Judicial report: 1) SPEEDY BLUEBLOOD (Race 14) was declared a late scratching at 8.11am. Trainer J McInerney admitted a breach of Rule 64.1 and fined $300 after he failed to scratch SPEEDY BLUEBLOOD by the required withdrawal time of 7.30am resulting in a reserve dog being denied a start. 2) JOEY BAXTER (Race 6) was declared a late scratching at 10:30am acting on veterinary advice. 3) MYA TIME (Race 14) was declared a late scratching at 11.05am acting on veterinary advice.

Ran wide rounding the bend into the straight. BAD BINDI (5) - Crowded leaving the boxes, losing ground. Heavily contacted by ASSERTING POWER entering the bend becoming unbalanced for several strides. UNFATHOMABLE (9/6) - Ran inwards abruptly at the start making heavy contact with BAD BINDI, becoming unbalanced as a result. ROOKIE RACER (10/1) - Crowded entering the bend when NIPPA EEL ran inwards, with ROOKIE RACER being further hampered when dragged down the trailing ASSERTING POWER. A post-race veterinary inspection revealed no obvious abnormalities.
Race 2	MR WHIPPY SOUTHLAND - C0 - 457	HILTON FORABEER (1) - Badly unbalanced in the early stages when contacted by OPAWA SPIRIT. OPAWA SLEDGE (2) - Slow to begin. KNOW DARLING (3) - Contacted heavily by OPAWA SPIRIT shortly after the start. Ran wide entering the bend forcing KNOW OTHER wider on the track. WAIMAC (4) - Contacted heavily by OPAWA SPIRIT shortly after the start. AWESOME ANNIE (5) - Tightened leaving the boxes when OPAWA SPIRIT ran inwards. KNOW OTHER (6) - Slow to begin. Forced wider on the track rounding the bend. OPAWA SPIRIT (9/7) - Ran inwards abruptly from the start hampering several inside runners.
Race 3	EVOQUE CAFE @ REMARKABLES - C1 - 457	ZUGZWANG (1) - Contacted by PIPE DREAM shortly after the start. KNOW DECEPTION (2) - Checked across heels entering the bend when placed in restricted room. LUCIA STAR (4) - Slow to begin. Checked briefly rounding the bend when awkwardly near the heels of RHINEGOLDE. RHINEGOLDE (5) - Inconvenienced shortly after the start when awkwardly near the heels of REGALYN which ran inwards. Crowded for a short distance rounding the bend when KNOW DECPTION ran inwards.
Race 4	ASCOT PARK HOTEL - C1 - 457	SERGIO DESTROYER (2) - Tightened and unbalanced entering the bend when between TOM TEE and OPAWA RITCHIE which ran inwards, being further hampered by trailing runners. SOUTHERN HONEY (4) - Bumped by THORACIC shortly after the start. TOM TEE (5) - Crowded leaving the boxes. OPAWA JUDY (6) - Slow to begin. Placed in restricted room entering the bend. THORACIC (7) - Ran inwards from the start hampering inside runners. Placed in restricted room entering the bend.
Race 5	CONGRATULATIONS "THE COLONEL" - C4/5 - 390	HOMEBUSH RUFUS (7) - Jostled with HARKONEN BALE in the early stages. HARKONEN BALE (8) - Jostled with HOMEBUSH RUFUS in the early stages. Contacted by ANOTHER BELLE entering the bend. ANOTHER BELLE (9/1) - Placed in restricted room entering the bend, checking outwards across heels and colliding with HARKONEN BALE.
Race 6	ORETI BEACH DASH - C1/2 - 390	JOEY BAXTER (1) - Declared a late scratching at 10.30am acting on veterinary advice. HOMEBUSH BANKER (2) - Jostled with ANOTHER CRUISE in the early stages. Checked outwards across the heels of TROUBLESOME BRIT entering the bend resulting in ANOTHER CRUSIE, ALBIE MCLEOD and the trailing SCREW AND BOLT being checked. HOMEBUSH RILEY (4) - Crowded leaving the boxes. Raced in restricted room entering the straight. SCREW AND BOLT (5) - Ran inwards from the start, crowded shortly after. Hampered severely entering the bend when unable to avoid ANOTHER CRUISE. ALBIE MCLEOD (6) - Checked and stumbled entering the bend, then appeared indifferent in its action for the remainder of the event. ALBIE MCLEOD was subsequently referred to the veterinarian for assessment and found to have sustained a fractured right hock. ANOTHER CRUISE (7) - Jostled with HOMEBUSH BANKER in the early stages. Checked entering the bend being further hampered by the trailing SCREW AND BOLT, losing ground.
