Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Authorisation of placings in Race 9 was withheld after the lure was slow to move away following the green light being activated. Stewards determined that no dog was substantially inconvenienced by the delay and payout was authorised. Stewards questioned Lure Driver M Gallagher and Starter D Allan in regards to this incident and in consequence Mr Gallagher was fined the sum of $100.00 for being negligent in not activating the lure when required to.
