Judicial report: The inquiry which was opened and adjourned at the Wanganui GRC meeting on 05.05.2017 has been concluded after further inquiries had been made with no further action required.

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	WATERLOO BLUE (1) - Was a little slow to begin and then shifted out to race wide over extra ground and finished in 6th place. THRILLING EDDIE (2) - Crowded from the outside after the start and lost ground but recovered to go on and win the race. HOMEBUSH GRACIE (3) - Tightened from the outside after the start and went back to last and finished in that position. TOMORROW STAR (5) - Shifted in from the start and caused checks to runners drawn further in and also lost ground in the incident.
Race 2	JP Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 410	GOODTIME LADY (4) - Shifted out going into the bend and raced very wide over extra ground and finished towards the rear. BELFAST BARRY (7) - Hampered going into the bend and lost ground and stayed back. CULVIE DEN (8) - Also hampered going into the bend and he never recovered and finished last.
Race 3	Greyhounds As Pets C2 - C2 - 375	BIGTIME SUGAR (5) - Began awkwardly and lost ground but recovered to finish in 4th place. LITTLE SNICKO (6) - Began awkwardly losing two lengths and she then raced wide and stayed back to finish at the rear. THRILLING CASSIE (8) - Was slow to begin losing two lengths but did make up some ground to finish 5th.
Race 4	Use Petraveller.com.au C4 - C4 - 375	KIRKHAM KYLIE (2) - Shifted out off heels going into the bend and forced other runners wide over extra ground. KAPUTSKI (3) - Began awkwardly and settled back where he stayed throughout. Checked over heels on the bend and lost further ground. CAWBOURNE STICK (7) - Forced wide going into the bend and she never made up the lost ground and stayed back. BIGTIME ONFIRE (8) - Dictated wide going into the bend, covered considerable extra ground and finished 7th.
Race 5	Paul Claridge Electrical C3 - C3 - 375	CAWBOURNE ELPASO (1) - Hampered from the start and briefly inconvenienced. HAWKESBURY FEVER (2) - Tightened and lost ground from the start. Drifted off the back of the field and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet. Found to have quadricep muscle pain. SAHA MCBELL (3) - Tightened and checked from the start, settled back and stayed there for the remainder. CAWBOURNE CLAY (4) - Crowded from the start and lost ground. HYPOTHETICAL (5) - Shifted in abruptly and caused checks to several runners drawn in closer to the rail.
Race 6	Steve The Auctioneer Davis C0 - C0 - 457	CLASSY DELTA (2) - Was bumped and lost ground going to the first turn. Was checked again going into the bend and forced very wide. BIGTIME FORECAST (5) - Checked and lost ground going into the bend and stayed back at the rear. BIGTIME JACK (7) - Was checked and ran wide into the bend over extra ground.
Race 7	Brooks Timing C1 - C1 - 457	BIGTIME TALKER (3) - Was inconvenienced when the start was made and briefly unbalanced. EF AY ZARR (7) - Was awkwardly positioned in restricted room between runners going into the bend and was checked back to the rear where she stayed for the remainder.
Race 8	Classic Restricted Age - R/A - 457	CAWBOURNE RIDGE (6) - Was slow to begin losing two lengths and he stayed well back throughout. FIVE EYES (8) - Was bumped and ran wide going into the bend and stayed back for the remainder. BIGTIME BAKAGAIN (9/2) - Was slow to begin, settled back and stayed there throughout.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C0d - C0d - 660	ABSINTHE MINDED (3) - Was referred to the Vet and found to have an elbow laceration. CAWBOURNE KAI (4) - Jostled for some distance going to the first corner and was unbalanced and settled back but made up ground for 3rd place. CAWBOURNE RUBY (5) - Jostled and unbalanced going to the first turn, bumped and again unbalanced on the home turn but recovered well to finish in 2nd place. OUR GYPSY (7) - Jostled going to the first turn, was inconvenienced and settled back where she stayed for the remainder.
Race 10	Plasterboard Silver Collar Heats June 4th - C1/2d - 660	STINGER (1) - Was checked when hurdling a fallen runner on the home turn and lost several lengths. CAWBOURNE ESKI (2) - Was severely checked when avoiding the fallen runner and lost ground. PHANTOM WAY (3) - was bumped and checked by a runner avoiding the fallen dog. PACIFIC SUNRISE (4) - Severely checked when hurdling the fallen dog and lost momentum. MISTER EBBY (6) - Was checked approaching the home straight and fell heavily and took no further part in the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to have abdomen and thorax bruising.
Race 11	Adrian Clark Bloodstock Consultant C2 - C2 - 457	BIGTIME MCDADDY (5) - Was checked when the start was made and settled back. He then went wide around the field and finished well for 2nd place.
Race 12	Prestons Master Butchers C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	SPRING ALLEGRO (4) - Settled well back and then checked off heels on the bend, lost ground and stayed back to finish last. BRONSTER (5) - Raced in restricted room going to the first corner and was inconvenienced for a short distance. MAP MY RUN (8) - Was slow to begin and stayed back throughout.
Race 13	Affordable Pet Accessories C1 - C1 - 375	BIGTIME CALEB (4) - Was hampered when bumped from a runner on the outside when the start was made. WATCH YOUR BACK (6) - Was checked on the bend losing 4 lengths and all chance and he stayed back for the remainder. LIL DIVA (9/8) - Was also checked on the bend losing several lengths and all chance and she finished last.
