Track: Good Track was presented in a good racing condition All other equipment operated well.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: WONGFUL ARREST ( Lammas/ Morris ) completed a satisfactory trial in Blinkers ( R 68.18 ) and is cleared to race.
LAST MAN ALIVE ( M Olden ) completed a satisfactory trial ( R 79.10 ) and is cleared to race after the 21/3/2017 when stand down imposed expires.
COROROOKE CHOOK ( A Turnwald ) completed a satisfactory trial ( R 79.10 ) is now cleared to race.
SPELLING MISTEAK ( A Turnwald ) scratched from the Auckland cup meeting on the 5-3-2017 was presented to the Vet in the presence of the Stewards due an injury suffered earlier in the week having flared up -a 14 day stand down was imposed.
BIGTIME STU ( L Cole ) must provide a satisfactory report per ( ( 81.10 ) for a visual examination before being eligible to compete in another qualifying trial.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	BIG WONDER ( 4 ) - tightened and checked back soon after the start ADRENALIN KICK ( 5 ) - ran in from start tightening inside runners - angled outwards soon after jostling with runner on his outer for some strides- racing to the home turn he ran on to heels as a runner came out- ADRENALIN KICK lost momentum and ground. MOUSEY MOUSEY ( 6 ) - racing handy on the inner across the top bend was checked going back several lengths and outwards resulting in following runner catching her heels.
Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME POWER ( 1 ) fav - tightened and checked in to bend on the first occasion. THRILLING CASSIE ( 2 ) - tightened and ran in to hind of checked runner racing in to the bend on the first occasion. OPAWA BUCKS ( 3 ) - severely tightened running on to heels going back to the rear racing to the bend on the first occasion -was unable to improve there after and was referred to the Vet and was found to have pain over the left shoulder area a 5 day stand down was imposed. CULVIE DEN ( 5 ) - bumped and caught heels racing from the start losing momentum for a couple of strides. SCODELARIO ( 6 ) - ran inwards from the jump tightening and bumping inside runners was held up for several strides in the run in to the bend on the first occasion. BIGTIME LONESTAR ( 9/4 ) - bumped and jostled on a couple of occasions in the run to the bend on the first occasion.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2 - C2 - 305	KINECTIC ASSASSIN ( 3 ) - was bumped and jostled for some distance when attempting to angle outwards in the run to the bend. SIOUX BAXTER ( 4 ) - was bumped and checked when pushed in across heels in the run to the bend. MARY BLUE BLOOD ( 5 ) - angled wide soon after the start -raced wide in to bend. CASUAL SIPPER ( 6 ) - soon after the start forced in across heels stumbled for stride going back to the rear. SUNSET MARJEN ( 7 ) - angled across soon after the start causing tightening and checks to several runners on her inner in the run to the bend .
Race 4	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C2 - C2 - 305	MEAT DAMON ( 1 ) angled outwards bumping with another runner racing in to the bend. BRILLIANT AVA ( 3 ) - bumped hard soon after the start and went back. SAMMY BAXTER ( 4 ) - scrambled leaving the boxes - was checked over across heels losing momentum and ground. SECOND TIME ( 5 ) - soon after the start was forced inwards on to runners -recovered well back in to stride. SLICK STAR ( 6 ) - ran inwards from the start causing tightening and checks to several runners. IMA LUCKY ZARR ( 7 ) - was bumped and checked racing in to the bend losing a length or so.
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 520	This race was delayed 1 minute at the request of Race Day Control. BUSHMAN'S SMILE ( 1 ) fav - angled wide racing in to the back straight continuing to race wide there after. BIGTIME DAZZLER ( 3 ) - went up with the lids and was last away by several lengths. CAWBOURNE BUCKLE ( 5 ) -was tightened on to heels racing in to the bend on the first occasion. CAWBOURNE SPREE ( 7 ) - was tightened and galloped on racing in to the bend on the first occasion.
Race 6	AON CPF C3 Ht 1 - C3q - 305 Heat 1	VIVA LA VIXEN ( 2 ) - was jostled for some strides in the run to the bend. BIGTIME REIGN ( 3 ) - bumped soon after the start- was tightened and checked back a few strides on. BOTANY WIN ( 4 ) - checked back to the rear in the run to the bend. GET READY FREDDY ( 5 ) - checked on to heels angled outwards in the run to the bend. BRILLIANT JAYLA ( 6 ) - angled across soon after the start causing tightening and checks to several runners on her inner. PADDY THE BAKER ( 7 ) - slow away.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C3 Ht2 - C3q - 305 Heat 2	DON'T MUZZLE ME ( 5 ) - forced to check out wide off heels racing in to the bend covering extra ground. ASTERIA ( 6 ) - tightened and checked back to the rear racing in to the bend -soon after was held up for several strides when racing on the inner. CAWBOURNE HINT ( 10/7 ) - angled across from the jump tightening and checking runner on his inner.
