Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1). The endorsement issued on COSMIC ODETTE's Certificate of Registration regarding a suspension in Australia was cancelled after completing in its tenth race at the CGRC's meeting on the 1st June 2017 without re-offending.

2). GOLDSTAR BRYTON completed a satisfactory trial and is now permitted to be nominated to race.

3). Trainers J & D Fahey were fined $50.00 for failing to produce the certificate of registration for EL NARCO.

4). THINK TANK (Race 4) - Stood down for 28 days and is required to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion for Failing to Pursue the Lure.

5). MAKERS MARK (Race 11) - removed from box first.

6). Due to technical issues the front and back straight films were unavailable to be viewed post race for several races. These will be reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.3 (b).

GOLDSTAR LINKIN (5) - inconvenienced at the start when contacted on several occasions. CULVIE JAY DEE (6) - came inwards at the start making contact with inside runner. Dragged down entering the bend running wide. Contacted from outside exiting bend.- Vet checked and cleared of injury. LOST MY ROCK (7) - came inwards abruptly at the start making contact with inside runner. KOROIBETE (8) - awkwardly placed on heels shortly after the start. Climbed on heels rounding bend and force up the track.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Kerry O'Connor Dash - C0 - 295	JINJA NINJA (4) - squeezed for racing room prior to the bend and had to steady. Checked outwards off heels rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH STORMY (6) - awkwardly placed between runners and had to check outwards. CAMSIDE ROSE (7) - checked out off heels round the bend and shifted up the track.
Race 3	Ron's Muzzle Repairs Ph 0272916330 Sprint - C0 - 295	BELFAST DELANIE (4) - placed in tight quarters rounding the bend and had to check losing ground. Vet checked and cleared of injury. SUMMER SALT (5) - checked outwards off runner rounding bend. BING BONG (6) - slow to jump. SCOOBASI (8) - placed significant pressure on in side runner rounding bend and lost balance for several strides.
Race 4	Barron's Supplies Maiden Stakes Heat 1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1	GRANNY MAGNET (1) - contacted from outside at the jump. THINK TANK (2) -eased and shifted up the track entering the first bend before voluntarily turning its head outwards towards outside runner. Jostled with inside runner entering final bend before easing again. Bumped from inside in run home - Cleared of injury post race. 28 day incapacitation issued and 1 satisfactory trial required for breach of rule 55.1(b). GOLDSTAR SCOOBY (3) - slow to jump. OPAWA TAB (4) - forced up the track first bend. Jostled with outside runner entering final bend. Made contact with outside runner in run home. RENEGADE COMET (6) - checked outwards off heels entering the first bend. PAT BELLA (7) - checked when placed in restricted room exiting the first bend losing momentum.
Race 5	Coalgate Tavern Dash - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH COASTER (9/1) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend losing momentum. Finished a distance from winner. Performance questioned - Kennel representative advised the dog would be sent for a spell. WE ROCKING (2) - jostled with outside runner early stages. LEO'S SON (3) - jostled with inside runner early stages. TALK SOON (4) - slow early. JEALOUS AFFAIR (6) - slow early.
Race 6	Barron's Supplies Maiden Stakes Heat 2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2	GOLDSTAR SPOTTY (1) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend and made contact with the running rail. Checked off heels entering the final bend losing ground - Vet checked and cleared of injury. AURORA (2) - squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend and lost its balance for a stride. Awkwardly placed between runners entering the first bend being turned outwards. FORKNER BALE (5) - contacted from inside entering the first bend losing momentum. Finished a distance from the winner. Vet checked post race - 10-day incapacitation issued for torn nail on its left hind foot along with lacerations consistent with being climbed on.
Race 7	Farewell Ziggy War Cry Dash - C1 - 295	LEXIE RAE (2) - shifted up the track in run to bend forcing outside runners wide. Placed in restricted room rounding the bend and had to steady, losing momentum. Contacted outside runner exiting the bend. MISSISSIPPI GIRL (3) - forced up the track early stages bumping with outside runner before checking inwards off heels. HOMEBUSH FUED (4) - inconvenienced early stages. NIPPA-A-SPOT (5) - checked outwards off heels rounding the bend. Contacted from the inside exiting the bend. ANOTHER FAN (8) - awkwardly placed to the outside of runners rounding the bend having to check and lose momentum.
Race 8	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C2 - 295	OPAWA SHELDON (4) - inconvenienced from the inside rounding the bend. ROYAL ACTION (6) - checked and obliged to jump outwards off heels rounding the bend losing ground. TERRA MONDO (7) - slightly inconvenienced rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH JUSTINE (9/8) - lost ground when awkwardly placed between runners round the bend checking following runners.
Race 9	Cheviot Trust Hotel Stakes - C1 - 520	GENTLEMAN TIM (3) - ran wide rounding the first bend. LONG STOCKINGS (4) - contacted from inside in run to the first bend before losing ground when squeezed shortly after. KAY BOMB (7) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the first bend.Had to steady when squeezed between runners rounding the final bend.
Race 10	Mac Developments Stakes - C1 - 520	QADIR BALE (1) - checked outwards off heels entering back straight. NIPPA EEL (9/3) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Checked outwards off heels entering first bend. Checked again shortly after when placed in restricted room between runners - cleared of injury post race. DYNA BEVLIN (4) - jostled with inside runner concluding stages. GOLDSTAR COCO (6) - forced up the track entering the first bend. Checked and dragged down rounding first bend - cleared of injury post race. KNOW COURTESY (7) - forced up the track entering the first bend. OPAWA FAITH (8) - jostled with outside runner concluding stages.
Race 11	Addington Events Centre Dash - C2 - 295	OPAWA ROBYNANN (2) - slow to jump. Checked outwards off heels rounding bend. TERRA BINDI (3) - slow to jump. NGAKAWAU (4) - placed in restricted room between outside runner and the running rail rounding the bend having to steady. MAKERS MARK (7) - removed from box first and boxed with front line. Lost momentum when placed in tight quarters shortly after entering the bend. ASSERTING POWER (8) - 7 day incapacitation issued after the bitch was found to have tied up post race.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C2 - 295	SEA SPRAY ELSA (1) - came up track in run to bend and bumped outside runner. KOPUTARA (2) - jostled with outside runner in run to bend before losing ground when in restricted room entering the bend. MISS HARPER (3) - jostled with inside runner in run to bend. TRENDY BLAKE (4) - bumped from inside in run to bend. RUSHCUTTER ACTION (6) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend.
