Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: A Turnwald was issued with a warning after UNTOUCHABLE was nominated to race 2 days in a row .After hearing an explanation this was accepted on this occasion due to the tight time frame of fields being selected for Palmerston North meeting on the 12-6-2017 and the with drawl time for the extra Wanganui Greyhound meeting on the 13-6-2017 this however is not to be seen as setting a precedent and all other examples will be treated on their merits.
VEE VEERY GOOD race 8 was stood down rule ( 55.1b ) failing to pursue ( 1st offence ) 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH GRACIE ( 1 ) fav- was hampered nearing the line due to the winner attempting to angle inwards. CARRICK ( 2 ) fell in the run to the bend after being checked as a result of attempting to move outwards resulting in the following runners galloping over the top of this runner dragging him down, CARRICK recovered to his paws to finish on to the lure and was referred to the Vet where no abnormalities were found. PIKO PIKO CONNER ( 9/8 ) checked in run to the bend when galloping over the top of a runner coming back losing ground at this point.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	LIP IT UP ( 1 )- angled out on to another runner racing in to bend . LIGHTLING LU ( 5 ) - was hampered racing in to bend as inside runner pushed out. CITRUS A PEEL ( 6 ) - was galloped on and dragged down on her haunches soon after passing the winning post and was referred to the Vet. HANOVER STATE ( 8 ) - ran on to the hind of CITRUS A PEEL after the line as this runner changed ground.
Race 3	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	GULLY CRUSHER ( 1 ) tightened and checked in to bend losing momentum. TOO MUCH SUGAR ( 6 ) attempted to angle inwards causing himself to be checked and runners on his inner racing to the bend. MANHATTEN STYLE ( 9/3 ) bumped and checked losing momentum racing to the bend.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH ARIEL ( 2 ) fav - tightened in to bend going back a couple of lengths unable to improve there after.
Race 5	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	GULLY YAPPA ( 1 )- slowest away checked and went back off heels racing in to the bend losing ground. ENGA GUAPA ( 5 ) - was a Late scratching at kenneling when found to have torn a gracilis muscle. SERGIO STAR ( 7 ) - came together with another runner racing in to bend losing momentum. MINNIE SPRITE ( 8 ) - came together with inside runner racing in to the bend losing momentum.
Race 6	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH FREDA ( 7 )- tightened soon after the start losing momentum and was unable to improve there after. PIKO PIKO ( 8 ) - raced widest throughout.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 305	FEAR THE BEARD ( 3 ) - forced to check outwards over heels racing in to bend. JANDEL MAN ( 8 ) - after being fairly away was forced to race wide in to and around the bend to the home straight.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	VEE VEERY GOOD ( 2 ) - racing midfield eased for several strides losing ground back to the rear racing in to the bend, VEE VERY LOVELY ran wide in to the home straight finishing in the rear and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. Trainer J Clarke was shown a replay of the run and admitted to a charge of ( failing to pursue )VEE VEERY GOOD was stood down 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial. AMY BAXTER ( 6 ) - improved through on the inner of YOU BETCHA bumping this dog and causing her to stumble slightly . YOU BETCHA ( 7 ) - was bumped and stumbled slightly for a stride racing in to the bend.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2 - C2 - 305	CAWBOURNE GIL ( 3 ) - pushed outwards on to outer runners in the run to the bend. BRIGHTEYE'S SOUL ( 4 ) - improved through on the inner bumping runners outwards racing in to the bend. LITTLE SNICKO ( 6 ) - bumped and checked outwards making contact with widest runner losing momentum racing in to the bend. HOLLY BLUE BLOOD ( 8 ) - checked and lost momentum and several lengths racing in to the bend.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	FOREVER AND EVER ( 2 ) - raced handy in the initial stages - drifted back towards the rear in the run to the back straight and failed to improve there after was referred to the Vet as a precaution. and was found to have torn triceps to the right fore.CAWBOURNE EXCITE ( 3 ) - raced wide throughout covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running.
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	SHELLY MCBELL ( 5 ) - only fairly away - checked when racing back losing ground racing in to the bend and was unable to improve there after.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2 - C2 - 305	MARK BE GOOD ( 5 ) - checked at the start. CAWBOURNE WEB ( 6 ) - ran in bumping with inside runner on leaving boxes. MANU RAMA ( 7 ) - checked outwards bumping and forcing ELITE DOSE widest in to bend. ELITE DOSE ( 10/8 ) - bumped and forced wide in to bend losing all chance.