Race 8	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 Ht3 - C3q - 305 Heat 3	CHAOS THEORY ( 2 ) - racing handy on the inner across the top bend was checked losing several lengths as ALL IN BERLIN crossed down to the rail. YOU'RE THE BEST ( 4 ) - was forced inwards for some strides then went back checking out over heels taking runner on her outer wide in to the bend. WINEVARA ( 5 )- checked and forced widest racing in to and across the bend. ALL IN BERLIN ( 6 ) - crossed down to the rail across the top bend checking runner on her inner. HU XIAN ( 7 ) - in the run to the bend angled in between runners severely hampering YOU'RE THE BEST for several strides.
Race 9	LASER PLUMBING C5 - C5 - 305	KING'S CALL ( 1 ) - dwelt slightly attempted to get out wide causing himself and several other runners to be bumped and jostled for some strides KING'S CALL lost ground back towards the rear racing widest there after. RITZA ROMAN ( 2 )- tightened and jostled for several strides in the run to the bend. RAIN AND TEARS ( 3 ) - severely tightened and checked back to the rear in the early stages. BIGTIME THINKER ( 4 ) - bumped and jostled for some distance in the run to the bend losing momentum and ground. DAISY LARA ( 5 ) fav - missed the jump slightly soon after held up and checked in behind runners for some strides ran wide in to bend.
Race 10	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	MR MAIZE ( 2 ) - angled outwards soon after the start- he was pushed inwards then crowded and tightened racing in to the bend on the first occasion. BIGTIME BAKAGAIN ( 3 ) - dwelt at the start being last away by several lengths and ran wide in to the bend on the first occasion. BIGTIME COFFEE ( 5 ) - checked in to bend when racing handy in to the bend on the first occasion - trailed the leader towards the end of the back straight where she was tightened and jostled between improving runners causing her to lose ground back through the field towards the rear -being hampered again for a couple of strides across the top bend finishing in the rear at the line was referred to the Vet where no abnormalities were found. BIGTIME WELLDONE ( 6 ) - forced in on to inside runners and checked racing to the bend on the first occasion. NITEHAWKE ROSE ( 7 ) - forced inwards and checked back racing in to the bend on the first occasion. OUR GYPSY ( 8 ) - angled across tightening and checking runners on her inner -causing herself to become unbalanced racing in to the bend on the first occasion - checked off heels when handy nearing the back straight- tightened in on runners racing to the far bend losing some ground finishing towards the rear at the line and was referred to the Vet as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 11	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4 - C4 - 305	BIGTIME ELLIE ( 2 )- jostled and bumped with another runner in the run to the bend. CAWBOURNE MIDGET ( 3 ) - jostled and bumped with runner on her inner resulting in CAWBOURNE MIDGET stumbling going down on her haunches losing all chance there after -was referred to the Vet where no abnormalities were found. POLLY CRACKER ( 4 ) - scrambled out of the boxes being last away by 6 or so lengths. ALLEGRO BOOM ( 5 ) - racing wide in to the home turn was able to cleanly hurdle the fallen runner costing him any chance of a closer finish. JINJA COLL ( 8 ) - raced handy trailing the leader across the top bend -nearing the home turn he lost a length or so and appeared to roll inwards bumping in to the shoulder of BIGTIME ELLIE with JINJA COLL falling heavily to the track - the dog was retrieved off the track and referred to the Vet where he was found to have lost consciousness temporarily with a head injury suffered when falling a 21 day stand down was imposed.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	LET'S GO SPRITE ( 1 ) -began awkwardly for a stride or so -crowded for racing room racing in to the bend- was jostled and bumped racing between runners nearing the home turn losing momentum back through the field. KENNEL BOY ( 2 ) - missed the jump being last away - improved through the field across the top bend came together bumping and jostling with LET'S GO SPRITE nearing the home turn. THUNDERATION ( 4 ) - fav - only fairly away - checked when attempting to improve racing to the bend losing a couple of lengths -was hampered for racing room along the inner across the top bend. SO OVER IT ( 5 ) - forced inwards crowding inside runners racing to the bend catching heels keeping up handy - soon after SO OVER IT was checked going out extremely wide losing all chance when checked by CAWBOURNE ELPASO improving on his outer. CAWBOURNE ELPASO ( 8 ) - angled inwards racing on to the bend checking runner on his inner - soon after nearing the home turn came together with LET'S GO SPRITE bumping and jostling for several strides.
