Judicial report: CHEVY DEVIL race 3 ( L Ahern ) was stood down for marring - 1st offence R 79.1a -28 days stand down and to the completion of a satisfactory trial.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL CO - C0 - 305	TRIP TO FLORIDA ( 1 )- crowded and checked from behind losing ground racing in to the bend. CALA D'OR ( 2 ) - crowded and jostled checked back severely racing in to the bend. CAWBOURNE GIBBO ( 4 )- checked making contact with the rail racing in to the bend - referred to the Vet where no abnormalities were found. WATCH YOUR BACK ( 5 ) - raced across in the run to the bend tightening in on to and checking several runners. CAWBOURNE GONSKI ( 6 ) fav - ducked outwards from the jump- recovered quickly in to stride to make quick ground in to a handy position in the running. UNFLINCHING ( 8 ) - ran across sharply to the inner from the jump- was forced to check out over heels racing in to the bend.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305	CAWBOURNE BROADY ( 1 ) - went up with the lids appearing to make head contact with the lids - was checked and ran in making contact with the rail becoming unbalanced racing in to the bend - was referred to the Vet where no abnormalities were found. KING CORMACK ( 2 ) - went up with the lids slightly being slow away was able to gain a clear run to make good ground in the run across the top bend. DILLY'S TO MUCH ( 3 ) - checked in to bend losing ground. WARRIOR TONY ( 4 ) - forced in across the racing line of runners in to the bend. CAWBOURNE LOOKS ( 5 ) fav - checked and went sideways soon after the start- checked out across heels racing on to the bend. ALAMEIN KINETIC ( 6 ) - went up with the lids and was last away. PIKO PIKO ( 7 ) - ran in to the hind of CAWBOURNE LOOKS soon after the start. CELTIC ROVER ( 8 ) - raced across to the lead causing tightening to runners on his inner racing in to the bend.
Race 3	METEOR OPD C0 - C0 - 520	LAST MAN ALIVE ( 1 ) - checked in the run to the first bend losing momentum. BIGTIME TOMAC ( 2 ) - checked in the run to the first bend losing momentum. CLASSY DELTA ( 3 ) - checked and pushed in on to another runner racing to the first bend. BIGTIME MONTY ( 5 ) - was hampered for some distance in the last 100 or so metres metres when another runner caused interference to him. BILLIE TEE ( 6 ) - led out early crossing to the rail causing tightening and checks to several other runners. CHEVY DEVIL ( 7 ) fav - trailed to leader along the back straight- raced up on the inner to challenge the leader racing towards the home turn where CHEVY DEVIL marred the running of BIGTIME MONTY. CHEVY DEVIL has been stood down for ( marring 1st offence ) 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	CAWBOURNE SPOOK ( 1 ) - ran inwards from the jump -straightened racing back -made hard contact with the rail racing in to the bend - was referred to the Vet and was found to have an abrasion to the left side of head just below the eye a 5 day stand down was imposed. HOMEBUSH GISELLE ( 8 ) - ran on to heels and was held up for a couple of strides racing in to the bend.
Race 5	WANGANUI TOYOTA C0/1 D - C1d - 645	MAGIC LATTE ( 4 ) - jostled and bumped with CAWBOURNE CENTS on the home turn. CAWBOURNE CENTS ( 7 ) - forced to race wide for some distance when attempting to improve around runners - came together jostling and bumping with another runner on the home turn.
Race 6	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C1 - C1 - 305	SCISSOR CLIP ( 1 ) fav - was jostled and bumped for a couple of strides in the run to the bend. SASHA MCBELL ( 2 ) -checked at start- tightened inwards and checked back racing in to bend. NIAMH'S WAY ( 2 ) - checked at start- tightened and checked in to bend losing momentum and ground- and was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and was found to have muscle soreness to both shoulders a 5 day stand down was imposed. OUR MYSTRO ( 4 ) - bumped and jostled at start - angled inwards causing tightening and checked going back off heels. KYLA ROSE ( 6 ) - angled in between runners racing in to the bend resulting in OUR MYSTRO catching her heels.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	BIGTIME DAZZLER ( 2 ) fav - went up with the lids -quickly recovered in to stride. MARIAH ( 7 ) - was tightened and held up racing in to the first bend when catching the hind of WORLD FREAKSHOW for a stride or so.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	ROCKY MCAWESOME ( 1 ) - ran out across heels causing himself to be checked racing to the bend on the first occasion. CHIP OFF BLOCK ( 4 ) - racing in tight quarters was checked back in the run to the bend on the first occasion. CAWBOURNE MERL ( 6 ) - angled across tightening inside runners in the run to the bend on the first occasion. IVANHOV ( 7 ) - was checked as a runner came back on him in the run in to the bend on the first occasion- he wasn't able to hold his position racing in to the far bend weakening back towards the rear.
