	GIMME HOT CHIPS (2) - Was checked from behind going into the bend and lost ground and soon after was galloped on losing several lengths. CALL MY NAME (3) - Jostled for a short distance going to the first turn and unbalanced briefly. CAWBOURNE GIL (4) - Jostled going to the first corner and was unbalanced and went back to the rear. NANGAR PANTHER (6) - Tightened from the outside after the start and lost ground but recovered to finish in 2nd place. MAKE IT SNOW (7) - Tightened and checked after the start and settled at the rear. Galloped on heels on the bend and lost several lengths and finished in 7th place.
Race 2	Trophies Plus Sprint - C0 - 318	BRICK WITH EYES (1) - Was unable to avoid a fallen runner and lost ground going into the first turn. WAIROA ANGEL (2) - Was crowded from the start and settled back. Was hampered losing further ground going into the band when unable to avoid a fallen runner and finished well back. BIGTIME OLIVIA (3) - Crowded from the start and settled back where she stayed throughout. WARRIOR TONY (4) - Was jostled for a short distance going to the first turn and lost momentum briefly. BRIGHT BOY (6) - Led to the first corner but shifted in and made firm contact with the rail, was unbalanced and fell. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C3 - 318	OPAWA LIBBY (1) - Was crowded going into the bend and went back to last and stayed well back for the remainder. ALI ALI ALI (6) - Ran wide on the bend and into the home straight covering extra ground. DRURY (7) - Checked over heels entering the home straight and lost momentum briefly.
Race 4	Stitches Upholstery Stakes - C1 - 527	SUE ZOOKI (3) - Was crowded adjacent to the rail going into the first bend and she lost her position and went back two lengths. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a shoulder laceration. BARWON RIVER (7) - Was bumped going into the first bend and lost momentum and stayed well back for the remainder. ZIMMER FRAME (8) - Bumped and unbalanced into the first bend and stayed well back to finish in last place.
Race 5	Greyhound Function Centre Sprint - C1 - 318	IDOL BUTCHER (2) - Was crowded from the outside going to the first turn and lost ground and he never recovered and finished last. DIVA POSE (3) - Was also crowded going to the first corner and clipped heels losing momentum and stayed well back. THRILLING FOREST (5) - Shifted ground going to the first turn and crowded inside runners and was clipped from behind and lost momentum briefly. ACCRA (9/1) - Began awkwardly losing three lengths and he stayed well back throughout.
Race 6	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Stakes - C2/3 - 527	HEZAMAN (1) - Was slow to begin losing two lengths and he stayed well back throughout. COOL MARLOW (5) - Was bumped and unbalanced losing two lengths going into the first turn and he stayed back to finish last.
Race 7	DogZone Sprint - C1 - 318	TOOMINATOR (1) - Was the slowest to begin and he stayed back throughout and finished last. ROCKY AWESOME (6) - Was crowded going into the bend and lost momentum briefly. IT'S ELECTRIC (7) - Shifted in going into the bend and checked another runner which lost ground. GOLDSTAR HOLLY (8) - Was checked going into the bend and lost two lengths and stayed well back.
Race 8	Pump & Engineering Services Ltd Stakes - C1 - 527	JET PACK (8) - Was presented 1.5 kilograms down in weight from the last start on 07.09.17 and this was an intentional decrease. Was slow to begin and finished a distance last and was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 9	$10,000 Guaranteed Quaddie Sprint - C2 - 318	AUDRETTE (1) - Was tightened and checked going into the first turn and lost momentum briefly. EMOJI (2) - Was slow to begin and settled back. Shifted in making firm contact with the rail on the first corner and stayed back to finish 7th. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a thigh laceration. UNCOMPLICATED (3) - Was crowded going into the first turn but held her position. COSMIC ROVER (4) - Was slow to begin losing two lengths. SPACE ODDITY (6) - Was tightened and checked going into the bend and lost momentum briefly. ON DEMAND (7) - Was checked going into the bend losing three lengths and she stayed back for the remainder.
Race 10	Plasterboard Stakes - C4/5 - 527	OPAWA KURU (5) - Was tightened after the start and checked back to near the rear and he stayed well back. LOCHINVAR BROGUE (6) - Checked back to near the rear from the start but made up ground to finish 5th. WESTWOLD (7) - Tightened and checked from the start and settled back but made up ground to finish 3rd. KAVA BLU (8) - Checked over heels going into the first turn and lost momentum.
Race 11	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C4 - 318	The lure stopped after approximately 150 metres after the start and due to the Greyhounds going to the lure at speed and some impact injuries possibly being incurred, the race was abandoned. The malfunction may have been due to an electrical fault, possibly caused by heavy showers of rain. CLASSY IMPACT suffered a puncture wound when pulling up at the lure.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	The start was delayed for 4 minutes due to testing taking place after the abandonment of Race 11. COSMIC BARWON (4) - Checked going into the bend and stayed well back. BIGTIME SNEAKY (5) - Checked when there was general tightening going into the bend and finished well back. TYNECASTLE FLYER (6) - Checked going into the bend and lost momentum. SCOTT FORTITUDE (7) - Bumped and unbalanced going into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
