Judicial report: 1). SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT - Auckland GRC's meeting on the 30th July 2017 - Thayne & Dorothy Green Distance.
After being stood down for 21 days post-race, Trainers J & D Fahey applied to Stewards to have TRANSLATOR examined by the officiating Veterinarian at today's meeting in order to determine weather the dog was now free of injury. TRANSLATOR was found to be free of injury and as a consequence the restriction imposed was removed.

2). JUST ERNIE (H Anderton), which had been stood down to trial at the Christchurch GRC's meeting on the 7th July 2017 after being found to have impaired eye vision, completed a satisfactory trial with the addition of a blinker. This dog will be permitted to race subject to a Ophthalmologist report being tendered.

3). OPAWA BUCKS EYE (H Anderton), which had been stood down at the Otago GRC's meeting on the 25th July 2017, completed a satisfactory trial and is now clear to start when its 28 day stand down expires.

4). SMASH WILD (M Grant) - stood down pending a satisfactory trial after turning in the boxes of Race 7.

5). DANZIGER (R Blackburn) - stood down pending a satisfactory trial after turning in the boxes of Race 7.

6). MINOR BRAINWAVE (Mitchell & Smith)) - stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial after Failing To Pursue the lure in Race 11.

Awkwardly placed on heels exiting bend and faltered for a stride.

Awkward on heels entering bend losing ground. ROYAL BASH (5) - placed in restricted room early stages and forced down on inside runners losing ground. GORDY JUNIOR (6) - placed in restricted room. Forced up the track entering bend losing momentum.
Race 3	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520	OPAWA SILVER (5) - contacted from outside shortly after the start. IDOL AJAY (6) - contacted inside runner shortly after the start. MAMMA ROSE (8) - slow early.
Race 4	$24.90 LPG Refills @ Challenge Opawa NZ Bred Dash Heat 3 - C1q - 295 Heat 3	FIERY JEN (4) - began awkwardly settling last. Obliged to check outwards off heels rounding the bend. NIPPA EEL (5) - placed in restricted room entering the bend having to check and lose ground. ROAD BLOCK (6) - boxed first.
Race 5	$24.90 LPG Refills @ Challenge Opawa NZ Bred Dash Heat 4 - C1q - 295 Heat 4	WONG ANSWER (1) - jostled with outside runner in run to the bend. HOMEBUSH SCRIBE (2) - jostled with inside runner in run to the bend. CULVIE JAY DEE (4) - forced down the track at the start. SPARKLING TERRA (5) - forced down the track at the start. GRAEBURN (6) - forced down the track at the start. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding bend and had to steady. EPIC BOOM (7) - came in at start forcing inside runner down the track.
Race 6	$24.90 LPG Refills @ Challenge Opawa NZ Bred Dash Heat 5 - C1q - 295 Heat 5	DRAGON QUEEN (1) - shouldered outside runner in run to bend. Had to steady entering bend when in restricted room. LITTLE LOTTIE (2) - contacted from inside in run to bend. SMASH WILD (7) - turned in boxes and took no part. Stood down pending satisfactory trial.
Race 7	$24.90 LPG Refills @ Challenge Opawa NZ Bred Dash Heat 6 - C1q - 295 Heat 6	SMASH RUMOUR (1) - had to steady rounding teh bend when in restricted room. INKY LORD (5) - came out and contacted outside runner early stages. DANZIGER (6) - turned in boxes and took no part. Stood down pending satisfactory trial. STORMY SUNDAY (7) - contacted from inside early.
Race 8	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C1 - 520	GHOST (3) - jostled with outside runner early stages. Placed in restricted room entering the first bend and lost ground. OPAWA AL (5) - jostled with inside runner early stages. LUCIASTAR (10/6) - checked off heels entering the first bend and lost momentum.
Race 9	$24.90 LPG Refills @ Challenge Opawa NZ Bred Dash Heat 7 - C1q - 295 Heat 7	KNOW BIAS (1) - placed in tight quarters rounding the bend and had to check outwards losing momentum. BLACK TORI (2) - placed in restricted room rounding the bend and had to check resulting in contact being made from behind. READY TEDDY (3) - pushed down the track early stages. Momentarily had to steady when racing in tight quarters entering the bend. JEALOUS AFFAIR (4) - inconvenienced rounding bend. Bumped by inside runner exiting bend. UNFETTERED (5) - placed pressure on inside runner rounding the bend and was slightly inconvenienced in consequence.
Race 10	Glenbyre Tavern Stakes - C1 - 520	MAGNTRIX (1) - checked out off heels entering the first bend. TALK SOON (2) - bumped inwards early stages. Checked outwards off heels entering first bend. Dictated wider on the track shortly afterwards. KNOW LEAVE (5) - contacted inside dog early stages. obliged to check in off heels entering first bend. OPAWA EXTREME (8) - slow to jump.
Race 11	$24.90 LPG Refills @ Challenge Opawa NZ Bred Dash Heat 8 - C1q - 295 Heat 8	MINOR BRAINWAVE (4) - eased entering first bend and inconvenienced trailing runner. Stood down 28 days and subject to a satisfactory trial. This dog was subsequently presented to the vet on 3 August and found to have a serious injury with the stand down under Rule 55 cancelled. HATFEILD (5) - forced down the track early stages. OHOKA PHEOBE (6) - contacted from outside early stages. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding bend and had to check. GOLDSTAR TU PAC (7) - slow to jump. OPAWA BEAR (8) - came down the track early stages being turned by inside runner.
Race 12	$24.90 LPG Refills @ Challenge Opawa NZ Bred Dash Heat 9 - C1q - 295 Heat 9	JINGA SNAG (3) - had its racing line impeded early stages and was forced down the track. UNBRIDLED (5) - came inwards ubruptly at the start. NIPPAOFSAMBUCCA (6) - raced in tight quarters rounding bend. ABACUS MAGIC (7) - awkwardly placed to the outside of runner rounding bend and was turned outwards and lost chance as a result. Vet check clear post race.
