Judicial report: I Howe the Trainer of EYE KNO was fined $ 100-00 under the provisions of Rule 45.11 when the dog was presented down in weight by 2.1 kilograms from the last start on 21.08.17. NIPPA JOY was a late scratching from race 14 due to being in season. STAINLESS KNOCKA was a late scratching from race 15 due to suffering from dehydration. Trainer D.Edlin was issued with a warning under Rule 44.8 b when she failed to present the registration papers for THRILLING STAN in race 7 CRACKLE was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1 a for marring another runner in race 6 and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	FINAL STORY (1) - Checked after the start and lost momentum briefly. Checked from behind going into the bend and again lost momentum. EYE KNO (2) - Was down in weight by 2.1 kilograms from its previous start on 21 August 2017 and this was intentional. As a result, the Trainer I.Howe was fined $ 100-00 under the provisions of Rule 45.11. Checked after the start and lost momentum. Bumped and inconvenienced on the bend but recovered to make up ground for 3rd place. BIGTIME SPIRIT (3) - Checked after the start and lost ground. Checked going into the bend when tightened between runners and she went back to last and finished in that position. UNGRATEFUL (4) - Tightened after the start, went back to near the rear and stayed back. CAREFREE HIGHWAY (5) - Crowded after the start and settled back but made up ground to finish 2nd. AHUROA MAGIC (6) - Checked after the start and lost momentum. BARK ROSANOWSKI (7) - Shifted in from the start and caused checks to several other runners which lost ground.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 520	PINKY WINKY (3) - Shifted out on the first bend to cover extra ground and she dropped back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder. MISCHIEF VIKING (6) - Was the slowest to begin but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. BIGTIME RILEY (7) - Forced to race wide on the first bend, covered extra ground and finished 7th.
Race 3	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	AHUROA FLYER (3) - was bumped when the start was made and settled back. Was checked again on the bend losing three lengths and stayed back to finish last. SEEKING A DOLLAR (5) - was checked going into the bend losing four lengths and she then raced wide and stayed back to finish in last place. EXTRAPOLATE (6) - Was bumped and unbalanced soon after the start and was again bumped going into the bend and inconvenienced. CAWBOURNE GIBBO (7) - Began awkwardly losing momentum and then shifted in and made contact and was inconvenienced for a short distance.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	JUST LIKE MA (1) - Shifted out going to the first turn and lay on another runner which was hampered losing ground but went to win the race. CRACKLING (3) - Was slow away from the boxes and settled last. Checked on the bend losing further ground and finished last. MS RUBBLE DOUBLE (6) - Was tightened between runners from the start and inconvenienced for a short distance but recovered to finish in 4th place. SUBWAY KAY (7) - Was inconvenienced going to the first turn when being laid on by another runner and she lost two lengths.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 520	The race was all clear.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C0 - C0 - 305	CRACKLE (1) - Led into the straight but eased and marred another runner and was stood down for 28 days and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing. DERMOTT BROWN (2) - Was forced wide into the home straight and hampered by another runner. SAPPHIRE CLUB (4) - Was slow to begin and stayed well back throughout. STAR SECRET (7) - began very awkwardly losing ground and she then raced wide over extra ground and finished well back. CAWBOURNE CHOPS (8) - Faltered in the race to the first turn and drifted to finish a distance last. Was referred to the Vet and found to have gracilis muscle pain.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	THRILLING STAN (3) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths but he made up ground well to win the race. TAKE ACTION (5) - was checked entering the back straight and went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	SET THE LIMIT (1) - Was crowded from the outside after the start and lost momentum. Tightened again into the bend losing three lengths and stayed back. ADRENALIN KICK (4) - Crowded from the start and lost ground and stayed well back. JAMAICA MISTAICA (5) - Dictated in from the start but held his position and finished in 2nd place. ANOTHER SPIN (6) - Shifted in from the start and crowded other runners which were hampered losing momentum.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE BETTSY (3) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed well back. BIGTIME OTTEY (7) - ( Fav) - Slow to begin losing three lengths but quickly made up the lost ground and finished in 2nd place. SEDGEBROOK ANGEL (9/5) - Was checked when racing back in the field at the end of the back straight and she lost four lengths and finished in last place.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	SHAKTI (2) - Was checked and lost ground entering the home straight when another runner shifted into his running line. HOMEBUSH LUCIFER (3) - Moved through on the inside on the bend and inconvenienced another runner when making contact. BILLIE TEE (4) - Was bumped and pushed off line on the bend and she lost momentum and stayed back.
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	DYNA BEVLIN (3) - Was the slowest to begin and settled at the rear. ME JANE (4) - Was hampered soon after the start but recovered quickly to go to the lead going into the first turn and stayed there throughout.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	OPAWA SMOKE (2) - Was awkwardly positioned in restricted room on the bend and lost momentum for a short distance. Was inconvenienced in the home straight when attempting a run between runners. BIGTIME MARK (4) - Was bumped and unbalanced after the start and was jostled for some distance going to the first turn but made up ground well for 2nd place. LUCKY SUNDAY (6) - Bumped with and then jostled with another runner for some distance after the start and he went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 13	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	IDOL LEANNE (4) - Bumped when the start was made and she settled back and stayed there throughout. APRICITY (7) - Was slow to begin and raced wide throughout and stayed well back.
Race 14	MAX REFRIGERATION WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	LACE (3) - Began awkwardly losing ground and she stayed back throughout. MARK BE GOOD (4) - Shifted ground in the back straight and was jostled for a distance but held his ground and finished in 3rd place. MIKACHU (6) -Was slow to begin but recovered to make up ground and win the race. RAPPER TILLY (7) - Received an interrupted run to the first corner and was shuffled back to near the rear and she stayed there for the remainder.
Race 15	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	LOO LOO BLUE (2) - Was hampered going into the first turn and soon after was observed to falter and drifted to finish a long last and was referred to the Vet. Was found to have carpus swelling.
