Judicial report: M.Roberts the Trainer of CAWBOURNE WESTY was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69 .11 when the dog was presented up in weight by 2.4 kilograms from its last start weight on 29.03.2017.

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	ROKETTO (2) - Crowded and checked going to the first bend losing several lengths. TOKI GIRL (3) - Crowded and lost ground from the start. Checked going into the bend and forced wide losing further ground. DOUBLE BLUE (4) - Crowded and lost ground from the start. Checked again going into the bend, went back to last and finished in that position. BIGTIME PHANTOM (5) - Checked going into the bend losing four lengths but recovered to finish 2nd. BIGTIME SUGER (6) - Shifted in going into the lead on the first turn and caused checks to several other runners.
Race 2	J P Print, Petone C0 - C0 - 375	LIGHTNING LU (1) - Checked when racing handy to the lead on the home turn, was unbalanced and went back to finish in last place. NDORA (3) - Began very awkwardly and almost fell losing five lengths. BIGTIME TOMAC (4) - Was in 2nd place on the home turn when checked losing four lengths. MAHALA BAY (7) - Checked in the incident on the home turn and lost momentum briefly.
Race 3	Happy 21st Birthday Sam Lozell C1 - C1 - 375	ALQUEZAR (2) - Crowded from the start and settled back. Checked off heels going into the bend and shifted out forcing other runners wide on the bend and stayed well back. BREEZE ATTACK (3) - Crowded from the start and briefly hampered. BIGTIME DO IT (6) - Forced wide and checked losing several lengths on the bend. CAWBOURNE MACK (7) - Forced very wide on the bend losing several lengths and stayed back to finish last.
Race 4	Affordable Pet Accessories C1 - C1 - 410	CAWBOURNE WESTY (3) - Was up in weight by 2.5 kilograms which surprised the Trainer. Was checked going into the bend and lost ground back to being three lengths last but made up ground for 6th place.
Race 5	Use Petraveller.com.au C4/5 - C4/5 - 375	MARK'S BOY (2) - Was hampered when the start was made and settled back but secured a clear run through to finish in 2nd place. BIGTIME THINKER (7) - Bumped at the start and settled back and raced wide on the bend and into the straight. JUGATUI (8) - Bumped at the start and settled back and also raced wide on the bend and into the straight. and finished 6th.
Race 6	Greyhounds As Pets C2 - C2 - 375	TAKEAWAY (1) - Bumped and unbalanced at the start, went back to the rear and stayed back for the remainder of the race. ALCUDIA (2) - Bumped when the start was made and unbalanced and stayed back at the rear for the remainder to finish 7th.
Race 7	Steve 'The Auctioneer' Davis C3 - C3 - 375	CAWBOURNE STICK (4) - Hampered and lost momentum after the start and then shifted out to race a little wide on the bend and stayed well back. UNO NATHAN (7) - Bumped and unbalanced on the bend when racing back in the field and stayed back to finish last.
Race 8	Personal Protective Services C4 - C4 - 375	CAWBOURNE NATH (1) - Began awkwardly and settled back where he stayed throughout. HARD MERCH (5) - Was tightened between runners when in restricted room going to the first corner and he was checked back to last and finished in that position.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C2/3 - C2/3 - 457	BUSHMAN'S SMILE (2) - Shifted out going into the bend and raced wide over extra ground for the remainder and finished in last place. BIGTIME BAKAGAIN (8) - Began awkwardly losing three lengths and he stayed back throughout the race.
Race 10	Paul Claridge Electrical C1 - C1 - 457	SECRET AGENDA (4) - Was checked going into the bend and lost three lengths and he never recovered the lost ground and finished 6th. CAWBOURNE BRYCE (5) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed back throughout.
Race 11	Adrian Clark - Bloodstock Consultant C1 - C1 - 457	BIGTIME SAM (1) - Was slow to begin and he stayed well back throughout and finished last. BIGTIME FLYER (7) - Was also slow to begin but was quickly into stride and went to the front soon after and led throughout the remainder to win.
Race 12	Preston's Master Butchers C4 - C4 - 457	KENNEL BOY (5) - Was bumped and unbalanced going to the first corner and went back to near the rear. Was checked and fell after the finish line and was referred to the Vet as a precaution and found to have pectoral and tensor fascia lata muscle pain. BIGTIME DAZZLER (8) - Was very slow to begin losing five lengths but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place.
