Judicial report: 1). MACHINE MAN (D Kingston) completed a satisfactory trial to resume racing however, was issued with a 14 day stand down after falling at the lure.

2). OPAWA HOPE (Race 11) was a late scratching pre stir ups due to being found to be in season.

Race 2	Happy New Year Dash - C1 - 295	WONG ANSWER (2) - placed in restricted room entering the bend and lost ground. HOMEBUSH BAILEY (3) - began awkwardly. Placed awkwardly between runners rounding bend and lost ground. Referred to vet after falling at the lure - cleared of injury. EUG THE SCROOGE (6) - bumped with outside runner early stages. CUT THE RIBBONS (7) - bumped with inside runner early stages.
Race 3	Dream Collector At Stud Dash - C1 - 295	MULBERRY THUNDER (1) - placed in restricted room in run to bend and made heavy contact with the rail. Referred to vet - No injury detected. HOMEBUSH FINE (3) - faltered in its gait in run to finished and lost momentum. Referred to vet - diagnosed with a left front muscle tear to its tricep with a 21 day incapacitation issued. HATFIELD (4) - forced down track early stages. Checked out off heels entering bend. CAIRO (5) - placed in restricted room early stages. Checked out off heels rounding bend. TIP THE BABE (7) - checked inwards early stages.
Race 4	Happy Birthday Johnny McInerney Dash - C1 - 295	TRAVIS BICKLE (1) - slightly inconvenienced rounding bend. GRACIOUS OAK (3) - contacted by outside runner at the jump. ZABAMBI (4) - made contact with inside runner at the jump. COOL DEXTER (5) - came up with the boxes and was slow to jump. MINNIE SPRITE (6) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding bend losing ground. UNCONSCIONABLE (7) - slightly inconvenienced rounding bend.
Race 5	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes Heat 1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	KNOW LEAVE (1) - made heavy contact with running rail entering first bend. Referred to vet - 21 day incapacitation issued for a laceration to left hind leg. PRINCELY MONEY (2) - squeezed for racing room entering the first bend and lost ground. OAKS HILL (3) - boxed first. Slightly checked entering first bend. OPAWA ALEX (6) - squeezed for room early stages. NEW BROOM (7) - slow to jump.
Race 6	Coalgate Tavern Sprint - C1 - 295	CRYSTAL FLAME (1) - jostled with outside runner rounding bend. WHAT'S WONG (3) - awkwardly placed to the outside of a runner rounding bend resulting in jostling and losing ground. OPAWA CRUSADE (6) - Proved difficult to box. Referred to the vet after an incident at the lure - cleared of injury.
Race 7	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes Heat 2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	SERGIO DESTROYER (3) - placed in restricted room entering first bend and lost ground. OPAWA PENNY (4) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding first bend. GOLDSTAR JAGGER (6) - forced down track early stages. Inconvenienced entering first bend. DRAXLER (7) - inconvenienced entering first bend. DAN BLUE BLOOD (8) - inconvenienced entering first bend.
Race 8	Opawa Bowl & Jack Dash - C1 - 295	EPIC KNOXY (4) - contacted by outside runner early stages. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding bend. GOLDSTAR SCOUT (5) - forced down onto inside runner early stages. SMASH FIRE (8) - came down track early stages and contacted inside runner.

GOLDSTAR BOOMER (3) - checked outwards of heels entering first bend. LUCIASTAR (6) - forced down track at the start. FAB ACTION (7) - came down track abruptly at the start. OPAWA JUDY (8) - slow to jump. Forced wide entering first bend.
Race 10	The Turf Bar Dash - C1 - 295	LITTLE SNICKO (1) - contacted from inside exiting bend. OPAWA PAM (2) - came up the track exiting the bend making contact with outside runner. Referred to vet - no injury detected. Stewards viewed all available films with co-trainer R wales and could not be satisfied that this bitch had breached rule 79.1.b. Subsequently, no action was taken other than to note the incident. FALCONHURST (3) - came up with the boxes and began awkwardly. obliged to check outwards off heels rounding bend. KNOW BIAS (4) - inconvenienced rounding bend.
Race 11	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes Heat 4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	VELVET GIRL (1) - placed in restricted room between runners rounding first bend and lost ground. OPAWA RITCHIE (9/2) - bumped from outside early stages before being placed in restricted room entering the first bend losing ground. HOMEBUSH SKIP (3) - checked rounding first bend. GOLDSTAR MILEY (7) - checked rounding first bend. OPAWA HOPE (8) - late scratching pre stir ups due to being found in season. 28 day incapacitation issued.