Race 9	J P PRINT PETONE C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	SHE'S MUSTARD ( 3 ) - checked and lost ground in to the first bend- drifted to race in the rear there after and was referred to the Vet as a precaution and was found to have pain over the right deltoid muscle a 7 day stand down was imposed. WONG WAY ( 8 ) -forced to race widest in to and around the first bend covering a fair amount of extra ground.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	CAWBOURNE LICK ( 2 ) - crowded losing ground back racing in to the first bend- improved along the inner racing on to the far bend where he was checked losing momentum and several lengths. SEE EYE AYE ( 3 ) fav - bumped at the start - tightened and jostled in to first bend- improved between runners home turn -soon after tightened and checked back losing momentum -angled out over heels - could be considered unlucky not have finished closer. GUNNAR BLUEBLOOD ( 4 ) - tightened and checked in to bend - jostled and bumped soon after when improving between runners- made good ground across the top bend to gain a run along the inner finishing stoutly in the run to the line. TO THE BANK ( 5 ) - bumped and checked back racing in to the first bend. KIRKHAM HARVEY ( 6 ) - checked over heels bumped and jostled racing in to the first bend -ran wide in to the back straight. TAMMY'S FIRE ( 7 ) - checked went sideways for a stride racing in to the first bend - kept her position weakened across the top bend.
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 Ht5 - C1q - 520 Heat 5	SECRET AGENDA ( 2 ) - came out off heels bumping with STAY FROSTY racing in to the first bend. OPAWA GUMSIE ( 5 ) - checked racing in to the first bend when catching the hind of PACIFIC SUNRISE. WHATA SHEMOZZLE ( 6 ) - came out over heels bumping with STAY FROSTY racing in to the first bend. PACIFIC SUNRISE ( 7 ) - checked racing in to the first bend as OPAWA GUMSIE caught her hind quarters. STAY FROSTY ( 8 ) - bumped racing in to first bend - raced wide along back straight. and top bend angling closer in racing to the home turn.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 Ht6 - C1q - 520 Heat 6	SPEEDY DISPATCH ( 3 )- tightened in to first bend making contact with the rail - lost ground back midfield improved along inner in to the back straight - referred to Vet- to be advised. CAWBOURNE OWEN ( 4 ) - checked in to bend. CAWBOURNE OHIO ( 8 ) - checked and pushed widest racing in to the first bend - soon drifted to the rear and was unable to improve finishing a margin in the rear at the line was referred to the Vet where no abnormalities were found. DAN BLUE BLOOD ( 9/2 ) - dwelt at the start- tightened and checked out off heels bumping with CAWBOURNE OHIO racing in to the first bend.
Race 13	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	ALCUDIA ( 1 ) - angled outwards soon after the start coming together with BIGTIME BOY and BRILLIANT ASHELEE . BIGTIME BOY ( 3 ) - tightened and checked back from between runners soon after the start - held up catching heels in behind runners racing in to and around the bend - ran on to heels shortly before the home turn losing momentum. BRILLIANT ASHLEE ( 4 ) - angled in soon after the start bumped and jostled with other runners for some strides being cut back losing 3 or more lengths racing in to the bend. GEEZ LOUISE ( 6 ) - bumped at the start - hampered for a couple of strides racing on to the bend when attempting to improve from the rear. WORKING JEWEL ( 7 ) -attempted to angled across racing in to the bend but was kept out by the inside runners going back on to BIGTIME BOY at this point.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	BARN DOOR BILLY ( 1 ) crowded racing in to the bend jostled with another runner. CAWBOURNE CLAY ( 3 ) - crowded racing in to the bend jostled and tightened between runners. MAGIC DANDY ( 4 ) crowded and checked in the run to the bend- dropped out to finish a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the Vet and was found to have a gracilis muscle injury a 28 day stand down was imposed. LURE ME IN ( 7 ) - checked when running on to heels in tight quarters losing momentum racing in to the bend. KIWI BAXTER ( 8 ) - angled across crowding and tightening several runners racing to the bend.
Race 15	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	UNO MARCUS ( 1 ) - bumped in the early stages- suffered a shoulder injury at the lure and was referred to the Vet. BILLY MARLOW ( 4 ) - was hampered several times during the running racing widest across the top bend in to the home straight.