Race 7	Beginners Sprint Final - C0f - 390	HELLO IT'S ME (4) - Hampered in the early stages when UNBRIDLED shifted inwards. BOTANY WHISPER (5) - Crowded shortly after the start when between HELLO IT'S ME and UNBRIDLED which ran inwards. UNBRIDLED (6) - Ran inwards through the early stages hampered inside runners. Bumped with DEAD WONG entering the bend. KNOW BARGAIN (7) - Slow to begin. DEAD WONG (8) - Bumped with UNBRIDLED entering the bend.
Race 8	ADDED ENERGY STAKES - C4/5 - 457	SHIFT THE BLAME (1) - Lost it's footing shortly after, losing several lengths. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. OPAWA NORRIS (3) - Crowded shortly after the start. Tightened entering the bend when between KNOW STYLE and LEKTRA CONCORD which was forced inwards by KNOW HASSLE. TOP CALIBRE (4) - Crowded shortly after the start. HARD QUESTIONS (5) - Crowded shortly after the start. KNOW STYLE (6) - Ran inwards shortly after the start crowding inside runners. Unbalanced badly for several strides entering the bend when contacted by an outside runner.
Race 9	ASCOT PARK CONSORTIUM - C3 - 390	HOMEBUSH SHANE (1) - Jostled with BOTANY ALAN in the early stages. BOTANY ALAN (3) - Jostled with HOMEBUSH SHANE in the early stages. SUPER BAD (5) - Crowded shortly after the start when OPAWA CRUSADE ran inwards. OPAWA IDOL (7) - Crowded briefly entering the straight. IDOL EVE (8) - Began awkwardly losing ground. ODIN SLAYER (9/2) - Checked outwards across heels in the early stages. Inconvenienced rounding the bend when placed in restricted room.
Race 10	OTATARA DASH - C1/2 - 390	GORDY JUNIOR (1) - Hampered in the early stages when heavily contacted by HOMEBUSH BAILEY which was crowded inwards by FLAMING SAMBUCA. HOMEBUSH BAILEY (2) - Hampered for a distance in the early stages. ALEX RUMBLE (3) - Hampered for a distance in the early stages. Hampered by NO BRO in the early stages of the straight. NO BRO (4) - Hampered for a distance in the early stages. Checked outwards in the early stages of the straight becoming awkwardly placed on the heels of CHIPPY JORDY, and in doing so collided with ALEX RUMBLE. CHIPPY JORDY (5) - Hampered shortly after the start. OPAWA SHELDON (6) - Slow to begin. FLAMING SAMBUCA (7) - Ran inwards abruptly shortly after the start hampering CHIPPY JORDY, NO BRO, ALEX RUMBLE, HOMEBUSH BAILEY and GORDY JUNIOR. Placed in restricted room entering the bend when HIS NIBS crossed inwards.

Jostled with OPAWA TIMO rounding the bend, then forced wider on the track by that runner entering the straight. OPAWA TIMO (5) - Jostled with CAWBOURNE LEAHA rounding the bend. Ran wide entering the straight. FANCY NOMIKAI (6) - Bumped by CAWBOURNE LEAHA in the early stages. Hampered momentarily entering the straight when DRAXLER cross inwards.

DEFINER (5) - Hampered entering the bend when unable to avoid BIRDIE TEE. BOTANY COLD (6) - Began awkwardly. Hampered entering the bend, having to shift wider on the track to avoid BIRDIE TEE. MISS BLUE SKY (2) - Jostled with DEVIL'S TONGUE in the early stages. Forced to shift wider on the track entering the bend to avoid LUCKY SUNDAY. LUCKY SUNDAY (4) - Collided with ANA DIOR shortly after the start. Crowded and checked entering the bend when inside WAIMAK SHEFF which ran inwards. ANA DIOR (5) - Bumped shortly after the start. PRINCELY MONEY (7) - Crowded leaving the boxes. Forced to shift wider on the track entering the bend to avoid LUCKY SUNDAY.
