Judicial report: 1). The endorsement issued on VICARIOUS Certificate of Registration regarding a suspension in Australia was cancelled after completing in its tenth race without re-offending.

2). GOLDSTAR ARCHIE (J McInerney) completed a satisfactory trial and is now cleared to resume racing.

3). Kennel representative D Voyce advised that BURN EARLY had been sent for a spell after several ailments were found subsequent to its race on the 9th February 2017.

CAWBOURNE PATTY (6) - slow to jump. Jostled prior to bend. FROSTY ACTION (7) - bumped from outside shortly after start and again prior to the bend. Race 3	Alby Jopson Memorial - C2 - 295	SEA SPRAY ELSA (2) - checked and lost ground prior to bend. JOEY BAXTER (4) - came up the track early stages contacting outside runner. ANOTHER CRUISE (5) -jostled exiting bend. SCREW AND BOLT (6) - jostled exiting bend. ROCKET JEWEL (10/7) - checked early.
Race 4	Dave Davies & Brent Coull Memorial - C2 - 295	DIXIE MISS (4) - checked rounding bend. GO TOMMO (5) - placed in restricted room in run to bend and lost ground. SARAYA JAYDE (6) - squeezed for room early. Dragged down rounding bend and lost ground. Referred to vet - cleared of injury. MYSTIC ACTION (8) - came down track early stages bumping with inside runner and lost its balance for several strides. Checked outwards of heels rounding bend.
Race 5	Gerald & Lindsay Cleeve Memorial - C1 - 520	OPAWA ASH (1) - awkwardly placed on heels prior to first bend having to check outwards onto the heels of outside runner and ran up the track in consequence. OPAWA JUDY (5) - slow to jump. Checked entering first bend. TRENDY BLAKE (6) - squeezed for racing room in run to first bend. Dragged down prior to first bend losing ground. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 6	Graham Barron Memorial - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH SHANE (1) - jostled with outside runner in run to bend. STORMY SUNDAY (2) - jostled with inside run to bend. CAWBOURNE DOTTY (4) - squeezed early. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding bend losing ground. Bumped with runner exiting bend. EPIC KNOXY (7) - awkwardly placed on heels and dragged down rounding bend. Bumped with runner exiting bend. Referred to vet - Found to have suffered an injury to a toe on its left hind foot with a 21 day stand down imposed.

Checked out off heels exiting final bend. ALLEN HADRIAN (4) - squeezed early. MAJESTIC ACTION (5) - awkwardly placed on heels entering first bend before being forced up the track.
