Track: Good The track was presented in good order but with heavy rain falling later in the program, the Track Staff were under pressure to keep shifting the water off the track and into the drains with machinery. The Track remained safe for racing throughout and the meeting concluded on time.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE LICK (2) - Bumped and jostled from the start and lost ground. CAWBOURNE OHIO (4) - Bumped and unbalanced from the start, settled back and never improved. BIGTIME LONESTAR (8) - checked losing four lengths going into the first bend and stayed well back throughout. CITRUS A PEEL (9/3) - Bumped and unbalanced from the start and stayed back throughout the race to finish last.
Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 305	STOLE ME CAR (2) - was dictated wide going into the bend and was unbalanced and stayed back to finish 2nd last. ZIPLINE MARJEN (5) - Was clipped from behind going into the bend and shifted out to race wide dictating other runners which were checked losing ground. KALISI (8) - Was forced wide into the bend losing all chance and stayed back to finish last.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2 - C2 - 520	BIGTIME POWER (2) - Slow to begin and was then bumped and unbalanced losing ground going into the first turn. Recovered to finish in 4th place. GEORDIE WHO (4) - Checked and lost ground going into the first turn. BIGTIME COFFEE (5) - Checked and unbalanced losing ground into the first bend and never recovered. BIGTIME ONFIRE (7) - Checked and unbalanced going into the first bend and stayed at the rear for the remainder.
Race 4	WANGANUI JOCKEY CLUB C4 - C4 - 305	GULLY FLAHERTY (4) - Awkwardly positioned between runners going to the first turn and was checked back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder. SO OVER IT (5) - Raced in restricted room going to the first turn and was shuffled back to near the rear and stayed back. SKUZI (6) - Checked and unbalanced at the end of the back straight and lost momentum for a short distance.
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C4 - C4 - 305	CAWBOURNE ELPASO (4) - Was the slowest to begin but made up ground well to finish in 4th place.
Race 6	AON CPF C2 - C2 - 305	OPAWA SMOKE (7) - Was the slowest to begin and then raced a little wide covering extra ground and finished in last place. CAWBOURNE DORA (6) - Checked off the back of another runner entering the home straight and lost momentum for a short distance.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	ELECTRIC DANDY (3) - shifted out from the start and bumped with another runner and settled back. Drifted in the middle stages and eventually finished four lengths last and was referred to the Vet as a precaution. NERO (4) - Bumped when the start was made and settled back. Made up ground well to finish in 4th place.
Race 8	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	CAWBOURNE GIL (4) - Bumped with another runner going into the bend and lost ground and stayed well back. IMA LUCKY ZARR (6) - was slow to begin and then raced wide on the bend and stayed well back for the remainder. BRILLIANT JAYLA (7) - Bumped going into the bend and lost momentum and stayed back to finish last.
Race 9	NZ Racing Series Graduation Final - NZRSf - 520	BIGTIME WELLDONE (4) - Was bumped and unbalanced losing ground approaching the home straight. THRILLING SURGE (5) - Was crowded from the outside and hampered for a short distance approaching the final bend and lost momentum briefly. Was bumped and unbalanced on the home turn when another runner moved through on the inside.
Race 10	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C5 - C5 - 305	DOWNGRADE KING (2) - Was the slowest to begin losing two lengths. Faltered and went off stride going into the bend and quickly drifted back to finish a distant last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a gracilis muscle injury.
Race 11	THE ROCK 95.2FM C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	BIGTIME SPIRIT (4) - Checked over heels going into the bend and shifted out to collide with another runner, was badly unbalanced and lost all chance. RUA RAMA (5) - Was heavily bumped going into the bend and was badly unbalanced losing all chance and finished last.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @HATRICK C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	CAWBOURNE HINT (1) - Jostled for some distance going into the bend and was unbalanced and shuffled back to eventually finish at the rear. ASTERIA (2) - Jostled with another runner going into the bend and was unbalanced and lost momentum.
